We have stayed at the JUFA Altaussee twice now, the first time in October 2023 and then again in March 2024. Both times we were a large group of people with and without disabilities. The rooms, food, facilities and staff were excellent. We were very happy with the accessible rooms but most of all we loved the sauna area - bliss!

We were a large group (40 people). The staff were amazingly welcoming and really went out of their way to accommodate us in every way possible. The rooms were very clean and fairly spacious, the beds were comfortable with good clean pillows, duvets and sheets and the beds were made every day. Food is buffet style and was much better than expected. The very best thing for me was free use of the sauna area and cabins which were fully stocked with clean fresh towels, comfortable loungers and tea! I highly recommend this place. We will go again next year!

Solid , friendly, straight forward service; The managemnt is responding to any issues immediately. Highly recommended especially for families with kids. The hotel is around 4km away from the center of Altaussee, which does not matter when you arrive with your own car.

Very basic hotel, more for students or backpackers. Clean, quiet. they offer bottles of water that seem complemtntary, no price indicated, then they charge you. Toilet paper is the cheapest they could find. and that's the whole a**osphere. Fair breakfast and dinner. Wi fi doesn't work in all rooms depite what's promise. My reommendation is to find another place.

nettes Personal, gutes Essen, Kinder hatten viel Freude die Umgebung zu erkunden! Direkt am Hotel vorbei fließt ein kleiner Bach, super um die Natur (Kaulquappen usw.) zu beobachten! Auch der Indoor Spielplatz und Turnsaal war toll! Für uns Eltern war die Sauna das Highlight :)

Ideal für Familien mit Kindern, gute Lage, Essen ist auch in Ordnung, Zimmer eher alt aber sauber, Turnhalle vorhanden, ausreichend Parkplätze, direkt an der Skipiste gelegen. Preis/Leistung ist absolut in Ordnung. Kann ich weiterempfehlen

Es gab sehr Freundliches Personal, ein super abwechslungsreiches Essen, und einen tollen Spielbereich beziehungsweise Turnsaal. Zimmer und Hotelbereich waren sehr sauber. Unsere Kinder liebten den Kletterbereich. Skigebiet Loser war gleich ums Eck. Bei ausreichender Schneelage hätte man per Skiweg hinfahren können

Unsere zwei Kinder und wir haben den Auftenthalt genossen. Das Essen war wie immer super. Dieses Mal hatten wir ein ech großes Familienzimmer zu viert. Super Infrastruktur - für Erwachsene und Kinder. Sehr nettes Personal. Immer wieder gerne.

Sehr nettes und kinderfreundliches Personal, schöner Indoor-Spielplatz, 4-Bett-Zimmer sauber und ausreichend groß. Das Frühstück und Abendbuffet ist reichhaltig, frisch, und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Schade dass aufgrund von Schneemangel die direkte Pistenanbindung nicht vorhanden war, aber wir hatten trotzdem einen sehr schönen Winterurlaub.
