The location is excellent, which is very close to the Shinkansen exit of Hiroshima station. The front desk is good in English and eager to answer different questions. I appreciate the large bed size and the mirror in front of wall-sided desk. Overall a good experience.

It felt good to stay at SHERATON GRAND, HIROSHIMA, but I was displeased by the illogical operation of the hotel restaurant Buffet & Coffee “BRIDGES”. After check-in, the front desk will provide a free drink voucher, which can be used in the above restaurants and is valid from 1/9-1/12. When I redeemed it on 1/10, the person in charge of the restaurant told me that the restaurant was full. When I asked him when it would be more convenient to use it on 1/11, he unexpectedly answered that it was also full on 1/11, and the restaurant's zero o'clock time was 06 : 30-23:00, I asked him again if he had no free time?
