"Just got back from a four night stay at this hotel. The hotel was situated close to all bars, restaurants etc. The rooms were basic, there's no balcony and no bar. We booked two rooms, the air conditioning didn't work in one of the rooms so Fernando, (the guy on the front desk) moved them into a different room for one night til this was fixed. Which meant they were waiting around the next day for this to be done. The key card stopped working a few times, which resulted in a member of staff kicking our door, trying to get it to work. Fernando was lovely and tried to sort things out for us. Lots of noise at night, especially doors slamming, so sleep was limited. Pool area small with about 10 sun loungers, we never used it, we opted to go to the beach instead. The breakfast was fine, you'd find something to eat. The hotel was situated at the top of hill so not suitable if you have mobility issues. Would not stay at this hotel again, we called it Faulty Towers! Couldn't wait to come home."

"Very nice. The apartments may be a little outdated, but the cleanliness is beyond reprieve! They come in every day to do maintenance. It's a quiet place, with no noise at night. We have to drive, but in Albufeira, to escape the hustle and bustle, it's ideal. We've been there before and will be back.😊"

"Had a superb stay, apartments were very spacious and clean there was enough kitchen utensils apart from the oven doesn’t work in any of the apartments so you only have the rings which didn’t bother us, cleaning was every 2days, very pleasant staff on reception and in the bar which you can get snacks from, it took a ten minute stroll to the New town strip and a short taxi ride to old town. Overall a great stay and would definitely return as excellent value for money."
