The staff are brilliant and professional. The hotel was comfortable. needs updating such as usb adapters in the wall sockets. The food was fresh and flavoursome The staff at the restaurant were friendly and helpful. Had a great stay with the wife. Very handy as a base for exploring.

Our overall experience at this hotel was peaceful relaxing . Staff were very efficient, friendly and polite . Hotel was clean and room was clean . Bed was comfy . We ate breakfast and evening meal at the woolpack next door with food voucher ,the food was perfect for us . Location was great

20 minutes drive out of the Folkestone Shuttle station, very easy to find. Friendly reception (24/7 receptionist), clean and well equipped room. Ideal for a one nice stop. Cooked breakfast is a great introduction to a proper English stay!

The staff are lovely, but the room had a very unpleasant and strong aroma when we entered and that never went away. The worst thing was that i woke up at 3.30 scratching and I had itchy bites mainly all over my arms but legs neck and hands too....and these have just been getting worstle. So much so i have had to seek medical advice! They told me it was bed bugs. I love premier and use it fir leisure and business frequently (weekly), but will look elsewhere now. We reported this to reception and HO, with little no acknowledgement.

Stopped at Ashford en-route to France for a few nights. Hotel was exactly what I expected as I’ve stopped there before. I’ve had it cheaper, but considering it was a bank holiday weekend I expected it to be more. We ate at the beefeater attached to the hotel & the service was awful. Had to wait over an hour from ordering to getting my food. The food was mediocre at best and certainly not worth what I paid. I’ll definitely stop here again, but will eat elsewhere…

A comfortable stay in this Premier Inn, which we were using as a base for a 3 night mini-break touring around east Kent. It offered really good value accommodation and the food in the Beefeater next door was excellent. Our room was away from the main road and very quiet. One star lost for the very poor WiFi, otherwise everything was as expected and more.

It was comfy enough, the bathroom smelt a little damp and signs of mold. Love having an opening window. Areas of the carpet had heavy dust. Annoying not to have a socket on both sides of the bed. Also be aware the car park was full and there is no lift if you have mobility issues.

A friendly welcome from Mandy who was very helpful. Restaurant staff at breakfast were very good even though it was very busy on Mothers Day. Very good value and accommodation. Would happily return again.
