Overall the hotel was good value for money if you’re not looking to spend a lot but want an accommodation that’s clean, with a good location. The receptionist that checked us in was by far one of the rudest people that I’ve ever met. Very belittling to myself and the other members of my group. When we asked about the €100 per room deposit that we weren’t advised of before hand, we said we had no problem paying it we just weren’t notified prior to travel. She said it doesn’t matter who you are, your age or 80 everyone pays. We never had any issues with paying, we were a little surprised as we weren’t aware of it and discussing the best way to pay as some wanted to pay cash and others card. During checked in we asked if we could be told if a room becomes available earlier could we have our rooms earlier, we were again told it doesn’t matter if we’re our age or 80 everyone waits till 4pm. So I asked that’s fine, is there a room to leave our bags? To which I was told first I do your check in then I answer your question. Literally would have taken less time to say yes! After all this we were told we could come early for our room, we were told if we came back in an hour one of the rooms may be available so I don’t know why the check in process had to be so awkward. One morning my friend asked this particular staff if she could change her €20 euro note for smaller bills. The staff said well only if it’s real. It was just so rude. We understand in any business they check money is real but to flat out say that to us was wild. The wardrobes in the room the doors didn’t open properly, so you couldn’t use them. The dividers to separate the bed space from the living area the same. The second room, my friends had to change their key cards over 10 times because it would stop working. The public areas are beautiful and the pool is lovely, all be it a little small. There is no a**osphere at the pool though, no music or anything it’s just silent. Besides one afternoon they randomly had a singer by the pool bar as everyone was leaving at the end of the day? The maids cleaned the apar**ents every day, they were always immaculate. Just a lot of little things let this hotel down. I’d go back to this area again, but I would avoid this hotel.

Been staying here for 20 years. Seen lots of changes, refurbs and upgrades and got to know some of the staff really well. Everything we need in the vicinity, close enough to everything Albufeira has to offer but far enough away to make for a peaceful, restful and relaxing break. Always our first choice when booking if the price is right.

Good location, good breakfast and service. Rooms are a bit old . Live music in the evenings is old school . Overall, it was a good stay . Hotel takes 100 euro damage deposit yet you have to give another 20 per beach towel - makes no sense . Pool is okay.

Fantastic hotel. Our room was an apar**ent very spacious with a nice balcony view of the pool area. Breakfast buffet is pay on the day and its worth it (13€) Staff are super friendly and helpful whenever required. The bar/lounge great place to sit n relax. Overall facilities were top quality, would definitely book again.

The hotel in terms of condition and decor of the building and the rooms, and facilities are 4 star, but lacks the warmth, welcoming service and a**osphere. What I felt was cool business is business attitude. I cannot believe when I have a king studio in a four star hotel, tea bags and instant coffee sachets are welcome gifts, but not daily inventory supplies. The reply from the male staff at the reception was as unfriendly as it could be.

A really nice, modern updated hotel. Friendly hotel staff and a very convenient location. Bars and restaurants close by are ok and if you want something more (albeit too much for our stay), you can always visit the *****. The old town is worth a visit and not too hard a walk although we had ovecast skies for most of the week so to walk in the summer may be a little hot! Overall a nice relaxing week.

Fair play the hotel was clean, friendly the room was cleaned everyday. The room was very spacious with balcony. The only thing that was disappointing was paying to use the spa. But the hotel was perfect close to the beach and very close to bars and restaurants 👌

First time staying at this property & will definitely return. Staff friendly & room & surrounding areas very clean. Good car park & safe.
