It was a very beautiful and great hotel. It's a little off the center of Zagreb, but on the contrary, it's nice to be quiet and calm. The room was small but functional. There was also a free mini bar and water, which was enough as a service. Next time I come to Zagreb, I would like to stay again.

I had a lovely stay; the room was very clean, and I loved the rooftop pool and the view. Additionally, the staff is pleasant and kind. The breakfast was also delicious, with a lot of options. I would stay at this property again.

Located close to the train station, but not towards the centre. It's not too far though. 2 major problems here: - air conditioning didn't work. Luckily it wasn't too hot during my stay and you can open the window. - shower didn't work properly: the water was constantly switching from hot to cold all by itself, so taking a shower was quite a frustrating experience. Other than that I didn't have any issues. However, will not stay here again for the above mentioned reasons.

Good location! Good price. Big comfortable beds, twin beds. The only negative was that a lot of the lamps, hangers etc. were hanging crooked.

The environment is elegant, very clean and comfortable. It happened to be a connecting room, which made it convenient for friends to travel. It was very good. If I come to this city again, I will book this hotel again

Amazing well-located hotel that exudes the old world charm. Fascinating story about how it started (It was built for passengers of the Orient Express in 1925), Well appointed room with good facilities and a nice selection of TV channels globally. It features several fine-dining restaurant and bistro. One day we had breakfast at Le Bistro before leaving for the airport. It took one of the dishes a bit longer to come in and unexpectedly the restaurant waived the bill for us. It’s a very thoughtful gesture.

This room was perfect for my stay in Zagreb. The location is within walking distance of everything you want to see in the city. The room is clean and even has a stove and all kitchen utensils in case you want to eat on some days you’re there. On the last day, we went to the National Park and had nowhere to store our baggage the guy at the front desk held our stuff till 8 pm and worked extra so we could come to pick them up!! Great sat highly recommended!!

I've been on a bit of a tour of Vienna, Budapest, Graz and Zagreb. I've been staying in hotels that are in the 100 to 150 Euros a night range and this was by far the most luxurious Hotel. Perhaps this is because it was so recently renovated?, but the high ceilings, spacious rooms attention to architectural detail was impressive.

The room (twin bed) is large and clean. The staffs are also very friendly. Althought the food selection during the breakfast is a bit limited, but the taste is quite nice with a comfortable dining environment as well. The hotel location is a bit far from city centre, but there is a tram station nearby the hotel, which is within 2 to 3 minutes walking distance.
