"Had a nice one night stay here. The base rooms are small, the decor dated and breakfast and reception areas feels a bit too small for a 5-star hotel. The cafe did not have air conditioning for a brief while, but no one from the staff acknowledged it. After raising it to the staff the next day, they tried really hard to make the stay better. I appreciate the effort. For short stays it can still be a good option to stay, with good variety in breakfast, comfortable beds, and quick service from the staff."

"Actual Dog water hostel, I reached early as of 8 am and the receptionist told he would call if there will be any early check in available. I waited till 11 am which is the time for the individual to be vacant and my check in time. The receptionist told the room is still not available which was really unprofessional of him and i left the place with my luggage in the common room and had to freshen up in the common room which was really smelly and unclean. At about 1pm i got back and was told I can enter the room which was bed 2. It was not tidy or made up for me and it was already a mattress which was used by others and there was clothes and towels laying on the bed making it uncomfortable, and the people i shared my bed with were ignorant and not friendly. Overall experience was really bad, and I left on the first day even though I booked for 3 nights. I would never recommend this place for solo travellers and especially not for international people."

"I did not have good memories there. The room I stayed in was okay,I stayed for two nights, and on the second night no one came to make up my room or replenish the tea bags. The elevator was working on and off. The hotel staff seemed careless. I asked about interesting spots in the area, and the staff member told me he wasn’t from there. I might have stayed a few more days if the service had been better, but I decided to leave. I would not come back or recommend this hotel. Very bad experience"

"It was an average experience. Spent two nights there , two rooms. 309 & 310. Room 310 is little cramped with door to another room 311. Room 309 is little bigger. I think this hotel would be more suitable for business travels as it is close to bommasandra. It is located on a service road which is very narrow and full of dust. Car parking is on the road and only few cars can be parked that too in the open road. One small underground parking is there but it is mostly used to park hotel car. Restaurant is ok but the buffet spread is very limited. Front desk is not helpful. Only thing is the friendly approach from one of their chef Zakir or something. Iam not sure it would be ideal for family or couples. Nothing much to comment on the house keeping or room service."
