Rooms and complex are now very different to the photos online. We checked in to find the room was covered in mould, ceilings are black from damp, sheets and towels are yellow, mattress was one of the worst we've seen in a Bali hotel. We checked out straight away and booked another hotel. Management said they did not have our money and we would need to contact the online booking agent (Agoda) for our money back. We requested the refund through Agoda and have been told the hotel will not return any of our money. We love traditional Bali hotels and try to support locals as much as possible but this hotel was terrible. Location: 15-20 minutes by car to any services, shops or restaurants.. honestly too far to enjoy anything in Ubud. You'll need a driver if you stay here. Sorry to say but there are much better options in Ubud for the same money. If you've booked this hotel and have the option to cancel, then do it.
