I have business meeting and have to stay in a hotel close to the venue. I am very satisfied with the hotel even I stay for one night only. I dated a business partner having dinner in this hotel and the restaurant is excellent! will stay here when I visit London again

Superd location, 5mins walk to Picadily Square, less than 10mins to Chinatown and Covent Garden. The hotel rooml relatively spacious and new.

We stay at this hotel quite often. It is one of my go-to hotel in London, for its location, the Chinese restaurant on-site, and the comfort of the rooms.

The room is spacious and clean. The hotel staff is very polite and the service is warm and thoughtful.

The hotel is in an excellent location, SW1. People who know the UK know that it is close to Chinatown, Downing Street, Big Ben, and art galleries. The rooms are not big, but they are enough and clean. The problem is the shower room and the water temperature. The breakfast environment is first-class, the service is authentic, and the food is OK, but not first-class. I give it 85 points. I think I am qualified because I have stayed in 5-star hotels in central London 3 times.

The hotel is next to the theatre where the Phantom of the Opera was shown, Trafalgar Square, which is very convenient. The room is relatively large and the facilities are new. The sanitation is good, which is in line with the consistent quality of Sofitel.

The hotel's facilities are not up to date, but they are reluctant to spend money on maintenance. First of all, you don't need to swipe your card to get on the elevator, which means anyone can get in. There is no sense of security. I called the food delivery at 10 o'clock in the evening, and they said that the food delivery waiter had gone off duty. I was really confused. Is this the service of a star hotel? We had to go out for dinner. We were obviously very tired and didn't want to go out. What's more outrageous is that after dinner, the hotel door was locked... I rang the doorbell and waited for a long time before someone came to open the door. It was more than 11 o'clock. Hotels of this price in London should not be of this standard. The room was also very unhygienic, with a lot of dust and uncleaned hair on the carpet. The dusty speaker was still an Apple 13 socket. I stayed in several hotels of the same price in London, and this one was the worst.
