Despite the early check-in, it was wonderful that they catered to us when we arrived at the reception at noon. The hotel's air conditioning is great, and the room is clean, so I don't have any worries. Despite the variety of dishes, I don't think the buffet is really good.

We all know that this hotel was new but the service they give is like a level of a 5stars hotel. From the entrance they really acknowledged you as guest hearing them “WELCOME MABUHAY” with that gesture i felt like it was my home. Thank you MS TIN, for giving me impressive,'' and ``excellent work'' for assisting me from check in to check out even I waited long time fall in line in check in time but you approached me with genuine gesture by saying again “welcome mabuhay” with that simple gesture i will definitely comeback again for my next trip. Even housekeeping staff they give extra ordinary work by making my room clean comfortable for a night they all approachable and will great you. The highlight of this stay for me was the Cafe westside restau. Thank you paloma and tash for all the hard work you put into everything you do! Thanks for always taking the initiative and going above and beyond. You make my stay easy, and I know your career will take you far. Your work ethic is admirable, and it's a joy to see your work always done well and on time.

It’s our forth time to stay in this hotel. We always go back because the staff are always so friendly, nice, and attentive. They make sure that we are comfortable and get the most out of our time spent with them. Breakfast is always good but hope to have more vegetables:)

As always staying here is very nice and comfortable but be warned they have airport style security and scanners at the entrance which is super annoying they demand to open and see all your bags inside and belongings even if you're staying here for multiple days they'll do it every time you enter the hotel Bonus you're very close to two big malls

I can barely remember how many times I've stayed in this place. OUR FAMILY LOVES VALERO SUITES! We celebrated Easter here, my Birthday, and this year -- Christmas Eve! The Twin room 1 bedroom suite is really HUGE! 4 of us can sleep in the beds. Then all our relatives who visited have enough place to roam around and to sit in. KITCHEN - not usable. there's a fridge but you can't cook in here. There's a free water heater too, coffee and utensils. BEDROOM - 2 beds. BATHROOM - shower only. no bath tub but complete with comb, brush, etc all toiletries you need + BIDET! YES! DINING AREA - has a 4 seater table . LOCATION - A lot of commercial areas and restaurants nearby. There are 3 convenience stores that are just 2-3 minutes walk away from the building. Every holiday they have freebies too. Last easter we got a pack full of candies for my kid and a photo with the easter bunny. Then this time, we had super yummy home-made Christmas cookies! VALERO SUITES NEVER FAIL TO AMAZE ME!

Location - there are restaurants beside the resort in case you decided not to eat in the hotel. But convenience store is not walking distance. Close to SM MOA. Service - There's room for improvement. The front desk is not located as soon as you enter the hotel but an empty concierge desk. FD is in front of the elevators so I guess consolidating them is better. The customer attendants should be far from their office barracks so they dont stay there when there are no guest. They need to be available when someone comes. They set the mood/first impression for new or old guests. Amenities - Parking is at the 4th floor ,a bit creepy looking as it seems they only acquired it from an old owner. But its okay it is FREE! Pool area at the Penthouse is superb maybe because of the view. Although currently there's repair ongoing that blocks they natural bayview,I guess it will be great in the future.Still good for me though. Restaurant- GF Food selection is good and they taste great! Value for money!They offer in-room service too! Room- is great! Price is justified on how relaxing the room was set up.Bathroom size may differ depending on the room. Plus they have mood lights 😊 Overall- For first time guests here I'd say Im satisfied.

Front desk checked us in quickly. Had to check out at 6 to catch the next flight, and since we paid for breakfast they packed us sandwiches to go, very accommodating of them. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was surprisingly not as clean as the bedroom. It needs some bleach and a scrub...looks like it hasn't cleaned properly in weeks possibly months, otherwise it's a nice hotel. Bar on the room was beautiful.

The staff were incredibly accommodating, from the entrance guards who genuinely helped us with our luggage to the team that assisted us in booking a Grab car. The guards even kindly told us to wait inside, shielding us from the heat, and offered to call us when the car arrived, asking only for the plate number. What struck me most was the warm hospitality displayed by all staff members, who consistently greeted us with happy faces. Their simple smiles made my stay truly special and peaceful. ❤️ One suggestion I have for improvement is to provide an iron in each room or make it easily accessible for guests. We recently stayed at [Hotel Name] and had a fantastic experience. The highlight for us was the wonderful swimming pool, which my niece absolutely loved. Everything is ok as ive been here 2nd time now .. wha bi like here is the location ..with easy access on foods.. groceries.. everything coz its in baclaran.. and with free transpo servive also to MOA. Casino and live band is what i also like here..

Incredible exceptional clean hotel! Friendly staff, full size brand new gym and nice swimming pool. We were looking for something walking distance to MOA but turns out it takes about 20-25mins even being so close by. I still would highly recommended this hotel especially for the price. Breakfast buffet was fabulous!

Hotel staff was professional, kind and helpful. Amazing buffet breakfast, one of the best in Manila. Useful free shuttle to moa. Our only disappoinment was the room cleaning: no floor cleaning, no bedsheets change for 5 nights, found a couple cockroaches inside the room.

