The location is perfect, this is just underground station outside the hotel within 5 minutes walk, so convenient for us to walk around in london. However, the room is abit small but its expected since its LONDON righttt

I recently stayed at this hotel for a 3-night visit while travelling to London for medical treatment. I specifically chose this property because it advertised a gym and steam room, which I needed to support my recovery. Unfortunately, these facilities were completely out of service on arrival, and at no point before or during booking was I informed that they were unavailable. This was extremely disappointing given that these facilities were the main reason for choosing this hotel. Prior to booking, I had also explained that I have several allergies and requested that something I brought with me be heated up upon arrival. When I asked at reception, the young gentleman was unsure and checked with a colleague, whom I assume was his line manager. Despite the fact that the item could’ve been baby food and that my allergies were noted on my booking, the response was dismissive, and no questions or context were asked, the female receptionist didn’t even look up from the screen as she answered. I fully appreciate the importance of avoiding cross-contamination in hotel kitchens, but the lack of communication or willingness to understand the situation felt unnecessarily unhelpful. When I raised the issue regarding the closed facilities, the hotel did not provide any solution or meaningful support, and they also failed to respond to Trip.com for more than 24 hours, even though we were due to check out the next morning. This lack of communication made the situation more frustrating and felt very unprofessional. To their credit, Trip.com stepped in where the hotel didn’t and resolved the issue the best way they could. However, the hotel’s customer service and failure to provide advertised amenities fell well below expectations for a Radisson-branded property. The room itself was clean, house keeping staff very helpful and attentiveand the location is convenient for Heathrow, but the lack of advertised facilities and the unresponsiveness left a poor impression overall. I hope the hotel improves their communication and ensures that major facilities shown in listings are actually available to guests, and that staff take more care when dealing with guests who have specific health or dietary needs.

I have stayed at the Leonardo Hotel London Tower Bridge on several occasions, and it is by far my favourite within the Leonardo hotel chain. From the moment you enter, you’re welcomed by a beautiful, inviting aroma that immediately sets the tone for a relaxing stay. The rooms are consistently clean and comfortable, and the staff are friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The amenities are excellent — the pool is maintained at the perfect temperature, making it ideal for unwinding. Breakfast is particularly impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious options to suit all tastes. The location is also unbeatable, making it a perfect choice whether you’re visiting for business or leisure. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again.

Lokasinya fantastis, tepat di salah satu ujung Jembatan Westminster, dan transportasi umum serta kereta bawah tanah di sekitarnya sangat nyaman. Saya tiba lebih awal dan kamar belum siap, tetapi penitipan bagasi sangat nyaman. Ketika saya kembali untuk mengambil kunci kamar di malam hari, wanita yang telah melakukan check-in sebelum saya bahkan mengingat saya – sangat menyentuh! Saya bahkan tidak perlu mengambil bagasi sendiri; bagasi diantar langsung ke kamar saya – jempol! Saya menginap di dua kamar selama empat malam, dan mereka bahkan tidak menyediakan sebotol air… terlalu malas untuk memintanya. Di kamar saya, tisu habis pada malam kedua dan tidak diisi ulang setelah itu. Mereka secara tidak dapat dijelaskan memberi saya gulungan tisu toilet tambahan – saya merasa geli sekaligus kesal. Pilihan sarapan tidak banyak; cukup untuk membuat kenyang, tetapi juga tidak buruk. Hanya saja sangat membosankan makan makanan yang sama selama empat hari berturut-turut.

Sarapan di kamar lumayan, tetapi untuk harga segitu, jelas tidak memuaskan. Kamar menghadap rel kereta api, sehingga berisik baik siang maupun malam, dengan kereta yang lewat setiap dua atau tiga menit. Selain itu, perlu diperhatikan bahwa hotel tidak memiliki ruang laundry, dan jarak ke stasiun kereta bawah tanah cukup jauh.

I recently stayed at Denham Grove Hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The room, though small, was modern and nicely appointed, making for a comfortable stay. The staff were truly lovely and went out of their way to ensure that everything ran smoothly. The hotel is set in beautiful parkland, which adds a peaceful atmosphere. Despite some minor issues, I'd recommend this hotel for a short, relaxing stay

We stayed at Park Palaza Waterloo for three nights before Xmas, the overall experience of staying at this hotel was great, staff were welcoming and friendly, breakfast was great with variety of choices, room was spotless clean, only downside is the body lotion in the bathroom in our room was run out and had not been topped up during our stay. But this did not bother us too much because we used the swimming pool in the hotel every day, there were plenty of washing facilities available there. The only reason why I did not give 10/10 is the bed in our room, the spring in the mattress made loud noise . I was waken up few times during my sleep which was frustrating.
