We liked most of the hotel. The pricing was reasonable and it was in a nice and quiet area in Geneva. We found the beds to be comfy and felt the shower was excellent with a couple of different settings to get some good pressure. We had two twin beds and the room had enough furnishings in it to enjoy but it is just a place to sleep. The room ran a bit warm for us in late October but having the window open helped. They have a very good breakfast with a good variety of items like Swiss cheese, bacon, cured meats, breads and some good pastries. Coffee, tea and juice is also included and they have a few dispensers in the dining area. Hot water is available here in case you want to make a hot drink and bring it back to your room. When we visited this hotel there was an internet outage in Vernier so there was no wifi available at the hotel for the duration of our stay and our cellular was blocked. The parking garage was also doing some painting so it was tricky to figure out the parking situation and getting into the parkade because there was no signage. We had issues with the front desk because the staff did not inform us of these known issues while we were checking in and we found it somewhat frustrating but when we inquired about these issues at the front desk the staff that I spoke to was rude, argumentative and condescending while the one lady insisted that they told us during check in but we were simply providing feedback that they did not. We had booked a twin room and a double room for our family but the rooms were mixed around and we didn't figure it out until the next morning and just thought it was what it was. My wife and I could not help but notice that the staff in the breakfast area only asked people of colour for their breakfast card. Each time we went up to grab something they were asking someone of colour for their card to prove they were ok to dine in the breakfast area and it happened so frequently that it did not seem to be a coincidence. Staff could improve by asking everyone or simply having a front desk before the dining area where people could check in so they do not have to weirdly single people out. I believe the hotel was charging a 25 CHF fee per day for parking because it is a third party that operates the parkade. They did advise us that we could choose to pay this fee or pay at the machine in the parkade. When we asked about the costs of the parkade the front desk staff nor the parking operator could advise us what the overnight fees would be but someone later shared that we could check the machine when we go to check out and we found a payment schedule and only had to pay 15 CHF overnight. I have attached the payment schedule to this review. There is not much near this hotel but we felt it was a convenient overnight stay as we drove around Switzerland. We enjoyed some aspects of the hotel but there are definitely some opportunities to improve.

She also briefed us about the free transport card provided by the hotel and showed us where we could go in Geneva. Only 1 shared toilet and 1 shared bathroom available, may have to line up. 2 huge windows in a room, well ventilated. 1 socket and 1 light at head of bed. Big locker in room enough for 2 camping bags. Post-check in big locker for 2 Fr in lobby. Don’t expect smiley faces from staff, and you will be good. Cleaners come into the room everyday, so every thing even the toilets are always clean. Somehow the old wooden floor is noisy when stepping on it. Self-service laundry was around 10 Fr, I saw no one using it. Good vibes and chill, people love to chat in restaurants and the room.

But it is not very ”friendly” to Chinese people, because there is no kettle or any glass cups in the room. I had to borrow a kettle from a local colleague to drink hot water and tea. In recent years, many hotels in Europe have provided kettles. This is the first hotel I have encountered that does not provide kettles. It is recommended to provide them for the convenience of Chinese tourists. The quality of breakfast is pretty good, a typical white restaurant, with cold milk soaked in cereal (many kinds), hot eggs and sausages (salty), bread (variety), cheese (several kinds), fruits (usually bananas, etc.) every day Oranges and green apples. I ate strawberries on the last day (although they weren’t very tasty). I was full but a bit tired after eating them for more than ten days in a row. It is recommended that I try something different every day. In addition, there are no vegetables at all, including European hotels. Served tomato slices and cucumber slices. The hotel waiters are quite enthusiastic and will say hello every morning when they meet at breakfast. Then I could take the elevator back to my room normally. I think this is also the standard practice for late check-out in China. I wonder if the black guy took the job after training. On the day I checked in, I applied for a public transportation card in Geneva, but the white man asked his colleague to open a written card for me. I was surprised because the city of Geneva changed it to an electronic card a year ago. I don’t know why he still has it. I was able to open and write cards. After struggling for a while, I decided to change it to an electronic card. I asked for my email address and received it quickly. But it always makes me feel that their business is unskilled and brings some unnecessary trouble to the guests. Room was super clean! Hotel was so pretty, they even have a microwave in the room, a coffee machine & a seperate sink for water. Its near to the airport, like not even 5 minutes. Haha. They do have shuttle van to the airport so if you book them, you dont have to worry about your transportation from Geneva Airport to the hotel! Will definitely recommend. 😀

