Enjoyed our stay there. All the amenities were top notch. Location was close to the Tianmen mountain cableway. The restaurant beside the hotel served delicious authentic Xiangxi cuisine. Checked in on 3rd March, the reception was welcoming and extremely helpful, she recommended us places to visit and delicious places to eat around the area.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Very rarely have a faultless hotel stay, but this is as good as it gets! I arrived 3hrs before check-in and only planned to ask about luggage storage, but they let me check-in immediately! The room was fabulous. I did wonder if they upgraded me as the room seemed far bigger than what I thought I’d booked. The furnishings and amenities were top quality, it was completely clean and I had an incredible view of Tianmen mountain! Staff spoke very basic English but enough to get by, and the service was immaculate. Every member of staff would smile and say hello. Other points: - Breakfast was great with a wide variety of food - Location couldn’t be better - right next to the bus station, with plenty of food options nearby, and only 5 mins walk from the cable car station - As things stand, I don’t think this hotel exists yet on several mobile map apps, but not much of an issue Overall, this is the perfect choice of hotel for Zhangjiajie and amazing value for money.

A fabulous choice at zhangjiajie. Situated in the beautiful town of Wulingyuan, this is a clean and spacious hotel with the national forest gate just about 15 minutes by foot. There are tonnes of restaurants, bakeries, grocery shops around. The staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are clean, well lit and spacious, breakfast has everything from fruits to noodles, eggs, tea, milk and coffee. They also provide freebies like unlimited water, cold drinks, juices, cookies, coffee and ice creams in the lobby 24x7. Special mention for our superstar Miumiu for arranging all our tickets for the excursions and providing helpful tips. She was always there to help. We appreciate the assistance and would certainly love to come back.

The hotel is conveniently located within 5min walk to the subway. 平安老街is right behind the hotel where you can get food round the clock. Good eateries like 費大廚，笨蘿蔔，are all within walking distance from the hotel. The room is huge with curtains. Hot water with good pressure. The room is nicely insulated from the busy roads.

We booked this hotel because it is located near Changsha South station which is the arriving station from Fenghuang Gucheng high speed rail. It is a good location from the hotel to the international airport. This turns out to be a good location for both as we managed to roll our trolley from the South station to the hotel easily and of course a call cab to the airport. However, this hotel is far from city centre and costs more to travel there. So be better to stay around in the nearby shopping mall 吾悦广场 for dining. Room is clean and tidy and well maintained and can match any 4 star above hotel internationally…

Went during shoulder season and stayed for 3 nights. Neodalle/Crowne Plaza has beautiful rooms -- lots of space and a great big bathtub to soak in and rest your legs after your walk. (with a view of the mountains). Room was new, clean, and really well-designed. Breakfast was plentiful and the spicy dishes varied every day. Location was convenient -- when the park was closed, we'd stop by Wulingyuan for dinner and walk home, avoiding the traffic mess from all the tour buses. The hotel also has a convenience store to buy water, drinks, and small snacks. We didn't meet any staff that spoke English to us, but that could be because we know a little Chinese so they didn't try.

This time, the experience of staying at Beichen Guohui Hotel was very good. Xiao Zhou at the front desk upgraded us to a high-floor river view room. The night view was superb and we could see the Xiangjiang River light show. Here, I would like to thank Manager Li. When we checked in, Changsha was about 30 degrees. At first, the room could only be heated. After hearing our needs, the hotel manager, Manager Li, immediately went to coordinate and gave several solutions. He also adjusted the air conditioning problem and took the initiative to go to the room to help us test the air conditioning in person. The service attitude was very good and really helped us solve the problem. It is really the hotel with the best service and facilities I have stayed in recently~ In terms of facilities and geographical location, the hotel is in a good location, not far from anywhere, and it is not as noisy and congested as May Day Square. The hotel has only been open for a few years and the facilities are very new. If I have the opportunity to come to Changsha next time, I will choose this hotel again.

