Regret I haven’t booked Atlantis for the entire stay to be honest. It was 100 dollars more expensive than Crown Plaza, but boy it ended up being a great value for money! First, plenty of things to do for the entire family with aqua park, aquarium, kids adventures and swimming pools for adults. Second, cinema and aqua show kind of like cirque du soleil style. Third, access to imperial lounge made all the difference- was able to chill there and drinks and food are free. So ended up saving massively on food. Actually Atlantis was cheaper than Crown Plaza after all food costs added in. Fourth, personal butler service. Communicated via WeChat easily and answered all my questions instantly. Shout out to Marina doing a great job! Enough staff speaking both English and Russian. And all signs in the hotel in 3 languages - Chinese, Russian, English. Crown Plaza was not foreigners friendly at all. Eric was the only guy who spoke decent English there. Room service and other services were 100% Chinese. Good I speak basic Mandarin, otherwise would have been tough. The only disappointment was really closed pools for adults which made me purchase a cabana to be able to enjoy pool access in private and without much loud screams from kids etc. But was not such a big disappointment! I would stay here exclusively next time. Totally worth the money!

I had such a great experience at this hotel in Sanya! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by all the spots you’d want to explore. The pool was super nice, perfect for chilling when you don’t feel like heading to the ocean. The best part? I got upgraded to a better room by the sweetest receptionist ever, Xiaojing 小静 (seriously, she’s the best!). The upgraded room had the most stunning beach view—I didn’t want to leave! If you’re looking for a spot with amazing vibes and top-notch service, this is it. Can’t wait to come back!

We had a great time in the Hotel. Very gracious staff. Special thanks to Ms Gina for offering her assistance at the time of checking in. Understanding that we know only English, she shared her Wechat immediately for assistance on any matter. She responded to all calls of assistance promptly. The Staff is very helpful, responsive and polite. The Hotel is at a very good location being very close to Yalong Bay Beach which is open for Public. We have a variety of options available in breakfast where good quality food is served with great affection.

The big issue was nobody could speak English and everyone could speak Chinese and Russian. People from reception wasn't really keen to help at all.When I booked the hotel I chose to book with some gifts. Those gifts no one gave me but when I asked at the reception they gave me some vouchers without explanation. So if you can’t speak Chinese don’t bother to book an offer with gifts provided. Although the hotel has a great location and the view is amazing.

The hotel was decent but didn’t quite have a grand or true 5-star feel. The room was spacious and clean, but the view was just okay, as the jetty somewhat disrupted it.

We've stayed at pearl river garden for 3 nights, overall, we have enjoyed our stay. Everyone at the hotel are so friendly and welcoming from the day we arrived. (Which we value this more than anything) Special shout out to Jim, who has made the stay very memorable. The room is clean, though not very spacious, but it was ok for us, a family of four. Great location, probably one of the best locations in the area, easy access to the beach, very family friendly. The only drawback, if there is any, would be the pungent smell that hits me every time I walk in the room, I'm guessing it's the cleaning chemical they use around the hotel rooms. All in all, Thank you Jim and everyone in the hotel for looking after us during the stay, will definitely recommend anyone who wishes to stay in the area. This is a geniuen review made after the departure (not some awkward on the spot review). I hope this is useful to others.

Breakfast is great with variety of buffet line esp cheese and western breakfast. Hotel is close to dadonghai beach, 5 minutes walk and beside hotel is a shopping mall having food market in the night. Room is beautiful , only bathtub is outside the btahroom which may not be functionally conveneint.

