Tempat ini gereat dan mereka membuat permintaan kami meskipun ada ruang terbatas untuk tempat tidur yang baik pada saat itu. stafnya sangat akomodatif. Sarapan prasmanan mereka luar biasa. Mereka melebihi ekspektasi kami dalam hal pilihan makanan. mereka bahkan memberi kami minuman gratis di Hyde Manila. Kami menantikan kunjungan kami berikutnya.

Ruangan itu luas dan makanan setiap sarapan gratis luar biasa, tidak ada yang bisa saya katakan. staf mereka yang ramah juga mereka sangat hormat dan aktif. apa yang kamu lihat itulah yang kamu dapatkan. sempurna untuk liburan dekat dengan edsa, sm mall of asia, manila bay, tondo dan divisoria. 30 menit pergi ke bandara.

Makanannya enak meskipun Beef Tapa agak hambar. Stafnya luar biasa. Lokasinya bagus, dekat LRT, restoran, rumah sakit, dan 7/11. Fasilitas hotel 💯. Tapi koneksi wifi agak buruk.

Salah satu hotel terburuk yang pernah saya kunjungi. Ada begitu banyak kesedihan, tapi pertanyaan mendasarnya belum terjawab. Setiap kali Anda masuk (!!) mereka mencari Anda, saya bahkan mengatakan mereka mengais Anda tanpa alasan apa pun. Bahkan jika Anda masuk dan keluar hotel setengah jam yang lalu. Ada kecoa dan noda kotor di karpet kamar. Perabotannya sudah tua, ada jamur di kamar mandi, jelas perlu renovasi. AC di kamar saya tidak berfungsi dan tukang reparasi tidak dapat memperbaikinya sebanyak tiga kali; Dan di hotel ini mereka belum pernah mendengar tentang selimut; selimutnya hanya diselipkan di antara dua lembar. Anda hidup di abad berapa? Kolam renang hanya untuk anak-anak dan sangat kecil, selalu penuh dengan orang dan sangat bising. Sarapannya menjijikkan, tidak ada pilihan, setidaknya mereka memasak telurnya. Ngomong-ngomong, untuk sarapan, Anda harus mengikuti aturan berpakaian - mereka tidak mengizinkan Anda memakai sandal🤦♀️ ya, sandal yang dikenakan pada tamu adalah masalah yang jauh lebih serius daripada kecoak. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were very friendly, accommodating, and helpful throughout our stay. The location was convenient, the facilities were great, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out, and I really appreciated the attention to detail. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I’d be happy to come back again!

We booked a Deluxe Room with a king-size bed at Manila Prince Hotel for our 3rd wedding anniversary celebration (3D2N) for 2 adults and 1 toddler. First of all, I'm grateful that I found a great deal through Trip.com, almost 50% off with breakfast included! As I've mentioned in a previous review for another hotel, I'm generally not a fan of older hotels. However, Manila Prince Hotel pleasantly surprised me. The property is very well maintained and has an excellent location, with popular attractions such as the National Museum, Rizal Park, Fort Santiago, and even Chinatown nearby. What stood out to me the most: The Service The staff were amazing! Everyone was attentive, courteous, and pleasant, from the guards and concierge to the receptionists and room service staff. I could tell they are well-trained and professional. Special shoutout to Sir Ivan for taking such good care of us and even taking the time to play a little with our son. You truly made our day! Another thing I appreciated was how accommodating they were. I needed a needle and thread to sew a piece of clothing, and they were able to provide it promptly. The Buffet Breakfast There were plenty of options, everything we tried was delicious, and it offered great value for the price. The Room The room is definitely old, but it was clean and came with complete amenities. I also appreciated the complimentary items provided, such as bottled water, coffee, and tea, which made our stay even more comfortable. One thing I would suggest to management is to gradually replace some of the older fixtures and items that are already showing signs of wear. For example, the bathroom rubber mat had some mold spots, likely due to moisture, and the toilet paper holder had a bit of rust. Other than those minor issues, we had a really great stay. Highly recommended for families!
