Ulasan Sofitel London St James Hotel

I can’t praise this hotel enough. As soon as you walk in, you are welcomed by friendly, helpful staff. The hotel always tries its hardest to ensure that your stay feels special and personal. They remember special details such as why you are staying. My husband and I were going to a football match and the hotel provided a flag and a note thanking us for our stay. Last time we were going to see Ed Sheeran in concert, the hotel surprised our daughters with his latest album on vinyl! I’ve never known another hotel be so thoughtful or kind. They go above and beyond. I love the hotel. The rooms are lovely and the huge bed so soft and comfortable you won’t want to leave it. It’s well placed near Piccadilly. The breakfast is extensive and nothing is too much trouble for the staff. It’s my most favourite hotel in London! Thank you Sofitel, we can’t wait until our next stay.
