I arrived outside of check-in time, but the owner was kind enough to open the doors for me at 5:30AM. Of course I had told them about my arrival. I also booked a day tour with them. We went to Matisi Temple in the morning and Zhangye Danxia in the afternoon. The rides to both places were very comfortable. It’s a great place for solo travelers, prices are reasonable and service is wonderful.

The hostel is a very particular Japanese style place. Although the first night it was a bit cold, the owner let me move to another room and the tatami room was fantastic, warm and cozy. She is definitely the best part of the hostel; a kind and helpful old lady who runs one of the best hostels I have been to. Moreover, the location is perfect and the bathroom are quite clean, plus the laundry service is free!

From the exterior the Dunhuang Jiayuan Hotel looks like a traditional Chinese hotel. But the room is furnished with all the modern trappings that are so essential to a weary traveler. The bedroom and attached bathroom are very clean, hot showers readily available and the bed comfortable. The hotel is right next to the Shazhou night market and within walking distance to all the transportation hubs which makes visiting Dunhuang attractions easy. And the service team was fantastic. One and all they were approachable and very helpful. The lovely lady who checked us in not only upgraded our room but she even managed to get us seats on a Western Dunhuang tour which was one of the highlights of our already amazing trip! Another recommended local dishes for us to try and we were amused to see the name of one such restaurant on a road sign! In short we love Dunhuang Jiayuan Hotel. Thank you lovely ladies for making our stay there a very satisfying one 👍

I had 4 nights stay and liked this hostel room spacecious and clean. The owner 'Siao Fang' is very friendly and helpful even knowledgeable if any queries, he would delighted to share and guide you. The cleaning ladies help to clean the room daily and replenishment are sufficient. Hostel in a strategic location about 15 mins walk to D'un Huang night market and you can catch local buses to cressant desert with only RMB2 and Mogao Cave RMB5 only. It is a worth for value and if I have a chance to be back to here in future, this definitely would be my first choice by heart and strongly recommend to all my friends. Thank You for your unconditional service and I have had a wonderful stay at your place

My stay at Snow Mountain Inn was truly satisfying. First of all, the location was very convenient. It was close to Labrangsi, making it easy to get around and explore. The proximity to Labrangsi provided beautiful views. The service was friendly and attentive. From check-in to check-out, the staff always greeted me with a smile and handled any requests promptly. The facilities were modern and clean. The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable, allowing me to rest well after a long day. As for cleanliness, I was very pleased. Both the room and public areas were kept spotless, and the housekeeping service was regular and thorough. The value for money was excellent. For the price, Snow Mountain Inn offered great facilities and service, making it feel like a very good deal. Overall, my stay at [Hotel Name] was a wonderful experience, and I would love to return if I visit Labrangsi again.

Position is amazing, because the place itself is magical. About the hotel - i'd say over all ok, even if they don t speak any english, they try to be nice. The room is fine for a short stay - the cleaning is ok, not amazing. The room feels outdated and kinda rusty. In the first day we had to ask for toilet paper (i appreciate though that afterwards they added extra napkins) and some towels are with holes. There is a nice common space like a covered interior courtyard. If you are here for the monastery and dont't expect anything fancy it's a fine place

The highlight of this hotel is how helpful and kind the staff is. The boss man helped me with my bus bookings onto my next destination, calling bus stations and figuring out where/when the bus would be. Ultimately the bus was full and so he helped organize a private car to my next destination. He also helped a lot when we experienced altitude sickness, and offered to drive us immediately to the hospital (Ibuprofen, cold packs and rest did the trick though)

10 mins from railway station by bus number 11. It’s closed to the buzzing square and 10 mins by taxi to Jiayuguan pass. Capsule room is nice. It allows you some privacies at sleeping

I loved the place and was so excited to sleep in this perfectly arranged mongol ger. It was spacious, super confortable, well equipped, pretty and had a lot of good vibes. The owner was very kind and helped me find a taxi driver for my whole trip in Zhangye. He also drove me to the entrance of Danxia geological park and back at the hotel, but it’s really 5-10min walk away anyway. Plenty of restaurants around. I highly recommend it! (Except if you need a soft bed, as theirs was a hard one)

This hotel has a good location, close to the West Station, warm and thoughtful front desk service, affordable price, good environment, clean rooms, and rich breakfast. The front desk lady surnamed Li also gave us free breakfast. Thank you very much and highly recommend.

Really satisfied with this hotel. I am a person who doesn't like to leave comments, but I am really satisfied with this hotel. The service of the young lady is particularly good. I originally went there for two nights. I stayed in other hotels on the first night. The environment was really bad. If they didn't refund, I would just make do with one night. I decided on this hotel that night. The next day, I called the young lady at the front desk to ask if I could check in early. After she said yes, I hurried there. I can rest on the first floor, and there is a laundry room. The environment is really good. After going up the elevator, the cleaning lady also helped me find the room. The environment of the room is also very good, and the toilet is separated into dry and wet areas. Overall, it is very good! (I forgot to take a picture, but what I said is true, not procrastinating)

The standard room on the fourth floor is okay. Service: Due to a cold room change in the middle, the original price difference will not be refunded. The airport transfer is okay, but there are not many buses and you have to wait.

I came to Lanzhou on the weekend and booked this hotel which is very close, highly rated and very new next to the High Speed ​​Railway Department. It is very convenient for travel. We visited the Mother Yellow River, Zhongshan Bridge, and Baisi Mountain Scenic Area on Saturday, and the Gansu Provincial Museum on Sunday. Because it was raining and the high-speed train departed late in the afternoon, the proprietress kindly postponed the check-out time. Like Lanzhou and Jingpin Hotel!

My flight was delayed due to snow, and I was stranded in Lanzhou. It was already past 11 o'clock in the evening when I packed and picked up my luggage. Originally, the hotel homepage did not provide pick-up service, but due to the weather, I called the hotel with an attitude of giving it a try. The owner is an artist, so the hotel is very tasteful. It is only 500 meters away from the entrance of the scenic spot. In the morning, I took soybean milk and fried dough sticks from the Muslim restaurant downstairs to the rooftop to watch the camel team on Mingsha Mountain. It was very beautiful. The room was also very clean.

We had a lovely stay here in a peaceful area close to the sand dunes. The room was bright and clean and comfortable and the staff were so kind and helpful. It’s just a short taxi ride to town for dinner and you can even walk to crescent moon lake if you want! Though you shouldn’t in the hot weather.

Upon arrival I found that I had an issue with the room that I had booked, but the staff was very professional and went above and beyond to help sort it out. The location is great, within walking distance to the railroad/bus/airport shuttle bus & night market. Every staff member that I interacted with, whether they spoke english fluently or through a translator, was very friendly, helpful & forthcoming with information. Likewise, the cleaning staff did a good job & was friendly. Highly recommended.