This is my first time checking into InterContinental Changsha. First of all, I have to say the experience was amazing. From check-in to the service, was absolutely 5 stars. The front desk was absolutely amazing. The view from the room was great and the size of the room is top notch. I am definitely coming back for future business trips.

Location: Walking about 10min from train station, good part is walking to most shopping street surrounding. Fashion art design hotel, modern in room design but a bit funny having bar-top washing / brush teeth in front of bed. Excellent staff service overall. Breakfast is rich. Terrrible part is the room Air-conditioner is bad & weak + noisy which temperature is not cold as i am scare of hot person, they set the room AC to only 22-23 Deg which make the room so stuffy warm to me. As a 5*hotel they shouldn't set the room temperature which you not able to lower the room cold. Good part is after complain they bring in standing fan for me, as night time sleeping you wouldn't blow fan toward you still feel the room stuffy warm which i stay 2 night not in good sleep. For those scare hot, do think about it. How fantasy design still cannot compare to comfort feeling stay.

I really enjoyed staying here. Great value for what you stayed - the reception upgraded the room for us. Plus they have the delivery robot in the hotel that is so cool. Dingding is very helpful. The gym needs to renovate as it looks different from what it’s shown in the pictures. The reception told me they changed it out of the safety as some customers doesn’t know how to use it and hurt themselves. (P.s. that’s silly innt)

AMAZING!!! Check in on the 93rd floor with beautiful decor from the top to the entrance, when you first arrive on level four by car or you can enter through the beautiful IFS mall just to the left of Chagee Tea. At certain times there is someone playing a violin at the check in counters. The service is incredible and the staff are lovely. Richard and Swilly attended to my many inquiries and issues with my booking via an app and they made it easy and comfortable. Room was incredible, the whole place was magic. Sometimes in life you have a memorable stay somewhere and almost wish it was your apartment, this was one of those. I will be back here every time now I know how incredible it is.

I had the best experience here. Service is excellent. They really go the extra mile for guests. Besides breakfast, the hotel provides tea break and supper. They also have a free photo shoot at the hotel. They even provided free laundry service. Their concierge will collect the laundry from you and delivered back within 4 to 6 hrs. You do not need to go to the laundry room and monitor your wash and queue for dryer. All are done by the concierge for FREE. At most hotel, you would have to pay for this laundry service by per piece price. As we are on an early morning flight at 639am, the hotel took the effort to pack breakfast for us as the restaurant is not open yet. Room is big and comfortable too. Hotel is very trendy and everything is nice and clean. Even the scent of the hotel is nice. I will definitely recommend my friends to stay here if they are visiting Changsha. I myself will stay here again if I go back to Changsha for sure.

Excellent hotel - location is convenient for most of the main sights and restaurants. Service is excellent (despite only a few staff speaking any English). Room was very spacious, clean and bed comfortable. Good amenities. Breakfast excellent with wide selection and lots of seating, even at peak times. Would definitely stay here again. Excellent Stay with Breathtaking Views and Top-notch Service I had an amazing experience at the Huatian Grand Zhangjiajie Hotel. The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk from the cableway, making it super convenient for exploring the stunning Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. The view from the hotel is incredible; waking up to those mountain landscapes was unforgettable. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Everything was clean and fresh, creating a relaxing environment after a day of sightseeing. What really stood out, though, was the service. The staff were all professional and kind, but I want to give a special mention to Miss Táng Gāoyǎ, who went above and beyond. She explained everything clearly and made sure we felt welcomed and well-informed throughout our stay. Her attentiveness and warmth really made a difference. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its strategic location, stunning views, cleanliness, and outstanding service. It was the perfect base for our Zhangjiajie adventure!

We were upgraded to elite rooms which is much bigger and nearer to the lobby. The hotel is huge and pretty, staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is next to a tourist attraction and within 15 mins walk to the famous mountain. The daily breakfast buffet is delicious and with a widespread of varieties, I finally get to taste the Bee Hoon on my last morning with them.

