"The receptionist had a long face, like I owed them money. They said parking was free, but then charged me! When I asked them to take my license plate number, they said, "We're full for today!" If you can't offer free parking, don't write it on the listings. If you can park, why say you're full? Is it the guests' fault that you're full? The showerhead looked filthy, like it hadn't been cleaned in ages, and when I turned it on, water splashed everywhere; it was probably clogged. Honestly, this is worse than a budget hotel!"

"The sink is right by the door, making it slippery when dripping water. The pillows are too high, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. The hygiene is poor: the toilet seat is dirty, and there are no disposable toilet seat covers. The table wasn't wiped, and the cups still have watermarks and are dirty. The room has poor ventilation, a strong lingering smell of smoke, and feels stuffy and makes you dizzy after a while. The overall facilities are very simple, extremely basic. The essentials (towels, toothbrush, comb, small bar of soap, disposable slippers, two bottles of mineral water, ceramic cup, toilet paper) are provided, but that's about it. There's no warmth or hospitality; it's about the same as a cheap hotel. On a slightly better note, the lighting is decent, the control panel is modern, there's central air conditioning, and the soundproofing is good. This place offers breakfast, making it convenient to find something to eat."

"We were on a road trip, driving the Qinghai-Gansu Grand Loop, and this hotel was a spontaneous stop on our way back to Tianjin from Qinghai. Overall, the hotel was good, but the soundproofing wasn't great. There was a couple arguing in the room next to ours. The hotel charged a 300 yuan deposit, and when we checked out, they deducted a few yuan from it. When we asked why, they claimed we had consumed drinks. We denied it, and the hotel then checked with their staff and said it was a mistake, eventually refunding the full amount to us via WeChat."
