Ulasan Artyzen Grand Lapa Macau

First time in Macau and it was a lovely stay! We will come back if we come to Macau again! Room: Good size with all necessities-kettle, cups, glasses, slippers and bathrobes. It was so lovely to have a bathtub as we were able to relax and rest well after walking a lot in Macao. And loved quiet environment, this hotel doesn’t have a Casino so it’s relatively quiet which was lovely that hotel wasn’t crowded! Breakfast: Great variety of both Western/Asian food, love having windows seats with good sense of decoration, felt like we were in Europe. Tasty food with helpful and friendly stuffs! Stuffs: They’re all so nice and kind. I got sick while I was having dinner at a restaurant but they all concerned about my health. Even next day few stuffs at the breakfast showed concern and told me some kind words which made us feel comforted and were impressed this hotel is organised well to show hospitality! ( Special thanks to Violetie, Brian ‘s kindness and lovely service of Daisy at the breakfast! ) Swimming Pool: Fantastic swimming pool with clean water and lovely facility with sauna and showers. We fully enjoyed our stay and we’d like to come back if there is a chance, thank you for providing the wonderful stay!

We had a very unforgettable experience when during this holiday. The staff & service is very nice to prepared the bday cake to us! Will recommend to fd and family to Artyzen again.

I enjoyed staying in here since 2023, it is my only option that I will make in Macao.

Clean and central location to the old town … highly recommended , nice stores at hotel and also the art gallery is interesting

Location not good (need to taxi in & out) but the bar is perfect. The view of room is good

 several times here. The breakfast was good, worthy. Everything was fine.

Comfortable and spacious room. Nice deco. Modern facilities, multi pin plug and charging cable provided. I love the selection of pillows. Room is not fully sound proof but keeps the sound of traffic out although does not keep sound of guests talking loudly.. Breakfast was good value for money. Great service - doorman solved the issue of shuttle service for me. Easy to check in and out. Many English-speaking staff. Nice pool and gym. 5 star experience.

Very nice front staff and service. Love the shuttle services.

Check in was very smooth and fast, the lady who checked us was very nice and professional (I forget her name). Front desk staff provide the best service and this is very important, very polite good attitude and service. Staff here make you feel at home and you feel welcoming, so far this is the first hotel in Macau that we feel this kind of warm services. Beautiful spacious clean room and great view from the window, all I can say is amazing. All amenities are provided, and the shower water pressure is very strong i like it. The hotel also provides shuttles to a few places like Lisboa Macau, Macau tower and Jai Alai which make our stay more convenient. In my opinion Artyzen Grand Lapa is the best hotel we have ever stayed in so far, maybe not the biggest or luxurious but their service is the best we ever received.

Great location and nice atmosphere. I love the pool and pool bar.

Perfect choice if you want to stay away from the crowded casino area in Macau. Overall is good value but don’t expect too much comparing to the top hotels of its vicinity.

Great Hotel near Ferry to Hong Kong. Plus for spa and swinnig pool
