Lovely nite stay at the Royal Highland Hotel room was lovely very spacious with a kitchenette included. Had a great nites sleep staff very friendly and helpful who also stored our cases for us prior to checking in which was great.

Lots to love but room for a few improvements. The biggest is the doors on the rooms. They are heavy wooden doors and slam really loud. As you can imagine that’s quite annoying when people go in and out waking people up Bathroom door rotten at bottom from damp, needs replaced, looks awful. Cleaning under sinks and taps in bathrooms, the things you see when you sit in the bath!! Painting of the room could be a bit tidier, white paint all over grey radiator pipes. Cleaners could be a bit more gentler when hoovering, they batter the radiator pipes in the rooms and it vibrates to the room your in , next door! Out of stock of some flavours for cocktails, young staff seen with mobile phones very casually. Move out of sight, the customer / service are important Food is expensive for the quality you get too

Just a quick overnight stop. Hotel prices in Inverness have become silly. HIE had a good room available at a fair price. With a good breakfast - cooked and continental - included, you can't really go wrong. Friendly check in, everything you need in the room. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

The hotel is located in the center of Inverness. It is simple and bright. The receptionist is patient and enthusiastic. The restaurant is on the right side of the reception. The food is very Scottish and the price is reasonable. The largest second-hand bookstore in the UK is about 100 meters away from the hotel (it was closed when we arrived). Next to it is Ness Bridge. We arrived at nearly 7 o'clock in the evening. The sky was still bright. We had dinner at a Turkish restaurant in the city center. The barbecue was very authentic. We walked along the banks of the River Ness. It was a quiet and beautiful city. As soon as we turned into the city center, the nightlife was also very lively. There were many people at the entrance of the bar and karaoke hall. We walked back to the hotel slowly. It was past 9 o'clock and the sky was still bright. We washed up and made up for the jet lag. The next morning, the hotel's buffet breakfast was very rich, with six or seven varieties of milk alone. Sit on the bank of the River Ness and enjoy the fresh morning. In short, it was a very comfortable stay.

The sofa bed is not very comfortable. It is difficult for a family with two children to book a room. This hotel has a large bed and a sofa bed. You need to make an appointment at the front desk for breakfast, which is incomparable to the variety of breakfasts in China. The hotel gave a large box of biscuits, which is a good service.

Hotel is great and the stay was comfortable. It's quite convenient to walk to the bus station as well at the train station. The room is clean however the toilet shower doesn't has a door and the water slashes out causing whole toilet to become wet after shower. The hotel do provide bottled water in room and has a restaurant on the ground floor. The staffs are friendly and overall stay experience was amazing.

The hotel is in a good location and is convenient for going to Sky Island. However, it is also quite old. The rooms are not big and the soundproofing is average. But overall it is quite clean. It is mainly used by tour groups.

Booked for the suite as we were a group of 4. The room provided us all the things we needed, microwave, fridge, plates, utensils. The only drawback is that we got the room on 4th floor and there was no elevator!

I really like this hotel. The view is amazing, and the reception is very friendly. They also have a restaurant and bar downstairs, which is really a saver for us after a long day of driving.

It was a beyond excellent stay at Ness Walk. The service and staff have been exceptional and warm. The rooms were beautiful and clean. Whenever we needed help, the staff were always really kind, warm and helpful. They've really created such a wonderful impression and we would only recommend Ness Walk to anyone visiting Inverness.

A well-deserved inn in the Scottish Highlands can be described as a good overnight stay option. There is a parking space in front of the hotel that can park about ten cars. The waiters are warm, courteous and helpful. The main color in the room is dim, and the beds are generally comfortable. No meals due to the epidemic

Nice location, facilities, and super friendly staff 🥰 Me and my family had a good stay in this hostel, will definitely choose here when we visit Inverness next time!!!

Can't leave proper review as made a genuine mistake with booking ...had entered wrong dates....was visiting my dad in hospital so had to rebook another hotel very quickly ,so never got any refund at all not even partial refund so lost all the money paid for hotel and breakfast ...

Prices start at £4 or £5 per night... This is an old castle hotel on the west side of the Scottish Highlands. From a common area point of view everything is well done and impeccable. But from the point of view of the rooms...the price/performance ratio is obviously super low. The facilities are outdated, so I asked for a humidifier... A hair dryer that was produced 20 years ago came, which was completely unacceptable and had no humidifying effect at all. The shower room has very strict requirements on the size of the guests, and I personally feel that the water pressure can be further improved and improved. The laudable point is that the shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and soap in the bathroom...all have two ball royal certifications, and the quality is also carried. The cold and hot water device of the washbasin is a traditional separate type, which is the kind of water that you either use cold water or hot water, and it cannot be warm water anyway. The sofa in the guest room is made of fabric. The disadvantage is that you can't see whether it has lice or whether it is clean. Anyway, it is so old that people don't want to sit on it at all. The carpet is lint-free, which means it's ”aged”. When I got to the hotel, I was asked to pay a little bit more than what was advised by trip.com, but every penny was worth it! Location is great, staff are very friendly and welcoming, the room was absolutely fantastic, and the full Scottish breakfast was generous and tasty. The only disappointment was I couldn't get a bath because the bathtub obturating plug didn't work properly. However, the overall experience was good. Thank you!

服務太讚了！！我們從湖區一路開車過來，到達時是晚上8點多，錯過了最遲入住時間，旅館職員下班前通過攜程不斷聯繫我們，但因為路上無信號，我們並不知道。到達後見到前台無人，我們一臉懵圈，試着致電旅館人員，對方馬上接聽，告訴我們已安排好的房間號碼，房門沒鎖，鑰匙在房間桌面。並且有一張手寫的留言放在旅館門廊的顯眼位置。很感動！ 我們頓時心安下來，房間整潔乾淨，衞浴特別特別寬敞，桌上還有歡迎小餅乾。晚上很安靜，隔音不錯，聽不到其他房間的動靜。 早餐正對着湖面，心曠神怡。旅館員工還特意問候了我們入住感受，並昨晚的不便致歉。這是太贊啦！

I really like this hotel. The view is amazing, and the reception is very friendly. They also have a restaurant and bar downstairs, which is really a saver for us after a long day of driving.

The hotel room area is ok, located in Ben Nevis in the middle of the mountain, the surrounding environment is very beautiful, like nature or hiking is really great, because there are hiking trails, if you like off-road cycling, here there is a cable car can go straight to the top of the track.

This is the most expensive one I have ever lived in the UK but the smallest one. The price is too low and the check-in procedures are the most cumbersome. But the hotel is very beautiful, the location is good, the aunt who serves is very warm, the breakfast room is amazing, and the breakfast quality is very good.

The room is of suitable size, clean and tidy, no odor. Complete facilities, low water pressure, troublesome to wash long hair. Free parking Warm service, feel like home. The view is first-class, be sure to book the lake view.

Amazing location and lovely room. The view of the bay is outstanding and one of the best sun sets I've seen in a long time. Breakfast was perfect although the volume of the death metal music coming out of the kitchen was a bit much at 8am. But would definitely stay again!

Great location location to visit the west part of skye. 10 minutes away from the fairy glen. Breakfast was spectacular. The Pancakes were amazing and so were the eggs with salmon. Amazing buffet aswell. It just doesn't have amenities (shampoo and body wash), so bring some.
