I took my wife for her 50th birthday 🎉 and we had an incredible time. The entire staff are A+ super friendly incredible helpful and they did everything for my wife to have a very special birthday. Thank you so much we will definitely come back and try again. The food is incredible as well. A very specific thank you to Carles for the extra attention.

Amazing hotel and location was great. Conveniently located near a tram stop and quiet area near a park. Breakfast was awesome with many options. Nice speakeasy type of bar located in the hotel with amazing drinks. The hospitality was top notch and very friendly service.

We went to the Brasserie of the hotel called Spring, You can just reach that from Oosterpark and we enoyed the good weather on their beautiful terrace, Great selection of food the service was just amazing !! We really suggest you to try it and we definitely come back

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. All staff were incredibly polite and professional. Check in process was so easy and made us feel welcome and taken care of. The hotel was in a quieter part of town but easy walk, bike, or cab ride to popular areas. The grounds are wonderful and the room was spotless and beautiful. I would 100% go out of my way to stay here in the future.

Nearly everything about the hotel was amazing from the property to the wonderful, attentive staff and "niceties". We booked through Amex Platinum and our room was upgraded to a corner junior suite overlooking a lovely park. The only things that keep me from giving the review five stars are its location (which is a bit far from most of the museums and attractions but we do like to walk a lot when we are traveling) and a few odd issues such as no drawers in the room and linen/ cleaning supply storage in the hallways. That said, we really enjoyed our stay.

Pillows was a quiet oasis for us in Amsterdam. Very welcoming staff highlighted a great experience in a comfortable property meticulously maintained. The park seemed like our backyard and was a great place for an early morning or evening stroll. Staff coached us to easy access to local tram network which became our go to way around town. Perfectly prepared breakfasts got us going each morning. Cookies and tea in the quiet Living lounge were a treat each day. We look forward to our next stay.
