The hotel has been here for many years. It still try’s to offer a good stay and service to guests. The building is showing it’s age in places. But that does not damper the staffs desire to provide the high level of efficient service Howard Johnson’s is known for.

I stayed at HJ before in different countries and it was a good experience. This particular one had bed bugs in the first room I was put in. I took a video of it and showed to the help desk and they moved me another room

The staff were nice but the rooms were not clean and there was a musty smell throughout the hotel. A little run down.

Good hotel, reasonable location to consider if you don't need to be right at city center. About 45mins till airport or so.

Very spacious and neat n clean, beautiful interiors, awesome view, comfy beds, good food special thanks to Mr. Praveen for daily cleaning our rooms promptly, giving their best. Lot of parking space, super fast check-in, must go for Howard Johnson

This is my fourth visit to Howard Johnson. I choose this hotel for many favorable conditions. It’s not easy to choose a hotel by looking at review. Genuine word of mouth is the most important factor. Sometimes review say something and when we visit to the property it means something else. Hotel check in process is efficient, that you don’t have to stay in the lobby for long time. Front office team is warm and welcoming. If your payment goes quick as expected, there you go. Within few seconds they will show you the way to your room. HoJo rooms are big. Interior design is finished well with a superior size bathroom. Bed is super comfy. Side table in the room is good enough to do office work if you work from home. There is one sofa chair with glass top table for you to have a quick bite or a refreshment in the room. Perfect lighting in the room confirms that you don’t lose anything in the darkness. Room cleanliness is well maintained. One more great thing is that you have beautiful view of Bangalore city every time you swipe the window curtain. You don’t have to ask to refill water and tea/coffee. Housekeeping team is on top of that they refill it enough for the day and night. I like the fact that there is a gym in the hotel. That’s one of the reasons I choose to stay in HoJo. India is a foodie country, so you must make sure you do necessary exercise to keep your body shape and health up to date. However, it’s awkward to site seeing under the staircase at the main pool while you spend time in the gym, especially in the treadmill. Cover the gym glass wall with gym motivational banners or posters can be ideal. There is high quality Bose sound system in the fitness center, it’s always kept off. Ideal to keep playing workout motivational music during the day or else Bluetooth connection can be provided for customers to connect mobile phone to the sound system with their preferred music. In the gym, water and towels are provided which is fantastic. When it comes to food, I am very particular. Everyone says breakfast is the most important meal of the day! Breakfast buffet consists of multiple dishes that you can serve yourself as well as some of the local delicacy is prepared on the request. I like everything in the buffet. There is a live omelet station. Chef makes amazing omelet. I love the fact that they know my preferences. I usually take both local and international cuisine while enjoying my breakfast. I have shared my feedback with F&B team regarding muffin and croissant which is not the best and not the worst. I have tried food from room service menu, you must try tandoori chicken. It’s just perfectly cooked. I haven’t tried lunch or dinner buffet yet. The entire hotel team is perfect and ready to help to their customers at any time. Best team. This hotel and team are highly recommended. Negative: Some flies are found inside the restaurant. Wi-Fi speed is not as expected. Even though I am using data, connection drops time to time. Wha

We had a lovely stay at Howard Johnson. Beautiful rooms and other facilities. Excellent buffet spread. Very well-behaved and helpful staff. We had a nice experience using the hotel car. It would be great if the cleaning and maintenance works for the rooms and he elevators were upgraded.

The hotel is in a great location! It’s close to a mall and restaurants . The staff here is wonderful. I would like to give Prabin a special shoutout. He has been very attentive to my needs and always greets me with a smile and eagerness to assist.

Overall service was good except for some cleaning issues related to mattresses and table. The food was great and the service was also very nice. The gymnasium was great but staff for sauna was never around. Would come again if required. Thankyou.

Fabulous Hotel, I visited at the end of May,2024. The place was excellent with spacious room and amazing services provided by all. All the staff are polite and well behaved. High shout out to Mr shantu, Miss Anagha,Mr Indrajeet,Mr puran and F & B TEAM.

Didn’t give me the room I booked even tho I was late. Front desk Staff was very rude kept fighting within Themselves. Bathroom wasn’t clean needs repairing towels were dirty

Hote stay was good and service provided Prabin chetri was good when it came to room cleaning laundry and other things... Service was delightful and helped us know about other facilities at hotel and services . It was great and Prabin chetri room service was delightful ..

Staff and service is very good but the standard of maintain the property is not so good The rooms nd toilets are not clean properly, specially toilets wall are very dirty compare to my last visit in 2023 Also restaurant at the breakfast always have to bag for Jam, no jam available
