Very nice Resort in the middle of the desert, sourounded by sanddunes. Amazing infinitypool and great staff. A bit pricy especially in the high season and far away but worth visiting.

Stepping into the resort felt like going into an Arabian castle, and the resort staff did not disappoint. Top notch service by everyone from check in to buggy drivers to wait staff and activity guides. Breakfast was excellent, very wide selection and very good quality. The only reason for my 3 rating was due to the food options outside of breakfast. Given that there’s no where else to eat, I found the food served at the restaurants quite average but quite pricey. (I did not manage to get a reservation at the Arabian restaurant as it was booked out ahead of time).

Unfortunately, even being a long term customer from this hotel, they refuse to cancel my booking due the trip changes. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Outstanding service from start to finish! Every staff is attentive, friendly, and highly professional. From the warm welcome at the door to the prompt and courteous service throughout the meal (special credit to night reception manager, Mr Mehraj, and Mr Nazir), it has been an exceptional staying experience. Highly recommended!

Fabulous setting [although a 2 1/2 hour car trip from Abu Dhabi]. Probably totally uneconomic but thanks to wealthy Rulers who promote such projects, a truly out of this World experience awaits. Even James Cameron was inspired… Architecture, furnishings and service equally stunning. The pool was being refurbished when I visited but considering the remoteness, facilities are all you’d expect

I stayed this resort at 2016, there are many good memories and fun times, we joined activities each as falcon show, dune drive, which no places and local tours can provide the good experience like this. So I book again for my 2nd visit. However hotels was closed because of some reasons. At the beginning we disappointed. Hotels finally provided another resort for us in Sir Yas Island, the experience there are also great! That's give my family a memorable moments. Thanks for kind arrangement Anantara team!

Magnifique resort construit avec goût dans le style des fortifications traditionnelles Émiraties située en plein désert. Chambres à la décoration traditionnelle mais avec tout Le comfort moderne, deux très belles piscines dont une pour adultes et grand choix de cuisines différentes dans leurs 4 restaurants. La climatisation de la chambre 470 ( ma première chambre ) puait le moisi et m’a poussé un peu sur le tard à changer de chambre dans la 443 qui elle était parfaite et beaucoup plus grande. Service impeccable et grand choix d’activités centrées sur le désert. Nous avons fait du buggy dans le désert et c’était magnifique

處於一片連綿不絕的大沙漠之中，風景非常震撼，儘管天氣炎熱，但完全值得一遊。酒店服務人員非常熱情，很多小細節處理得很好，很貼心。酒店有很豐富的户外活動，不過最好避開夏天過來，不然很多活動無法參加。由於酒店有十多年歷史了，不可避免的有些設施老化，但整體乾淨整潔，不影響居住體驗。

要不是錢包不允許，真的很不想離開。沙漠太美了，細軟温暖的沙子，金黃色帶着紅色，踩上去好舒服。報名了沖沙和騎駱駝，走在這片廣袤無垠的沙漠裏，太獨特的體驗了。

酒店景觀沒得説，衹能用壯美來形容，房間濃濃阿拉伯老錢風格，高端復古有檔次，在沙漠中有這樣一家酒店，春節期間還是基本上對得起這個價格，酒店各類活動雖然花錢，但是都非常有意義。服務人員都有基本的禮貌和素養，但是美中不足的是阿拉伯風格酒店服務人員基本沒有阿拉伯人，以泰國和印度裔服務人員為主，沒有什麼可以抱怨的，但是確實少了一些阿拉伯風情。另外部分人員對於歐美遊客非常熱情主動，但是對於中國來的遊客，衹能保持一些基本的禮儀，即使我的英語不比他們差，但是實際感受確實有一種被忽略的感覺，包括在參加沙漠徒步的時候，但最後還是給夠了小費，因為沙漠確實美麗，這些活動也確實有意義，特別對於孩子。另外過年期間國人入住還是比較多的，但發現很多中國遊客衹拍照打卡凹造型發朋友圈，而沒有真正去感受沙漠壯美，非常可惜。且有少部分遊客會佔著一個沙丘好幾個小時去拍寫真，而不會去考慮其他需要正常拍照的人，這種風格也令人有些遺憾

地處沙漠腹地，像是走進海市蜃樓，環境沒的説。夕陽西下，漫天繁星，真的有種一千零一夜的照進現實的不真實感。整個建築和房間佈置都很有異域風情，寒假去的，泳池水也完全不冷，小朋友玩得很開心。整體服務都很不錯，也有中文服務，唯一遺憾的是，第二天説是有某位重要人物包場，要求11點30前必須退房，12點前必須離店，本想着退房之後還能再玩一個項目的。另外，酒店項目不少，但大部分都有身高限制，帶着小朋友，衹參加了一個騎駱駝的活動。
