Altos de Colorado is a brand new luxuriously appointed estate located on the sand in the guard-gated golf course community of Hacienda Iguana, just west of Tola, Nicaragua. Altos de Colorado boasts 8000 square feet of living space on over a third acre of beachfront property. This luxury estate has 5 bedrooms (2 Master) and 5 1/2 baths and has one of the largest private pools on the beach in all of Hacienda Iguana. The house is directly in front of the world class surf break Playa Colorados, and a 5 minute sand walk south of Ponga Drops, another world-class surf break. The house comfortably sleeps 12 people in 5 bedrooms (one of which is a very private 'honeymoon' casita), each with their own beautiful custom cabinetry and granite counters with beautiful stone sinks. All bedrooms are independently A/C cooled for maximum comfort and energy efficiency, and are conveniently located on the main floor for a quick exit to the surf and sand! On the second floor is a beautifully appointed large kitchen with oversized island food preparation area, a dining tables both inside and outside (on the second floor veranda) large enough for place settings for fourteen, and a very large second floor patio with a 36 inch wide built-in gas BBQ perfect for parties overlooking the surf firing off from either Colorados or Ponga Drops! The upstairs and downstairs living rooms are equipped with large screen TV's and Blu-Ray/DVD players. There are also 40-inch WiFi Smart TV's in each of the master bedrooms with Blu-Ray DVD players available for each TV as well. Netflix can be streamed on each TV.
