One word “AMAZING”!
I have stayed at a lot of five stars around the world but Ritz Carlton in Bangalore exceeded my expectations all the way up! The service is so so good, they really take care of their guests. I travelled solo and their staff like Aishwarya, the young guy downstairs at the concierge, all the staff and chef at the breakfast restaurant were so nice and accommodating. Their staff Aishwarya and team went above and beyond, and bought me a swimsuit as they got to know I forgot to bring mine! The spa and swimming pool is dreamy! Loved my stay here!

We traveled as a family of four to Bengaluru in November 2024 and stayed at the Ritz Carlton Bengaluru for 9 nights. Simply put, our experience was excellent throughout and we recommend this hotel for other families traveling with young children. We stayed in a suite with two adjoining bedrooms that were comfortable, clean and accommodated our needs perfectly. The beds were comfortable and the rooms are very well appointed. House cleaning kept our rooms immaculate throughout our stay and provided fresh linens daily. The hotel provided additional thoughtful touches for the children, including adorable backpacks for each of our kids that they used throughout our trip. They also arranged for a special activities, including cupcake decorating with one of the chefs and a scavenger hunt. Our kids really enjoyed the pool on the fifth floor as well. Thank you to Aishwarya and Afrin from guest services for making it a memorable stay for our kids. These extra touches were much appreciated and a bit surprising for the Ritz which, historically, is not always perceived as family/kid friendly. We also enjoyed the complementary breakfast buffet daily, and were simply wowed by the food and by the attentiveness of the staff. We would like to give a particular shout out to Brijesh and Nitesh who provided excellent recommendations for foods to try and greeted us warmly every day. The service throughout our stay was outstanding at every touch point including room service, the valet, spa (shout out to Remi—one of the best massages I’ve ever had) and hair salon (excellent wash and blow dry by Manjunath). It is clear to me that everyone here takes great pride in their work, and that the hotel manages to maintain high standards for the service provided at every turn. The only downside to note is that hotel is located in a very traffic prone area in the heart of the city. The location makes it ideal to get to many places in the city but it could take up to 20-25 min to get out of the immediate vicinity of the hotel during peak travel times. We hope to continue returning to this hotel during future visits to Bangalore. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

I spent just a night but it was the most memorable - a quintessential rommance of Luxury and Excellence. The staff were brilliant, friendly and helpful. I had a cut on my finger, the saff help with first aid. The breakfast was out of this world. Possibly the best croissant I have had in a hotel. There is so much to say but you have to expereince it yourself, when next you are in Bengaluru.

We had arrived at THE RITZ-CARLTON Bangalore after a tiring flight to be greeted by nice staff. We were allocated a suite room with city view. The room was nice and clean and extremely comfortable. The lounge was very prompt. The gym and spa is better. We had got RITZ signature body massage from the therapist Ms. Regina and it felt like finally got rid of months of tiredness and shoulder muscles pains. Ms Regina is thorough professional and very knowledgeable. The dinner and breakfast experience was great with friendly staff. The variety and quality of the food at buffet were excellent. A huge variety of food was there. We were most impressed by the service provided by all the staff we encountered. They were most loving at all time and each of them always were a smile on his/ her face. We would love to mention special thanks to.. Mr. MURUGESAN S sous chef from the dining for his excellent love and provided us the most healthiest and tastiest food. He is very polite and knowledgeable. The tomato soup and curd rice was amazing. Kodu dosa and anjeer badam ka halwa at breakfast was star recipe. Mr. Surendra Singh for nice breakfast tasty paratha.. he is a very nice person and meets us very friendly each and every time. Ms Regina - highly skilled professional massage therapist.. We enjoyed our stay very much and had one of the best sleep there.. thanking you the team for your dedication and support.. Looking forward to visit again this nice property…

The staff are over jealous and would greet you more than what is required, you are greeted as if you are king of Mysuru Palace, although it seems to be over done, when occupancy is less. Also be mindful when you travel on business trip though. They have multiple lingos which will trap you. If your company is sponsoring dinner, be sure to ask again and again what does that mean. They won’t tell you automatically but they have qualification of what is covered. ‘Market’ restaurant eating in the hotel is treated as dinner but in room dining is not a dinner. The staff had so many excuses to explain why is is so and why they are not responsible. They will pass the buck to events team who in turn need to talk to sponsoring company and who in turn should inform you. So keep enough time for navigating them or else you miss your flight. Also wear mask and goggles to hide from embarrassment they would put you into. Otherwise the facility is very good and rooms are craftily done. I like that they kept coffee machine too in room. Even bathroom is very unique and have two wash basin. The obtuse angle of the bathroom is amazing Well done!
