A big big thanks to Paul and Rhona for organising a charity event for Whiteleys Retreat who provide respite for kids with life threatening illnesses and their families. They are wonderful and amazing people. They always put others before themselves. Both are so down to earth and welcoming.

Ayr’s & Graces exceeded our expectations. From walking in the door we were made to feel welcome by the hosts Rhona and Paul . Such a lovely couple who recommended many places to visit in the surrounding area. We stayed in the Jean Armour Room which was beautifully presented and very comfortable with an ensuite bathroom. The room had its own private entrance through the patio doors and also had use of a lovely seating area outside in the hallway under the stairs. Breakfast was delicious with a good selection offered. We are already planning our next visit to this outstanding b & b.

Highly recommended. Situated in beautiful surroundings. Owners very helpful and friendly. Lovely clean rooms with en-suite shower/toilet. Choice of breakfast really good. Would definitely stay again 5*

Myself & my fiancé were attending a family wedding at brig o doon hotel. We stayed for 2 nights the night before wedding & night off wedding. Upon arrival we had a warm welcome shown to our room (brig o doon) had a massive onsuite with a great power shower. We were offered a complimentary wine, beer & crisps then served it in the dome in the garden with stunning views it was so nice & relaxing. Our hosts Rhona & Paul were so lovely & made us feel extremely welcome & nothing was a bother. Paul even dropped us off at hotel for the wedding. We’ve never felt so happy being away from home. It’s was more of a home from home & absolutely stunning house & location. We will definitely be back

What a fantastic place! I've never stayed in a better B&B. The building is spotless, and all the rooms are large with beautiful modern amenities. Rhona prepared an incredible breakfast, with a divinely prepared fruit plate followed by a traditional full Scottish breakfast. However, the stars of the show are your hosts, Rhona and Paul. They are two of the kindest, loveliest people I have ever met in the hospitality business. I felt like I was staying at the home of good friends rather than as a hotel guest. I can't imagine I would stay at any other place when I was in Ayr. On top of all this, the price is a fantastic value as well. I'm not sure what the #1 B&B is in Ayr, but I can't imagine a better place than Ayrs and Graces.

We stayed here due to its proximity to Brig o Doon and it exceeded our expectations. We arrived to drop our belongings off before going to the wedding and not only were we given complimentaey wine, Rhona was kind enough to drop us at the hotel. The Robert Burns suite was so comfortable with a small tv area separate to the bedroom. The bed was very comfy and we had the best shower ever. What was even nicer, the hosts Rhona and Paul are delightful and welcoming. The breakfast was amazing too. Overall, we couldnt fault anything so if you plan to stay near Alloway, check this place out. We loved it and would most definitely return ❤️

Rhona & Paul welcomed us to their Luxuary B&B , spent time with us on our arrival . Rhona then showed us to our suite which was tastefully decorated with a large shower /bathroom , with a comfortable lounge area , Then to a large bedroom with dressing gowns for our use. We also had a outdoor terrace. Up a few steps to a well appointed garden and glass dome to sit in. Now to breakfast which had a good choice of cold and hot selections , which over our two days was well presented . Paul drove us to the venue without us asking . If your attending a event or wedding at Brig ‘o’doon Ayr’s and Graces is a great place to stay.

This is a great find - a top class b & b in a beautiful furnished house with great facilities and very welcoming owners. We stayed for 3 nights in a comfortable bedroom with large en suite shower room. There is a large terrace for guests with wonderful views where tea, coffee or wine with home-baked cakes is served on arrival. Breakfast can also be here. There is also an outdoor bubble as used by hotels, giving shelter and privacy. The beds are comfortable and breakfast is excellent, all cooked to order including porridge with whisky and scrambled eggs with smoked salmon. Rhona and Paul work hard to maintain their very high standards. They are kind and friendly with a great sense of humour and made our holiday into a huge success. Highly recommended.
