All the carpets are threadbare very unclean the hotel is very outdated upon booking a asked both rooms to be near lift one not to bad the other was nearly at the other end only do rooms service every 3 days pretty bad for a 4 star will never stay again

Very Good
GGuest UserStayed in a room overlooking the atrium gardens. This is a unique and beautiful space with a fish pond which my son was mesmerised by. These rooms also have an internal balcony overlooking the atrium which is a lovely feature. The bathroom was shiny new and immaculate. Some parts of the hotel are dated and a bit tired. It’s nice to have a swimming pool but it is very small so if there’s more than about 7 people in it they can’t let you in. Good choice at breakfast buffet of different fruits, pasties and usual cereals and hot items. Service at the desk and breakfast is friendly and welcoming. Guys at the bar didn’t smile, maybe just trying to be cool.
