Hotel located opposite the dock and next to Wanda Plaza which saved us the trouble to get a taxi to move around. We took the cruise from Chongqing, needed to stay 1 night and returned to Chongqing by high speed rail the next day. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Got us a 9 seater vehicle to send us to the railway station. The river view bedroom is spacious. Hotel common area has been renovated, lift lobby marble was polished and corridors with new carpets. Bedroom curtains and armchairs are dark brown velvet which i think are old design, replace it with lighter shade of beige will makes it look more modern. The bathroom floor needs polishing & grouting.

This hotel is located so conveniently for tourist. Right next to Chuhehanjie, where shopping is endless and street food is everywhere. Also very near to Wuhan Metro station, Minutes away from major tourist attraction. Hotel is right up to 5 star level when it comes to cleanliness and facilities but the same can't be said about their service. Chinese people are pretty reserved when faced with foreigners, sometimes cold downright. You won't get the enthusiasm of wanting to please you. It gets better if you speak chinese but if you don't then make sure you have a data plan that allows for Google Translate. Talking about data plan, be prepared to get a provider that has high data caps, or even unlimited. Wifi in this hotel is not foreign device friendly. But all in all, a good stay with my family, we enjoyed Wuhan very much.

The hotel is beautiful and located near plenty of shopping and food area. It's not on the main street, so it might be tricky to find it at first. There is about a 200m walk up from the main street to the hotel. The room was spacious and well designed. They gave new slippers, tissues, towels, and bottled water everyday. The receptionist was very nice and helped us with information on how to get to places we wanted to visit around Enshi in the coming days. The breakfast is good - noodles made on order, boiled eggs, fruits. The security guard gets a special mention. He is very welcoming and makes sure we get home safe every night. He has plenty of advise and is knowledgeable of the attraction places. You can speak with him via a translator app. He is very patient and hospitable. Our stay here was really enjoyable and we will come back next time we're at Enshi. By

TTamuWe loved our stay at Westin Yichang. A new hotel opened in 2025. It is located at the riverside with stunning river view. A bit away from the city centre but we used didi to travel around with no problem. We absolutely love where we stay. During the day we were on tour bus or away for sightseeing, in the evening we would take the kids for a swim at the indoor swimming pool. The pool is super clean and warm and its huge. You would need to wear head cover which they sell around 3 yuan. After swimming, we would catch didi to a restaurant. Didi ride is super cheap too. The room is huge (we booked 2 beds - 2 adults and 2 kids). Beds are comfortable. The pillows might be a tad too fluffy for my liking - but thats just personal preference. Daily housekeeping and amenities replacements which we appreciated. Services are amazing - everyone is very friendly and kind. They dont speak much English but they tried real hard to help. Should not have any problem communicating if you download the translator apps (we did not 😅) We loved everything about Westin Yichang - but the real star is the swimming pool for the kids to swim around in the evening. The downside: The dining options are a let down. It took too long to wait for the food (we were the only guests that night). And the food did not impress us. Overall: love Westin Yichang and would stay there again next time.

DDoufutravelsMy boyfriend and I just had the most special stay here. From the moment we arrived, the wonderful team looked after us and helped with everything and anything we could want. We’d wanted to eat dinner upon arrival, and so they provided some of the nicest Chinese food I’ve had to date! My recommendation is the fried eggs and leek. We were obsessed! 🤤 The room and the amenities were really high quality, and I especially enjoyed the incredible view from our bedroom. Daily, we were given snacks and fruits. The food was so good that we ordered again on our second night. Truly, the food was 10/10!! For the room, everything was clean, modern and worked well. All the staff were excellent, too. Yang Yang was especially wonderful (picture of us together!) and made sure we had the best time. She helped with organising our trip, including travel. She is a warm, kind person who made all the difference to our trip. She also introduced us to 土豆 the cat—he was just as delightful! As a foreigner in China, sometimes it can be tricky to navigate how best to travel certain areas. This hotel and the wonderful people here made us feel at home. Thanks so much for this memorable trip, Yang Yang —and also to all the lovely people there! You MUST stay here for the best hotel outside Enshi Grand Canyon!! 💚

TTamuWe loved everything about our stay at Mu Yun Wan hostel for 4 nights. · The Views: Absolutely stunning, panoramic mountain views. We had a great view from both the room and also lounging out on the Sun decks under the umbrella. · The Food: Incredible! Authentic local cuisine that was fresh and flavorful. We had a few special requests on the dishes and the staff happily made it happen. The price point is also great. · The Service: The owner and his family are the heart of this place. So friendly, helpful, and genuinely cares about his guests. The entire staff was also excellent and knowledgeable about the surroundings. They shared snacks, offered umbrellas, raincoats and arranged anything we needed before we even asked. · The Design: The hotel is beautifully decorated with modern amenities and has been specced to the highest standards. What you see in the pictures is what you get. The hotel is at a very convenient location and has ev charging which was very useful for self driving. I also saw them arranging pick ups/drop offs and arranging tours for other guests so every type of traveller is covered. A truly memorable and wonderful hotel experience. We are already planning a trip back in a different season and would 100% only stay at this place.

MMikeJMJonesThis is an excellent hotel. It offers a very high standard of accommodation for a very reasonable price. I was a little annoyed that my booking was meant to come with a free dinner buffet, but the reception staff did not mention this or give me any voucher or anything. Nevertheless, I would happily stay there again because the rooms were exceptional, especially for the price. The breakfast buffet was extremely local, and as a vegetarian I had very little to eat. Nevertheless, I still think that I would rather stay there in Wuhan than pay two or three times the price for a different five star hotel, which would probably have worse rooms!
