Yet, my recent stay at the Crowne Plaza Istanbul – Old City genuinely stood out. It’s a property that masterfully combines thoughtful design, polished service, and a location that captures the very essence of Istanbul’s history and rhythm. An Experience Worth Remembering Location & Access Situated in the heart of the city’s historic core, this hotel makes exploration effortless. From here, it’s just a short walk to the Grand Bazaar, Sultanahmet, and several key transport links. The setting feels authentic and lively; ideal for guests who want proximity without sacrificing comfort. Room 3219 – Exceptional Comfort The room offered a superb balance of functionality and elegance. It was impeccably clean, featuring plush bedding, perfect lighting for reading or work, and a surprisingly quiet HVAC system, a rarity in city hotels. Small details, like the scent of fresh linen and a spotless bathroom, reinforced the sense of care behind the housekeeping standards. Service & Staff The staff are the heartbeat of this property. Every interaction, from check-in to checkout, reflected professionalism anchored in genuine warmth. They anticipated needs before being asked, making the experience feel personal rather than procedural. This consistency across teams’ front desk, dining, and housekeeping speaks volumes about the culture of service within the hotel. Dining Experience Breakfast was both indulgent and efficient. The buffet selection was diverse, featuring beautifully presented dishes that catered to both international and local palates. The staff handled the morning rush with grace and precision, maintaining quality and attentiveness without any sense of haste. Facilities & Ambience Public areas were spotless and aesthetically cohesive. The fitness and spa areas were well-maintained, creating a serene environment ideal for unwinding after long days in the city. The lounge and lobby were comfortable enough to double as workspaces, a feature that frequent travelers will appreciate. The One Minor Quirk I noticed some early-morning noise, mostly the seagulls, a distant metro vibration, and a faint scratchy sound around 6 a.m. While this didn’t detract from the overall stay, it’s worth noting for lighter sleepers. It’s a subtle reminder that even in the most refined settings, Istanbul’s energy has its own morning rhythm. It leaves one wondering: how might the experience differ in another season, on a higher floor, or in one of the suites overlooking the skyline? Istanbul penuh dengan penipuan dan cukup membosankan, jadi menginap di hotel yang nyaman sangatlah penting. Ini adalah kedua kalinya saya menginap di Ritz, dan menurut saya ini harus menjadi hotel terbaik saat ini. Misal: tempat tidurnya nyaman dan ada bantal memori, dan layanan kamar sangat perhatian (jika membutuhkan dua botol air, Anda akan mendapat enam botol air). Gymnya besar dan lengkap, spanya juga bagus, sikap layanan semua orang sangat baik, sarapannya rata-rata tetapi pemandangannya bagus, dan makan malamnya Michelin. Satu-satunya kelemahan adalah Anda harus naik taksi untuk keluar. Agak jauh untuk berjalan kaki dan butuh beberapa saat untuk berjalan ke jalan.

Fasilitas hotelnya bobrok, tampilannya oke, tapi dalamnya sudah tua. Pekerjaan mereka relatif tidak terorganisir, dan mereka hanya menempatkan saya di ruangan yang sama jika perlu. Namun mereka membantu saya mengatur jalan masuk ke bandara, dan saya harus memujinya.

Lokasi, apartemen, pelayanannya….. dan terutama staf, terima kasih kepada semua tim resepsionis dan restoran, semuanya sempurna 👍

Ini adalah hotel sebelumnya. 1. Hotel tidak memiliki sikat gigi atau sisir yang serasi, atau bahkan cangkir obat kumur. Ada bathtub tetapi tidak ada penutup bathtub. 2. Sarapannya cuma 4 sama, telur rebus, telur dadar, kentang goreng/mata air, sosis, dan buahnya hanya semangka dan apel. 3. Harganya relatif murah (dibandingkan hotel lain). Letaknya di tengah-tengah dua stasiun kereta bawah tanah. Salah satu pusat perbelanjaan berjarak 900m dan membutuhkan waktu sekitar 10 menit berjalan kaki.

Fasilitas dalam kamar lengkap, antara lain TV definisi tinggi, WiFi gratis, minibar, dll, untuk memenuhi berbagai kebutuhan sehari-hari. 2. Kamar mandi: bersih dan rapi, dilengkapi perlengkapan mandi berkualitas tinggi. Kamar mandinya memiliki aliran air yang cukup dan suhu air yang stabil sehingga memungkinkan orang untuk bersantai saat mandi. 3. Area umum: Lobi hotel didekorasi dengan mewah dan memiliki area tempat duduk yang nyaman. Lift berjalan lancar dan cepat, mengurangi waktu tunggu. Selain itu, hotel ini juga memiliki gym dan kolam renang, yang menyediakan beragam pilihan rekreasi dan hiburan bagi para tamu. 3. Pelayanan hotel 1. Pelayanan meja depan: Stafnya hangat dan ramah, dan prosedur check-in dan check-out efisien dan cepat. Saat check-in, front desk juga akan memperkenalkan fasilitas dan layanan hotel secara detail, membuat masyarakat merasa diperhatikan dengan cermat. 2. Layanan kamar: respon cepat dan layanan penuh perhatian. Ketika ada kebutuhan, staf akan bergegas ke kamar tepat waktu untuk menyelesaikan masalah para tamu. Kebersihan kamar juga sangat baik.
