Water pressure in shower low pressure flow.. Air conditioning not cooling even you put thermostat @ 15 room temperature remains @ 23.5-24 minimum.. Shower drain blockage means house keeping don’t check it regularly or at least once a week..

Excellent hotel for business traveler! Variety breakfast, and they are all good.

It was a great hotel with great ambience and surrounding. Surrounded by trees and fresh air. Good staffs with quick assistance and very good restaurants inside the hotel.

We came for my son’s birthday. Ms.Tithi , our butler , helped with the birthday surprise and she’s very kind to check that everything went well. The room was clean and location is amazing . Breakfast was excellent, particularly the south end dian foods . Best wishes to the chef and team .

The royal club experience is good specially the evening was made special by Khanak and Ranit and all others who ensured my husband’s birthday is made special. Thanks to the team for making sure we have a wonderful time at Leela. We would love to be back!

The Leela is absolutely amazing! The staff are so lovely, I’ve never felt more welcomed coming somewhere new. I’d like to say a big thank you to Aradhya, Harjot, Shubham, Khalak, Rashmi and Ranit for making me feel so comfortable even though I’m so far from home!

Amazing attentive service from all of the Royal Club Lounge staff. Especially to Rashmi and Karnika. Rashmi helped me with reservations, directions and made me a special spicy tea Kadha for my sore throat. The room is also very nice and comfortable.

The experience we had in the Leela BHARATI city Hotel was beyond our expectations.The amenities and cleanliness of the hotel was amazing.The hospitality of the staff needs a special mention and we would like to remember Khalak, Rashmi, and Ranit who were very sweet to us and had a huge role in making our staycation a beautiful memory.

The entire stay experience was amazing with top notch amenities like Gym, Sauna and Swimming Pool. I got a surprise gift as it was my Anniversary the day when I checked in. The breakfast, lunch and dinner was pretty good with a wide spread of cuisine across the globe. Pratiksha, Sujata and the entire team took a great care of everything needed and pampered us with surprises and amenities which made my Anniversary Night and stay a memorable one.
