Hotel Dengan bar di Lapland, Finlandia

Hotel terbaik yang saya tinggali selama seluruh perjalanan Nordik, meskipun mahal. Tapi lokasinya bagus, kamarnya besar, fasilitasnya baru, dan pelayanan front desknya bagus. Pemandangan ambang jendela bagus. Semuanya sangat luar biasa Disarankan untuk mencoba sauna hotel, ini pengalaman yang luar biasa! menyarankan!

The room was lovely design however there hasn't floor heater. At first staff told me they wont charge on pet fee. After I check in they said they have to charge for pet fee 30 Euro! It is quite upset but i dont ruin the day. But the food was really nice I was love the line of buffet.

Hotel Santa Holidays Village sangat cocok untuk keluarga. Hati-hati dengan reservasi yang Anda buat di Trip, kami memesan chalet untuk 2 orang dewasa dan 2 anak-anak, ketika tiba untuk check-in kami diberitahu bahwa Trip hanya disediakan untuk dua orang dewasa dan oleh karena itu anak-anak harus dibayar ekstra. Tidaklah serius bagi TRIP untuk tidak mengkomunikasikan harga sebenarnya pada saat reservasi. Situs ini kurang transparan (hanya mencatat pernyataan yang mengatakan bahwa biaya tambahan mungkin dikenakan oleh hotel untuk anak-anak tanpa memberi tahu Anda berapa banyak dan terutama tanpa memberi tahu Anda bahwa mereka hanya memesan untuk dua orang). Jadi yang paling parah adalah mempunyai kamar yang bahkan tidak cocok untuk keluarga. Di Santa Claus kami harus membayar €30/malam per anak (untungnya kami telah memesan chalet jadi cukup besar untuk 4 orang). Kami memiliki pengalaman yang sama di hotel lain pada periode yang sama (resor apukka) yang mengenakan biaya €100 per malam per anak di igloo, untungnya igloo yang dialokasikan untuk kami dapat menampung 2 anak, jika tidak, kami akan tanpa kemungkinan menampung 4 anak dari kita.

Wilderness Hotel Juutua is a charming and peaceful hotel located just outside the town center of Inari, right next to Lake Inari. The lakeside location is truly beautiful, offering stunning natural views and a calm atmosphere that feels very special, especially in winter. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, with warm smiles that make guests feel comfortable and well taken care of. The room is warm and comfortable, which is important in the cold Lapland climate. However, the room feels quite small for two people, especially when traveling with luggage. Moving around and storing suitcases can be a bit inconvenient. Bathroom amenities are mostly sufficient, but toothbrushes and razors are not provided, which would be expected at this level of hotel. Other amenities are well prepared. Breakfast quality is good, but unfortunately we could not fully enjoy it because it closes too early at 10:00 AM, which may not be ideal for guests who prefer a relaxed morning or late start. Overall, Wilderness Hotel Juutua offers a beautiful lakeside setting, warm hospitality, and a cozy atmosphere. Despite some minor drawbacks such as room size and limited bathroom amenities, it is still a very pleasant stay and a great choice for travelers looking to experience the natural beauty of Inari.

Bad management during check in. I book an Apartment for 2 nights for this stay but I got the room for 1 night each. Staff told me I have to change room tomorrow and check out at 12PM. So that mean first night I stay and tomorrow check out 12PM and wait for a new room. Also, the apartment is very far from reception. Luckily, I have a car. Imagine if I don't have a car, I have to carry big luggage from the apartment to reception to check out and wait for new room later and move my luggage to new room again, how was it? Moreover, when I check out at 12PM staff told me the room will ready for check in around 2 hours. Then came back to check in again for second at 3PM another staff told me the room is not ready yet and policy for the Apartment check in time is 6PM. ***!!! I said I need the room now because this is unacceptable. Then staff told me the room is ready and give me the key card. So, for this situation I waste the time for half day to pack my luggage, move a lot of luggage to my car with a lot of snow, check out, go to reception for check out, wait the new room, wait, wait, wait, and come back to check in and got very bad answer that she told the room is not ready, and go to check in again, move my luggage to new apartment with a lot of snow, and take a rest. VERY BAD!!!!!

Saya harap hotel dapat menyediakan alat untuk membawa koper, karena menarik dua koper seberat 23 kg di tengah salju merupakan tantangan. Meskipun saya tahu ada layanan pengangkutan koper seperti itu, saya tidak menggunakannya karena saya berangkat sangat pagi. Ada pertunjukan drone di malam hari, yang dapat saya lihat dari kamar saya, sebuah penghiburan karena tidak dapat melihat aurora. Sarapan dan makan malam berkualitas sangat baik; sarapan memiliki banyak pilihan, dan makan malam berkualitas tinggi. The service here is quite good, the staff in the recee will give you some useful advice if you ask, room is really awesome, geting a nice view from the balcony. The breakfast is also good. 服务很好，房间有阳台，浴室，桑拿房。风景很好，周边有几个餐厅可以吃饭。早餐也不错
