Fabulous Family Weekend! The hotel has been completely renovated. Comfy beds, fabulous chaise/sofa combo, sparkling clean, and the pool and hot tub were wonderful. The hotel breakfast (free) was the best hotel breakfast ever. The sweet lady who took care of it actually cooked the sausage in a front pan! We were there to celebrate a family birthday. The hotel front desk people (all of them) set up the breakfast area to help us enjoy dinner together (Red Lobster take out). They even brought a microwave out for us to use. We shared some birthday cake with them. The next morning for breakfast, they showed up with a card and a goody bag for my nephew. We were flabbergasted at their sweet gesture. You can’t go wrong here. If you’re planning a trip to Ardmore, I highly recommend checking out the SpringHill Suites Ardmore. The valet service was excellent and a blessing in the heat. Also, everything is closeby so there is not much driving or traffic to hassele your stay. . We were missing a hairdryer but the front desk was prompt to deliver one to our room.

The breakfast food, it was nothing like the reviews said it was. There were no eggs , just some cold rubber sausage and chewy potato pieces. There was no plates. The lady bringing out the breakfast was nice , but she did not care About her job. She literally said Well this is what you get when you get free breakfast. I was appalled. The rooms are a $100 and up.So you would think that the continental free breakfast would be awesome! But sadly that was not the case. When we first got there, the room that we got the A.C did not work and the tv Didn't either. However the lady At the front desk was Extremely nice & very helpful! We appreciated her!

I liked this hotel. It’s nice, the lobby is nice, the sitting area is fabulous and has a big fireplace and comfy chairs. The staff were helpful. Bar food was okay. There was a lot of space to walk my 2 pups. Bed was comfortable and the a/c worked great. Only con would be that there were a few little ants crawling on the wall by the desk, not near the bed, on the other side of the room. Probably an anomaly. They offered to come and take care of it but I didn’t want to breathe bug spray and I didn’t want to change rooms.

This property was a great location in Bricktown area. Parking is an issue, yes valet is there at an an addition cost that can be confusing if you don't pick at first. The valet service is worth the price in that they provide versus the self park. Construction was currently in process, mad the lobby area congested and back door open at will. During our stay we. requested room fresh linens and bed service. Staff was friendly and courtesus during the stay at a base level.

Quite the spot! I was shocked by how affordable this location was AND it was amazing! It’s definitely a hidden gem if I return to this part of Oklahoma. The suites are inexpensive and very updated, roomy, and homey. I would recommend this place for anyone looking to stay nearby Oklahoma City or Norman, but not wanting to pay the fare of staying downtown.

We booked this spot as a last minute resort for a convention at the hotel across the street. It was great! Plentiful space and very clean, uptight rooms/common areas. We did not use any of the amenities as it was only one night, but breakfast looked pretty pleasing! If we ever needed a place to stay again, this would definitely be a great consideration.

I was locked out of my room on the third afternoon. During my conference. Room #850 The Hotel said the booking was for 2 nights and asked me to leave or pay another $150.00. Because I already paid for the room I said no Then they had security remove me from the room and I left the Hotel.

The front desk staff was friendly. Kathleen was extremely helpful and nice. The maid service was perfect. My bed was very sift & comfortable. Room was clean and had all amenities. I never heard anyone coming or going. It was really nice experience. Only fault....the pool wasn't warm enough for me LOL
