We had an amazing stay at this hotel in Lisbon! The service was excellent—staff were friendly and always ready to help. The amenities were top-notch and very clean, making our stay super comfortable. The location was also convenient for exploring the city. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting with friends!

Exactly located in city centre, it is very convenient. Restaurants, bar, coffee shops, supermarkets, metro, bus, shopping are nearby. The staff are very helpful, nice and friendly.  The hostel is having great atmosphere and good vibe especially living rooms and kitchen. The shared room is great and having all common facilities that we need plus individual fan, socket, light, locker and curtains. Also, they are providing free breakfast everyday. Need to pay for the towel 2 Euro for each and hair dryer is available for free at the reception.  The hostel is wooden floor and a bit noisy during the night. The rooms next to the street might get some noise from outside. Only 2 toilets and 3 showers for shared dorm but fine.

The location is not that bad especially if you have bought the day travel pass as the metro station Anjos nearby but the closer entrance is closed on Sun. There is a supermarket nearby as well. The room is generally clean.

I booked this hotel cause it a close location to many things around in Lisbon. While it is not a fancy hotel, it serves well for solo travellers and families. The room was very spacious and the AC worked well. The cleaning service came every day and left the room clean and fresh. Breakfast was included with our stay, and it was a usual hotel breakfast. You could pick from hot items such as scrambled eggs and meat products like beans and sausage or bacon. On one day they also had mushrooms. Then of course the bread variety and some pastry items such as croissant and muffins. Cheeses, yoghurt and fruits as well cereals were available. Eating breakfast at 10 AM usually filled us up for the day and we hardly ate lunch outside. The staff was friendly and when we requested an iron they provided that with no problem. The room had a small safe for valuables when we left for the day and plenty of storage space for the clothes and suit cases. The bathroom was very nice as well, lots of counter space and even a clothing line across the tub to hang some items to dry if you had to was a shirt or socks. The hotel is located across small soccer practice field so from our balcony we could watch people play some soccer games. Be advised the hotel is very close to the airport (about 10 min) so there was noise from planes but hardly noticeable. During our stay, 2 of the main elevators broke and were not usable but luckily we were on the second floor so taking the stairs was easy but they do have other elevators available. And for anyone not looking to leave the hotel for lunch or dinner, they provide plenty of dishes in their restaurant and bar area. But just a few steps around that area, you will find great places to eat such a Turkish restaurant with a 10 page menu I highly recommend to try.

Lokasi: sangat nyaman, stasiun kereta bawah tanah tepat di depan hotel. Restoran-restoran bagus di dekatnya. Pelayanan: staf sangat membantu. Fasilitas: ini hotel tua tetapi terlihat mereka telah merenovasi kamar mandi sehingga bersih dan baru. Akan merekomendasikan kepada orang lain.

Hotel yang indah di lokasi yang menakjubkan. Stafnya juga ramah. Air di kamar kami tidak cukup hangat, tetapi setelah menelepon resepsionis untuk memberi tahu mereka, mereka telah memperbaikinya dalam 10 menit. Sarapannya enak dengan banyak pilihan. Tersedia tempat parkir yang sangat bagus di area kota tersebut. Akan merekomendasikan dan menginap di sini lagi.

Very nice hotel. Rooms were kind of small but it felt snug and cozy. The hotel was older but renovated. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Definitely worth having. The gave a lot of options. What makes this hotel good is the location and the price you pay to be in this location. I would look to stay here again.
