Hotel is located just 2 mins walk to Oslo Central Stn. Also close to city centre, shopping mall and cafes nearby. Room and bed are comfortable. Spacious enough to fit my big luggage and hang my jackets. I like how the bathroom floor is heated so I don't feel cold walking on it at night. Generally a good stay and I would book this place again next time.

Overall, my stay was pleasant. Although there was a slight hiccup with my room booking that delayed my check-in, I appreciated the efforts from both the hotel reception (especially Jordan) and Trip’s representative (Nico) in resolving the matter promptly.
The room itself was fairly basic, but the superb location and delicious breakfast more than made up for it. I would definitely consider returning and staying again with Clarion Hotels

Hotel ini terletak tepat di seberang Stasiun Pusat Oslo. Letaknya persis di seberang jalan dari stasiun kereta ekspres bandara. Lokasinya sangat bagus, sehingga mudah untuk berjalan kaki ke mana saja. Sarapannya sangat berlimpah. Memesan kamar yang lebih besar akan sangat nyaman. Namun, kolam renang dan sauna hotel cukup kecil, dan karena hotelnya besar, seringkali penuh sesak dan praktis tidak dapat digunakan.

The hotel was nice, sustainable culture supportive, staff are extremely welcoming and very helpful, close to the city center. The room felt extra small for me that I could not believe it, however, warm and good enough for a 1 night crash, did not need to switch on the heater, temp was just right! One thing I really missed is the the English language option in TV, everything else was as expected.

From the hotel it's easy to walk to some of the main tourist attractions and main streets with many supermarkets and convenience stores around. Our twin room was a little small and didn't have a kettle or fridge, otherwise it was nice and quiet and I slept very well. (A kettle and fridge plus microwave and laundry facilities were available in a shared/public space in the hotel)

服務：很棒，很熱情，專業。我們到的早，不能入住，就寄存了行李。晚上剛到前台辦入住手續，還沒説要取行李，寄存的行李就被服務員直接送到我手邊。這得多精心觀察客人啊。完美

Simple hotel, yet clean. Staff are very helpful. Location is easy walk from the train station through the shopping mall, but it is not exactly near the center of attractions. Breakfast is simple but very nice (really love their croissants). Appreciate the breakfast pack given by the hotel for us also; since our train to Bergen is very early in the morning 🙂

Hotel modern yang nyaman dekat dengan stasiun bus/kereta Helsfyr (5 menit berjalan kaki). Sarapan prasmanan panas dan dingin gratis yang luar biasa. Tidak terlalu banyak pilihan di sekitar hotel. Restoran hotel cukup mahal. Mereka menyediakan beberapa sepeda manual gratis… semuanya menurun ke Oslo dan kemudian menanjak kembali. Bus bandara berhenti di stasiun Helsfyr dan kereta akan membawa Anda ke pelabuhan dan pusat kota.

TTamuTruly one of the best hotel stays I have ever experienced. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure we were well accommodated and comfortable throughout. When we arrived at the hotel it was 11AM, so I mentioned to the front desk staff that I know it was far too early for us to receive our room (check in is typically at 3PM) and that we would like to simply drop off our bags. Without any special requests, the front desk staff immediately prepared our room keys of us to check in right away, which was hugely appreciated since we had caught a very early morning flight in. We loved the room. It was very comfortable for the 3 of us, although a bit tight but that's what we expected for hotel rooms in Europe. The bathroom was well fitted and had all the basic toiletries required (shampoo, body wash, hand soap), however we hoped to have body lotion as well, so we asked housekeeping whether any was available and they immediately brought 3 LARGE bottles for each of us to use. I have never seen such massive toiletries and in such generous quantities supplied at any hotel before, which again made us feel very well taken care of. Finally on our check out day our flight was not until 6PM and since checkout is typically at 11AM I requested for just a 1 hr extension. Although they were very busy for it being the beginning of summer holidays, without any hesitation the front desk staff extended our checkout time to 3PM. I was once again very pleasantly surprised and appreciative. My last note is to touch on the complimentary tea and coffee always available in the lobby, as well as the fabulous buffet breakfast they served. Cannot recommend this hotel enough!

TTamuPerfect hotel to stay in, staff was super nice and helpful.
After checking out, we have an overnight bus to catch, staff was generous enough to let us use the shower in the gym, we were super delighted to be able to revitalize ourselves.
The staff asked us to be like home, and we enjoyed ourselves very much.
Breakfast is very nice, complimentary dinner is good too, with different dishes everynight. They even have afternoon fika time for a quick snack and coffee.
Amazed by the service and commitment for every customer.

TTamuThe hotel location was ideal and not far from oslo city centre with a metro station across the road and several bus stops very nearby.
Most of the staff were very helpful however there was one gentleman who appeared to assist but then no result to his said actions.
Additionally the first room he provided he stated would have view. The view was of the hotel from the window. The room he provided was unclean and filthy. We requested a change to our room with his colleague. She was very helpful and gave us a great room very clean room with a view of the river, but only thing is we had no phone in the room. We requested one but was told one would not available until later on the week. This was not beneficial as we were leaving.
The amenities were ok however the hotel had direct access to mini shopping mall which had some lovely coffee shops and general convenience stores, which was great. Therefore we did not eat at the hotel.
Overall apart from the above issues it was a pleasant stay and we extended it by a day which was a smooth process and we was able to stay in the same second room.
