Palace Resort Yalong Bay Sanya

Kamarnya bersih. Begitu membuka pintu, langsung terlihat pemandangan laut.

Hubungan tamu, Ah Hao, sangat baik, sungguh luar biasa. Dia bahkan memberi kami hadiah kecil saat kami pergi.

We had a lot of fun during our stay. The staff were so helpful. Even though the place is far from so many attractions but we managed to take Didi (taxi) to every place needed. The resort is clean and organized.

Excellent hotel with gorgeous views, delicious breakfast and a beautiful huge aquarium in the breakfast area. Everything you need is within walking distance, very beautiful views, I liked everything very well

Overall, a decent stay. The location is good, the staff were friendly and provided good service, and the air conditioning worked very well. The hotel is a bit run down, although that’s fairly common in Sanya. The room initially felt damp and had a musty smell, but the staff provided a dehumidifier, which resolved the smell after about a day. The biggest issue was the internet, which was so slow that you’re better off planning to use your phone’s hotspot. Overall, not a bad experience, and the staff were helpful in addressing problems, but there is definitely room for improvement.

We stayed in the villas. Great, spacious room with private pool. The area was very quiet and the "butler" helped us when needed. It's best to let the staff know of any dietary restrictions / allergies -- found nuts and bacon in foods we did not expect to find it in / items were not listed as added.

Booked the villa and got an upgrade to have sea-view. Thanks Bob 陈管家 for the amazing service! The experience was great overall, superb view and amenities. Will definitely come again😁

The hotel is not bad. The bedroom and room are spacious. The decor is a bit dated, but overall it’s acceptable. Check-in took a long time. We arrived around 15:30, and our room was still being cleaned. They promised to upgrade our room since it wasn’t ready, but this never happened during our stay. In the end, we were told the hotel manager didn’t approve it, which I thought was absurd. That said, I really liked our attendant Xiao Su. He made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay and brought us items whenever we needed them. The pool is great, I enjoyed it. Overall it’s a nice hotel with a lovely atmosphere, and it’s just a 5-minute walk to the beach.