Pros : Good location, about 1 km from Meili Xiangxi theatre. And 1 km to entrance to see Tianzishan in YuanjiaJie. Surrounding good selection of restaurants and shops. Good quality food where the locals go to. Not the mania like the other side of town which is close to Tianmenshan cable car entrance. Hotel is newly renovated and well maintained. Carpet is clean. Good breakfast spread. Reception staff Ms. Lily was very helpful. Thank you for thoughtful gift of local tea. Cons :  I wish the hotel provided shoe horn in the room to help put in shoes.

This was a 5 star experience, it was amazing, the service was very personalized. They had someone in charge of our stay in the hotel so anything you needed you could just text the person and they will do their best to make your experience excellent. Our person in charge was 小张 and he made our stay feel so good. 100% recommend this stay, so relax. The only thing is that it’s far away from the city. So if you want city experience then don’t stay here because it is 40 min from the city. This is up in the mountain. In summary, the views here are sooooooo damn pretty and I love it.

Our holidaying at Zhangjiajie was memorable not just because of the most astounding natural beauty of the place but also because of one of the most memorable experiences at the hotel we stayed in: ‘Harmona Resort and Spa’. The warm and friendly staff here created a very welcoming atmosphere.  We experienced excellent customer service with friendly and approachable attitude displayed by every member of the staff. They had the ability  to anticipate needs of guests and respond promptly. Though we did not know Mandarin, we never felt isolated because of the extra length the staff went to translate using technology.  The staff also handled specific requests quickly and were excellent in resolving issues. We had problem with our electrical plugs and adapters. Cherry from the Front Desk patiently spent hours and found a solution that allowed us to charge all our electronics on the local system.   The staff particularly at the restaurants displayed cultural awareness and showed sensitivity  to our vegetarian meal requests.  Special mention must be made of Front Desk Staff particularly Cherry who positively responded instantaneously to any of our requests.     Housekeeping Staff also responded immediately to our request for sorting out the WiFi issue.     I and my wife would like to specially thank Hq Du, an extremely pleasant and helpful lady at the restaurant where we had our daily breakfast. Donghua and Fang ant this place  also went out of the way to make the daily breakfast an experience to remember. All the three anticipated our needs and were always friendly and cheerful.They walk the talk in customer service. When my wife did not go for buffet breakfast as she was working out, they insisted on packing the breakfast for her.  Also, on the day we were leaving, they packed take away food for the road. This was highly thoughtful of them.  We would also like to thank Roland, Yuan Quioyun and Lora from the Chinese restaurant, who prepared for us off-the-menu Chinese vegetarian dishes which proved to be very delicious. Overall, we had an incredibly lovely experience at this resort and would strongly recommend visitors to Zhangjiajie to stay at this place.  - **Feedback Mechanisms**   - Encourage staff to share experiences and feedback for continuous improvement. - **Recognition Programs**   - Acknowledge and reward exceptional service to motivate staff.

The hotel was excellent. Spent 3 days 2 nights there. Although Furong Ancient City/Town can be covered in 1 day, fortunately the service and cleanliness of the hotel made it comfortable for us to spend two nights in a pleasant and relaxing manner. The receptionist and bell “lady” were excellent and made great arrangements for us just like a 6 star hotel . The drivers who drove us to Rainbow bridge and also to the Fenghuangguchen station were also excellent. Hotel restaurant was great

Very nice hotel and located in a great location. The staff provide service with a service mind. Especially, thanks to the staff who provide pick-up and drop-off services us between the hotel and the high-speed train station. It's a prime-level service. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who visits Furong ancient town.

