2-Star Hotels in Valencia Community, Spain

Place was good 15 mins walk to the hotel from VLC. Although some was dirt road. It still safe to walk.  Lot of restaurants in the area and couple supermarkets around.

Excellent location of the hostel, in the very center of the city. Quite comfortable beds with a night light and a socket. There are curtains. Toilets are shared, there are no separate women's and men's. The kitchen is small, the refrigerator is packed to capacity,.

The hostel has an excellent location just in front of the river and a few step from the centre of the city and the old town of Valencia. The room is very comfortable as has lots of space however the shower and the toilet are in the same floor but far from the room. The staff were really friendly but some of them don’t speak Spanish.

My experience was very bad since I made the reservation thinking I was going to the hotel like everyone seeks to rest and relax. And it was quite the opposite because the trip app at no time notified me that they were under construction and my surprise was when I got there and saw that they were under construction and not being able to rest since they were with the motorbike and chopping making noise in the morning and afternoon and at 08:00 in the morning they were hooked again to bite. It was a horrible stay. No matter how much I complained to Trip, nothing changed. I have another reservation that I made before spending this with them and it will be the last reservation I make with them.

There are all road construction projects near the hotel. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the airport. It is not recommended to drag luggage because it is not that convenient, especially if you have children or the elderly. The parking lot costs 10 euros per night. You can't find the entrance to the parking lot by car because it is all blocked by road construction boards. Fortunately, we followed an experienced driver to take us to the entrance of the parking lot. There is no elevator to the lobby in the parking lot. We need to carry our luggage up the stairs to the lobby or drop our luggage at the entrance of a gas station and drag it into the hotel. It takes a long time to drive. It's a long way to get to the airport, which is very inconvenient. It is expected that the hotel road construction will not be completed for a while. Friends who want to stay in a hotel near Valencia Airport should think twice. It takes 10 minutes to drag their luggage there, and there is a section of the road that has to go through a tunnel. The road is uneven and it is difficult to tow. luggage. It is highly not recommended for a girl to take this route to Valencia Airport by herself. I hope Ibis can make a note of when the road construction will be completed so that guests can choose whether to stay. Trip.com should also check for us. If the hotel has these engineering problems, guests should be informed in advance before choosing whether to stay.

Cleanliness: The cleanliness of the room was spotless. We couldn’t fault it. The bathroom was shared so there was always someone cleaning the rooms and the bathroom. The bathroom had a slight smell coming from the drainage but other than that, I couldn’t fault the cleanliness Location: It was a little difficult to find at first since they don’t have any signs on the outside, but when your walking on that street, you have to look through the door glass to see if you’ve got the right hotel. Service: The staff at the desk were lovely. Sadly they have a set time when they are at the desk. After midnight there is no one on site, other than a phone number to call incase you need anything, which can be a problem for those who don’t have a Spanish number like us. Amenities: they had only one towel for me and my partner to use for one night. Downside: we wanted to stay one night to see how the place is, before we booked additional nights and we’re glad we didn’t booked additional nights. The capsule wasn’t sound proof, which we was aware, but the fact it had a quiet policy in place is what attracted us to experience the capsule. Sadly around 11pm not just me, but the neighbouring capsule experience a couple making loud intimate sounds in there capsule. We decided to give them there privacy but after half n hour it was beginning to bother me a lot as I needed to sleep. So I went to the front counter and there was no one at 2330 at the desk, just a phone number to ring. Which I couldn’t ring as I didn’t have a Spanish phone number. So me and the other neighbour capsule had to put up a sleepless night till the early morning. I did complain to the staff upon check out and she was really lovely and understood how I felt. It was a shame there was no one at night who I could have spoken to, otherwise I only had good things to say about this place

It was nice staying to this hotel, they are budget friendly. I love the receptionist, even she's trying her best to communicate well with the customers still she was able to perform her duties and help people who are new especially to the area or surroundings and so with the other things to know as a guest. I love their facilities and makes me feel comfortable staying even just for a night. Thanks

Near the university, five minutes walk from the station, the waiters are very patient, even if they don't speak English and Spanish. Shopping nearby is very convenient. There are also many Chinese shops opened by Chinese people. I don’t ask the Chinese around. The Chinese here are very kind.

The hotel is located in Family Cash, just drive up to the second floor. There are many fast food restaurants nearby, so this location is very good for renting a car.