Pros: - Friendly & helpful staff: the reception desk managers are quick & obliging, will call a taxi for you & answer all the questions. And even though there's an evident problem with communicating in English, as only a couple of managers speak it, you will get the assistance with every issue asap, as the team uses translating apps. Same way there's always a safeguard at the pool from early morning till the late evening. The cooks & waiters do their best during the breakfast time & the buffet table is organized quite comfortable. And special thanks to the ladies responsible for housekeeping, they are real fairies. You don't see them, but everything is clean & shining every day. - Ideal location: it took 22 minutes to get to the hotel from the airport by taxi & approximately the same time to get to Yalong bay. We needed just 11 minutes of walking to get to Dadonghai beach, 40 minutes of walking to get to Luhuitou scenic area & 15 minutes more to get from there to Xiaodunhai beach, but we like walking. If you don't - taxi or public transport will get you there muxh quicker. - Public transport availability: there're bus stops of different bus routes close to the hotel & it's quite easy to get to Nanshan cultural park, Dongtian park, Yanoda rainforest area & many other sightseeings. Same way you can easily get to shopping malls in Sanya (Joy city, for eg.), Sanya romance park & so on - Additional services: if you are not a fan of self-organized adventures, there's an excursion office in the lobby. We didn't use it, so can't say exactly what they suggest, but other tourists used it - The food at breakfasts is a combination of local & European cuisines with a wide range of dishes, typical for buffets. You will never stay hungry & for sure will find something for your taste - All of the facilities, including the restaurants, the pool, the sitting areas, same way as the hotel territory as a whole, were top tier. Neat, tidy & well maintained - As for the room itself, it was quite comfortable for two persons: spacious, filled with light, decorated with wood, which made it look cozy & some kind of ”aquarium” design. Yes, it's a bit ”tired”, but maintained in a good state Cons: - There's a gym, but it's really tiny: there's a treadmill, a cable machine, a stationary bicycle, a set of dumbells. As far as I can remember, there was also a rowing machine, but it didn't work. There was no abs wheel, or even one inclined bench or cardio stepper, same way there was no yoga mats. Just not much for girls( Actually I understand, why: for 7 days we saw just 1-2 persons a day using the gym, but still it's a good idea to have it for those, who care about their shape - If you are a vegetarian, as one of us, be careful, while choosing dishes at the breakfast buffet: sometimes on the note tablet it's said, that it's baked vegetables, but there're pieces of baked meat or chicken within them. Just be attentive - For us the main disappointment were some guests, who behaved quite impolite: smoked inside the elevators, though there was large notice reminding on prohibition to do that. Same way during the breakfasts some guests managed to create such a mess not only on the tables but around them. Have no idea, for what reason adult people throw food on the floor again and again, but it looks ridiculous. Anyway, good manners can't be bought & your behaviour in public places says much more about your personality. But thanks a lot once again to the restaurant staff, who makes all that mess disappear quickly Anyway, the pros evidently overweighed the cons, so we can definitely recommend this hotel for staying in Dadonghai area

We have booked room with breakfast. In China main problem for vegetarian people is Food, here you can’t find vegan food easily. We stayed in holiday inn for 2 night and 2 nights in other hotel, While i checked in i asked front desk to ask restaurant to prepare vegan food for us but he said they have many things inside , you can take vegetarian food by yourself, but first day in breakfast we could not eat anything other than plain rice and fruit because everything contains meat or egg. Then i talked to one of hotel staff Name LUCAS who can speak good english. He helped us to convey our requirements to restaurant manager then on second day we could get proper breakfast. Lucas also helped us to talk to our other hotel manager about our food restrictions so that we could get vegan food over there too LUCAS helped us for other all difficulties too. being non Chinese people its not easy for us to survive in china because we don’t know chinese language and we are vegetarian people. But LUCAS became superman for us and overcome all our problems. Thanks a lot LUCAS for your selfless service in all the way. I have attached photo of vegetarian food which was prepared on second day after struggling on first day Thanks again my friend Lucas.🙏🙏

I had a great stay at this hotel overall. The location is fantastic, and the room was spacious with a beautiful sea view. The open-concept bathtub was also a great feature, especially for families with children. However, I did find the reception staff to be less friendly than expected, which was a bit of a letdown. Despite that, the positive aspects of the stay made for a pleasant experience, and I would still recommend the hotel for its great amenities and location.

Very nice and clean hotel! Loved the location, which is near a mall + supermart and with lots of eateries behind also! We could do our laundry free but the machine needs some time to figure out. Overall a very nice place, bustling location, but the sound proofing of the windows are pretty good!