The hotel is very good with a nice big clean room. It provides shuttle bus service every hour between 7:30 am to 14:30 pm from hotel to train station. But no pick up service. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The problem is its location. Me and my friend arrived at train station after 6pm. There is no taxi waiting for you. We waited for 30 minutes and finally shared the taxi with another 2 people. After checking in , we had problem to find a taxi to go to the center of ancient town. Although the staff helped us to call the taxi , it took about 45 minutes for the taxi to arrive. If you can have enough time or you have car, I recommend you to stay here. Otherwise, I suggest you to stay in the center of town.

The room is large and comfortable, with a terrace outside where you can enjoy the beautiful view of Tuojiang River. The hotel is located by the Tuojiang River and has a very beautiful view. The hotel housekeeper, Zhang Amei, was very kind and considerate, and provided excellent service. Since we were traveling with the elderly, she helped us arrange a good travel experience. We strolled along the Tuojiang River at night, then watched the Phoenix Show, and visited the Miao Village the next day. The itinerary was very rich and exciting, and we were reluctant to leave. Next time we come, we will definitely stay in this hotel again😄😄

Really nicely decorated hotel. Id say one of the best hotels in this region. Given only four stars as our room was quite strong with cigarette smell. We informed the staff about it and they said they would send someone to fix it. I think what they did was just opening the window which made it worse as the cigarette smell was stronger when we came back possibly because we were on the second floor and someone was smoking outside. We didnt bother to tell them again as it was late and we just wanted to sleep. There was also some sticky stain on the floor that we asked them to clean it but it was still there when we came back. Staff very friendly. A tea set is also provided.

A very beautiful hotel with lovely styled rooms and very helpful staff. Manager Wang's service was excellent. We had a language barrier but they still managed to arrange a pick-up and drop off to the high speed railway. The hotel is in a great location with a view of Fenghuang bridge from the room balcony. Unfortunately it is true what other reviewers say about the bathroom being poorly designed. Rather than a shower, it is a bath tub with a retractable shower head and water gets everywhere if you try to use it as a standing shower. It is also true that the noise from the streets, particularly the music from the bar next door, is very loud at night, but it stops at 23:30. However, we found these to be minor inconveniences in our stay, which was overall very romantic and hugely positive. We'd recommend this hotel to everyone.

An Unforgettable Experience Our brief stay at this stunning hotel was a masterclass in exceptional service. Our spacious river-view room with a bathtub offered breathtaking views of the river. The staff were warm and welcoming, with Ms. Xiao Zhao's outstanding service leaving a lasting impression. She arranged for a driver to take us to Furong ancient town and waited for us to return safely, despite being off-duty. Her kindness and dedication continued as she helped us order takeout and waited for our food to arrive. The next morning, she reminded us of breakfast time and gifted us a thoughtful farewell present. Her exceptional service is a testament to the hotel's commitment to excellence. Buying five-star quality at the price of three stars is the finishing touch of this Phoenix trip. As a travel enthusiast who has been checking in at top luxury hotels all over the country for many years, the software recommended this hotel first. At first, I didn't have high expectations for hotels in small counties, until the moment I entered the lobby, every glance was so exquisite. There are elegant lounge areas, smart food delivery robots that are in line with modern times, and panoramic paintings of the ancient city from the hands of great painters... Behind the exquisite design is the careful consideration of the hotel owner. During this period, I was fortunate to have a brief exchange with the founder of the hotel, and learned about the stories behind the construction, operation and management of this hotel. I deeply felt that the boss was bold and straightforward, and he was striving for excellence in doing things. I heard from the boss that the stability of heating and water supply in this hotel is the best in the entire ancient city. It is not easy for the ancient city hotel to be a five-star hotel. The two-night stay experience was great, and I will recommend it to my friends next time.

It's been a long time since I wrote such a long review, it's great! It's on a mountain not far from the ancient city, the location is very good, and there are free shuttle buses for pick-up. The hotel lobby is luxurious and grand. The room facilities are high-end, intact, clean and tidy. The surrounding environment is good, dining is convenient, and the service is in place. Parking is convenient, and there are many underground parking spaces.
