The hotel is great value for the money you pay. All the staff is super friendly. They helped us if questions appeared. Big thanks to the receptionist who helped us and sent our delayed Taobao parcel to Beijing after we left. It was super helpful. Very clean they clean every day, bring clean towels, water and tea. The lift worked well. The breakfast was quite good - both western and Chinese options and vegetarian options appeared. Right in the city center of Hohhot. Comfortable bed. Nice cosmetics in the shower Close to many shopping malls and not too far from underground and bus stop. Nice modern design. Small shop in the hotel, very convenient. All was fine.

It's great to stay here & soo comfortable and clean for our family. We're so happy & will come back here.

We went there to make our inner-Mongolia visit special. It was a good choice. The location was a bit too far from everywhere but it was nice to feel the vast plain. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet with inner-Mongolian themed food was very nice. Don't miss the breakfast if you go there. On the first floor, there's a photo shooting service you can use. It would definitely be a good memory if I do it but it was a bit pricey.

One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's breakfast at ground floor, which offered a variety of European continental and Chinese dishes that catered to different tastes. The staff was attentive and provided excellent service throughout my dining experience. The Orange Hotel also has a range of facilities, including a gym and laundry, which I took advantage of during my stay. These facilities were knowledgeable and helped me save time on the trip. Overall, my stay at The Orange Hotel in Tongliao, Inner Mongolia, was a pleasant surprise. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and convenient location made it a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

On the first day of our stay at the Shangri-La Hotel, when we went to the reception, most of the staff did not speak English. However, a lady named Zoe Zhou helped us wholeheartedly and was extremely kind and professional. Sugar was also very helpful, and we are truly grateful to her. We had a lot of luggage and it did not fit into our suitcase, so we asked a male staff member to bring us a box. He not only brought the box but also kindly provided tape as well. His thoughtfulness and willingness to help really impressed us. Overall, the staff’s sincere support and warm attitude made our first day at the hotel very comfortable and memorable.