Hotel has a good location surrounded by many restaurants/bakery/cafe. There is also a mall just across the hotel and a souvenir shop adjacent to it. I only booked the room for one night but decided to extend my stay as it is very convenient, clean and comfortable. The room also has ample space and looks very modern. On the second night, the hotel staff also left a fruit basket in my room; thank you for the kind gesture. For the price paid, I'd highly recommend this hotel!

After Sanya, I headed to Haikou and stayed at the InterContinental Haikou Seaview. The hotel is located along the scenic Binhai Road, offering stunning views of the Qiongzhou Strait. The location was perfect, with easy access to a park connector and a mall. I loved taking evening strolls here; it was so peaceful and windy, which I enjoyed. Check-in was seamless, and the staff were professional and attentive. My room was spacious and modern, with a large window offering panoramic sea views. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the toilet made getting ready and unwinding for the day luxurious! Yes, they have a bidet in the bathroom. The only downside was the weak air conditioner, so we slept with the balcony open. I also wished they provided bath salts or bath bombs to enhance the bathtub experience. Overall, this was my favorite hotel in Haikou. It’s slightly away from the main attractions, but it’s perfect for relaxation, eating, and shopping. I would definitely stay here again!

Mission hills is the great place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the nature. It is located away from all the hustle of the modern cities. The room is spacious, there is a huge bath with the tub and a seperate shower. The view from the balcony is spectacular. The service is up to its five star standard, especially I would like to thank you Miss Lilian Du 杜琼兰， who was very kind to help me with my request

The location is good - there a multiple malls around it. The hotel is very clean and the lighting is great. Room feels new and very comfortable although the room feels a tad too warm for the Singaporean me. Hotel staff are approachable and polite but lacking in the usual enthusiasm and sweet smiles expected of 5-star hotels. Swimming pool hours starts a lot lot later than expected & the in-hotel SPA fees - although upfront - are exorbitant.

We are very satisfied with the hotel. Xiao Pang's service is especially nice. He arranged the room romantically according to our request. The gym is fully equipped and the glass decoration makes it seem like outdoors. There are both indoor and outdoor swimming pools. It's wonderful to relax here during leisure time. When we arrived, the colleague on the first floor, noticing there were many of us, helped send our luggage to the room after check-in. It was very considerate. This is a happy stop. Although this journey has come to an end for the moment, see you next time.

This stay really surprised me! The hotel is very attentive. They called shortly after booking to introduce the hotel's rights and asked what time to arrive at the store and special requirements. The front desk service is considerate and thoughtful, and they took the initiative to upgrade our room for free, with a wider view. The lighting atmosphere in the room feels warm and soft, creating a unique immersive experience, which is very suitable for relaxation. The room is spacious and tidy, and I slept until I woke up naturally, without the trouble of recognizing the bed! And I added the service butler WeChat, introduced some surrounding attractions and sent some guides, which is not bad. I went to Longhu Paradise Street next to it and walked there. I ate a lot of food, all kinds of cuisines, and it was good to visit. I feel that the location of the hotel is still good. I will choose here next time.

We came in a group of 7, 5 adults and 2 young children. We stayed in 2 rooms and vitality suite and it was great ! Balcony with a stunning view and breakfast delicious. The gummy section captured the kids’ hearts too.

I would say it's a top hotel. The condition of the room and the kindness of the staff were absolutely superb. In particular, the staff named Erin treated us warmly like a family. If you feel unwell during your stay here, don't hesitate to go to the front desk and ask for help. They will be glad to help you.

We had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. Despite making a full payment through Trip.com at the time of reservation for 3 rooms, the hotel staff demanded another full payment upon our arrival. Even after checking out of the hotel on November 21st 2024, I have yet to receive a full refund from Trip.com, as the hotel staff had assured us. This lack of professionalism and transparency caused unnecessary stress during our stay. Furthermore, the security guard refused to let us alight at the main driveway in front of the hotel lobby to drop off our luggage, claiming that it would ”block the hotel’s feng shui” as per their boss’s instructions. However, we observed many other cars and guests doing so. This left us scrambling to find an alternative while managing our heavy bags to check into the hotel. Such behaviour is not only inconsiderate but also unacceptable in a service-oriented industry. We will avoid staying at this hotel in the future.

