"First, I want to say that as someone whose travel to many countries im leaving this review having experienced customer service but nothing like my self and partner experience in here. We had the privilege to meet the manager ( Renato Pires ) by accident who made us feel welcome from the very get go. He told us the history behind how MGM was fist stabished which my self and partner found super interesting. Not to mentioned the add on that he gave us to make our time way more pleasant, exciting and memorable. He then introduced us to Sheila the receptionist who once again made us feel welcome and seen. She made sure we were taking care of but more amazing was the fact that she paid attention to detail. It was my wife's birthday and without asking her nor expecting anything she left us a bottle of champagne in the room with a lovely message which made my wife smile from ear to ear. I can say that we are 100000% coming back based on our experience here I leave Portugal with a smile and a positive view of this country because of the wonderful customer service we received. Until next time Portugal ( MGM Monnica Collection Aoura View Suites ) thank you so much once again Renato Pires and Sheila for a wonderful experience from Room 1023 👌🏼🙂"

"Very poor hotel for the price it was. Uncomfortable bed, shower has almost no pressure, few sunbeds for the number of people the hotel has capacity, very grumpy staff. I had some friends who left some belongings in my room and the gentleman who was there in the morning was not letting them in to go get their belongings, then he let one of them go upstairs and after 5 minutes he went up to the room and ENTER saying he has to go down. I left an important belonging at the hotel and they were not able to go and check if they found it at the place where I mentioned it on the phone."

"Stayed for 3 nights at the hotel indigo as a couples break. Great location if you want to be in the centre of town. Be prepared for noisy nights but ear plugs are provided in the room to help sleep. Hotel rooms don’t have wardrobes or drawers for unpacking clothes. Rooms were not cleaned for the duration of our stay and we had to request clean towels and toilet roll as these weren’t replenished. No pool towels were available when we arrived so had to buy from the local supermarket for only 5 euros each. Good hotel for a short break but nothing more. Reception staff and pool staff were really helpful. Overall stay was good."

"Gorgeous hotel, very close to 2 beaches, walking distance to strip, but not so close that you can hear all the parties! Room was lovely, cocktails very good, staff very friendly & welcoming! Only thing I would comment less that 5/5 is there was almost no vegan options at the breakfast, which was a shame as we had paid for breakfast included and I couldn’t eat much! Anyway other than that amazing hotel, will definitely stay here again!"

"We loved everything! The service was incredibly helpful, the facilities were excellent, and having access to the entire Marriott group was a pleasant surprise. Our only minor complaint was regarding the cleaning. Since we stayed in an apartment, they only clean every four days and don't even change the towels. I agree that daily cleaning isn't necessary, but towels, at the very least, should be changed more regularly. We asked for fresh towels earlier and they were very accommodating, but when the cleaning staff did come, they didn't replace them again, and they even missed the floor towels. We had to call reception a few times, but they always resolved all our issues with great assistance."

"The hotel is well located from the center to the hotel you can take bus line 02 it takes just 5 minutes walking to the center it is 20 minutes walk. The receptionists are very attentive, I arrived early and allowed me to leave my backpack to enjoy the day at check out too. Clean and organized room and bathrooms Simple breakfast but for the price it's worth it. Swimming pool with an incredible view The receptionist Thayny, sorry I got the name wrong lol, very friendly and polite. I will definitely come back..."
