The hotel is in a very good location, in the city center, next to São Bento Station, and convenient for self-driving. The hotel staff will help with parking. The rooms are spacious, bright, clean and sanitary. It is a hotel worth recommending.

The most comfortable hotel I stayed in during this trip to Europe. Not only is the room large, the hygiene and facilities are very good👍, but the location is also very good, and most attractions can be reached on foot.

Location was about 5 mins drive from Vila Da Nova Devasas train station and 10 mins walk to Camara Gaia subway station. It’s not that close to Porto city centre. You got to Uber or walk everywhere. No free water in room unless you’re a Hilton Honors Silver member and above, and that’s only for the 1st bottle. Items like cotton pads and vanity kits were not restocked unless requested. Hand towels were also provided on the first day only. Dental kits have to be requested as well. Kinda disappointed based on the fact that it was a stay for our honeymoon but even so water was chargeable at 6 Euros per bottle because I was only a Blue HH member. Towel racks were not available, only hooks. Otherwise great service from the ground staff who could speak English except for a waitress who couldn’t understand “no ham no bacon” for our omelettes! Simple breakfast served daily. We were also given a small cake to celebrate. Thanks for the stay.

The hotel was fantastic, a 5 star hotel with exemplary service, especially from Claude! We were even given a welcome drink! As first time visitors we were given some great tips of how to get around the city and things to do. The final day of the trip was spent using the spa facilities and relaxing at the bar.

The food in the hotel's bar is very good. The room is not very big, but the view and overall facilities are okay. It is between 4 and 5 stars. The only problem was that they forgot to clean our room, even though we didn't go out in the afternoon, they still forgot after reminding the hotel that it could be cleaned. Breakfast is relatively excellent. You cannot hail a taxi at the hotel entrance, but you can walk 2 minutes to the alley entrance to hail a taxi.

Top Top Class Hotel. This is an excellent hotel just 500 meters from Porto Sai Bento train station right in the centre of Porto. The staff is exceptionally well trained. The newly built rooms are very spacious and tastefully done. Truly a luxury hotel in every sense. Strongly recommended for all kind of travelers to Porto- holiday or business.

Aging hotel with a few things to review and improve. However, quality materials and responsive staff. The shower door does not seal so it joins after the shower. Bathroom speaker not working. And on the other hand, despite having reported it, no action, my son had his swim shirt discolored in certain places and with stains of other colors after going to the swimming pool. But clearly that didn’t bother anyone. Business district location. Need to take Bolt Uber or taxi to get around. Spa aging and paying 20€ per day but very good and water at good temperature.