It is a wise choice to choose Lingshui R&F Hyatt Hotel for a family trip! As soon as we arrived at the hotel, the children were attracted by the large lawn. The outdoor facilities are rich and safe, and they had a lot of fun. The beach is delicate, and the hotel's parent-child meals are very considerate, nutritious and delicious. The housekeeper free is warm and thoughtful, the service is superb, and he helped us make reservations for children's activities. The room is clean and tidy with a wide view. Here, the children are happy and the family can relax wholeheartedly. It is highly recommended to parents who travel with children! Especially with the amusement park package, it is very suitable. Two days and one night are not enough~

I usually don’t write reviews, but the exceptional service at Sangem Moon Hotel truly deserves one. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warmth and professionalism of every single staff member. Their friendliness and genuine care make you feel right at home. The hotel itself is immaculate, with spotless rooms and a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is the outstanding service. A special mention to my butler, Chase, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Whether it was recommending places to visit or attending to every little detail in my room, he handled everything with professionalism and care. There was nothing he couldn’t do! I’d also like to thank Mori, the reception duty manager, for her excellent service. She speaks great English and took such good care of us, making everything smooth and effortless. Another person I’d like to praise is 符阿姨 from housekeeping. She cleaned my room so thoroughly—you can tell she takes her job seriously. She mopped the floor, made everything perfectly organised, and ensured the room was spotless every single day. I also have to commend the hotel management for training their staff so well. The level of professionalism and dedication from every team member is truly impressive. I know people sometimes get tired of overly positive reviews that sound too good to be true, but this is a real review from a real guest. The service here is genuinely exceptional, and you can feel the sincerity in how they treat their guests. Highly recommended!

We stayed for 3 nights and we had a great time. Charlie at the front desk was very warm and helpful. Actually all of the staff are warm and helpful and professionally trained. We're given a free upgrade which was nice. Food was great, worth to be called a 5 star quality; be it the breakfast buffet or room service (big serving portions). It was not very crowded when we were there which is good. Our kids love the slides, paddle board, animals by the kids club, and the new addition this year...the bubble bath. We stayed here summer last year too and we felt the service and everything has improved. Beds are comfy and cleanliness is on point too. There is also a small snack shop which was convenient; however, the jackfruit we bought there was not very good.

The hotel is a really good option to have a relaxing time and avoiding the crowded places like in Sanya. Here is simply great. Only I suggest that the second pool to be open and allow the people to swim in the beach. Apart of that is simply great. Thanks for all the great service

Very nice hotel , helpful staffs , lovely breakfast with Europe and Chinese cuisine from 07:00 AM till 10:30 AM . Beach in 1 min walk and many different pools for different ages. Best for family stay , everything was clean and nice . Recommend you guys !!!

The room is quite big, with two 1.3m twin beds. The air in Lingshui is very good. It happened that there was smog in Haikou during the two days we went there, but not in Lingshui. The air is fresh. There are not many green areas in the hotel, so there are not many mosquitoes. I am afraid to go to a hotel with many mosquitoes, as children are most likely to be infected. The hotel also has children's special slippers, toothpaste, toothbrushes, shower gel and shampoo, which is very considerate. There was a queue for the bubble pool on both days of the weekend. The young children had a lot of fun. There were also water slides and skateboards suitable for older children. Special thanks to the lifeguard (forgot to ask the name, just remember to wear black sunglasses). The child accidentally stepped on the empty swimming pool steps and fell into the water. The lifeguard immediately ran over to pull the child up. The lifeguard responded quickly and was also worried that the child would catch a cold. He immediately brought a bathrobe and a swimming ring. Thank you again🙏🏻 The downside is that the tiles under the swimming pool are seriously damaged, and the hands and feet of adults and children are scratched. I hope that the hotel can repair it when I visit again next time. This hotel is worth going again Another thing worth praising is the parent-child playground, which has many new entertainment facilities and is suitable for both big and small children. This Xiangshui Bay Holiday Hotel is indeed a pleasant surprise. It is a very suitable place for families to take their children to the hotel. The park environment is super good, with a large lawn, swimming pool, children's water area, beach, and children's indoor play area, which are all very attractive, and the environment is clean and tidy.