Good location near the airport, public transport and coop supermarket within walking distance. Free shuttle bus service every 20min to/fro airport. Amenities wise and breakfast are no frills and simple. Staff is helpful and contactable via the trip.com call function - which is very helpful.

I was going to arrive late in the evening last night so I wrote the hotel to enquire about transportation from the airport to the hotel. They told me very diligent it and precisely about their shuttle service. When I arrived at the hotel, the desk person, a Swiss gentleman, was extremely hospitable, friendly, authentic, detailed in a good sense, helpful and professional. He also helped me book a taxi for the next day. What a great way to welcome a guest. Really best practice. Lots of desk employees around the world should learn from him! The room was very nice, all fine. Large enough, and having all amenities. Excellent lunch at the hotel: very good cuisine. I needed to leave my luggage at the concierge: they did it all very well. The only point for improvement: when I left, I asked a lady at the reception, apparently Swiss, to help me get my luggage back and book a taxi for me. She did it but in a cold and distant way. She should go find another job in a different industry. One where she can continue being unfriendly.

Good decent hotel, but little hard to find the main entrance as it’s too inside the road side. Well maintained amenities and friendly staff, Room size not so spacious, Cleanliness is good.

Very satisfied. From the moment I got off the plane and called to find a car, they carefully solved my problem and contacted the driver to wait for me. After I arrived, they were also very polite and had a good sense of service. The hotel is very clean. The hotel is very close to the airport and there is a shuttle bus to and from the airport. However, dining is very limited. There are only a few waiters in the Western restaurant. Although there are many seats, it still cannot accommodate guests without reservations. The other one has Japanese food, but the standard cannot be called a 4-star hotel. I hope the hotel can improve more.

The room is big and clean The hotel lobby has a hollow design, and the room faces the lobby but it is not noisy at all (the Swiss door and window system is really good!), but it is very reassuring (what happens outside the door can be seen in the lobby), and girls will not feel uneasy if they stay alone. On the one hand The room can see the snow-capped mountains. There is a male waiter at the front desk who is really nice. The other waiters are also very nice~ Breakfast is a standard western breakfast, okay but! All nearby hotels provide standard airport shuttles. Only the Mercure requires a reservation, which is a little troublesome.

I temporarily planned to stay in Geneva for one more day, but the original hotel price skyrocketed to 2k+, so I chose this hotel. The transportation is quite convenient, you need to walk to the bus to the train station. The room is also large and the layout of facilities is the same as novo tradition. All the staff were nice except for one female at the front desk. . I probably just look down on the Chinese a little bit, my attitude is pretty d i a o 😕 but it doesn’t matter. Our child is a bit feverish and wants to rest for a while before leaving. I asked the two girls at the front desk for free late check-out until 2pm, thank you. If compared to the Geneva Hotel, I would personally recommend another hotel on Zurich Road. The facilities are good, the transportation is convenient, and you can walk to Lake Geneva to feed the birds.

The front desk was very friendly! Check-in was smooth, and parking was very convenient because we drove. When driving to the city, the front desk lady pointed me to park at park Mont Blanc. Very good, parked for more than an hour, only 3 Swiss francs, the exit of the parking lot is the ferry, buy a city pass for 5 Swiss francs. The lake cruise is beautiful, swans playing in the water

The front desk is right at the entrance. Check-in is very fast and there is also fast check-out. Parking is not free and costs more than 20 yuan. There are baby cots, which are also suitable for families who need to cook. The tableware and stoves are all new, and there is a washing machine with matching detergent and dishwashing cubes. As for the location, we drove by ourselves, so it was not far from the city attractions.