The hotel interior was classic, with a calming and comfortable space, and I was very satisfied. The gatekeeper was also very kind and gave me lots of advice on where to go within Manila. There were several types of breakfast to choose from, but just looking at the menu made it hard for me to imagine what it was like, and when the meal was brought out I thought it was a mistake. There were no shops that tourists would visit around the hotel, and the seaside, which I thought I could walk to, was too far away due to the bad roads. You have to take a taxi to get anywhere.

If you're looking for a room that has a little bit of everything, then this is it! The condo is situated close to Mall of Asia, a 5-10 minute walk. The condo itself has a hot water shower, washing machine, microwave and electric stove, fridge and freezer and a smart TV. There is a double bed in the bedroom and sofa bed in the living room, I would say this unit is good for a maximum of 3 people. The property also has 5 swimming pools that can be used at a rate of 150 pesos per person per day, just contact the host for the day pass. The unit was clean and tidy and clean towels were provided along with shampoo and soap. The building also has various stores and restaurants located on the ground floor. The host was very accommodating, allowing us to check in one hour earlier than the scheduled check in time. She was very responsive to messages via WhatsApp, and even messaged a few times to see how we were enjoying our stay. The hot water kettle did not work upon arrival, and this was replaced within 10 minutes of me messaging the host. Last but not least, I found the cost to be fair considering the location. I highly recommend this little gem!

The hotel faces the sea and is cost-effective. It is very quiet and hygienic. It has Chinese and English services. There is a coffee restaurant, swimming pool and gym on the eighth floor. Next to it is 0kada Resort and Asia's largest shopping mall SM.

It's within walking distance of Mall of Asia~ The area itself has convenience stores, laundromats, Starbucks, restaurants, bakeries, etc. ~ It's convenient to use Grab and safe at night~ Burger King and Jollibee are right in front, so it's convenient~

It was difficult for access to the swimming pools, not many restaurants, the rooftop and room view was amazing and the staff polite and helpful.

This condominium style accommodation is excellent. The apartment has all the necessary amenities for a short or extended stay, and addionally, it has fast and free wifi, a kitchen that is stocked with all the utensils to feel like a home . The entertainment centre in the room has an XBox to see your favourite movie or play your favourite games. The bathroom is larger than normal with a clothes washing machine included, and the bedroom is the most comfortable i have had. I recommend this accommodation with a view to use it on my next visit to Manila.

Very helpful had a late check out and I only had to pay 100 pesos an hour and they were very understanding. All cool.

Very convenient as of downstairs can access to food, groceries and pharmacy, this is the best part. Next, is the breakfast which is delicious. Good service, complete amenities and safe & comfort to stay for a single lady for 1 month long. But Cleanliness is just 3 star to me, it’s not really clean even though they did room service everyday.

The staffs are so nice and considerate. When I was ready to leave and had to wait for my booking car, they checked the car number and arranged me to stay in the lobby. When the car arrived, they quickly notified me of it.☺️ The housekeepers are responsible, it’s clean and organized after they make up the room. Don’t forget to tips them cuz they deserve. Needless to say, well amenities make me feel comfortable when I have a long stay.

It was a perfect place for my staycation even if I just stayed overnight and convenient to meet up with my friends and just 30 minutes away from the airport. Friendly staff, clean room and nice city view. I’d stay here again. Appreciate the conservation of water and energy. Highly recommended!

while the location and rooms are great, we found the pool does not get a lot of sun in the morning. the in room dining options also not that amazing, restaurant does not serve white wine apparently. overall though for a few nights is perfect.

Whatever you do, ask not to be booked into room 417. We had no water for a night and thought we were doing something wrong. After reporting to reception they said they would send someone up but we waited for over an hour, we had to go somewhere so had to once again have a cold shower. We reminded them before we left and they said they would send an engineer. 6hrs later they still hadn't until I was upset then they finally sent someone. During check out I left a bottle of wine I got as a gift in the bar fridge,told reception to please get it for me and they told me no one from housekeeping saw the wine. I guess my wine grew legs and walked out. They said they will send me CCTV footage after I requested it but of course, I doubt no one from housekeeping will walk out swinging a bottle of wine happily. We're not stupid and we know it was stolen by staff. I'm extremely upset. I didn't think hotel like this would have thieves. Don't order food from the rooftop either, it's really terrible. It's all overpriced and bland. The only good thing about Coro are the ladies at the SPA.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at Citadines Benavidez. The staff at the front desk was excellent. They were very accommodating and allowed me to check in early and check out late. The room was clean and comfortable, although there was a small stain on the bathroom floor mat. One disappointment was the hotel's policy of not allowing drinks by the pool, even if purchased from the hotel restaurant. The view from the rooftop pool was beautiful, and it would have been great to enjoy a drink while taking it in. Perhaps the hotel could consider allowing guests to bring drinks purchased on-site to the pool area. Shoutout to the concierge team! 💕
