Stayed here the night before a conference. Booked a queen room but was assigned a room with twin beds which had been pushed together. Upon querying this with reception their response was that I was in the room type booked and described this as a queen room. Didn’t use the facilities as I arrived fairly late in the evening and checked out first thing. Convenient location for the M1

Everything is perfect in this hotel. We love it so much, a highlight of our short trip to Nottingham. We were welcomed by the loveliest front desk member, Lucia, and she helped us set up everything for the room. She also informed us about the ECO scheme of the hotel which we got £10 coupon of this hotel. The hotel is *extremely quiet!!*, have *water complimentary* , have *apples complimentary*. Just a word regarding the aircon, it will automatically turn to heat mode if the room is too cold. Other than that, everything is awesome.

Great location and easy to find. Lovely surroundings and outdoor areas. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for famililes with children under 10 as the height of the upper floors with no real rail protection could make you nervous. Dogs were allowed which was great if you are looking for that. Inside communal areas great and free to roam. Room was large, clean and comfortable. Very industrial-themed buildings so, if you are looking for quaint, it aint for you! Would go again.

The whole stay was great, I needed somewhere to stay while work was being carried out on my house. The rooms are spacious and have bathtubs, there was a big desk for me to work at and the internet connection was perfect, I had multiple video conferences and it never dropped once. Housekeeping were kind enough to check if I needed anything everyday, and reception staff were super friendly. Right next to a massive national trust property had some beautiful autumn walks However there is absolutely no phone signal (Vodafone)obviously nothing to do with the hotel it’s just extra info about the area!

TTamuAs i was attending a funeral of a dear family member, I was very pleased with the location and more importantly the cleanlines and stress free stay at the orchard hotel. My room was very spacious and clean. The staff were wonderful and helpful in every aspect. The food in the restaurant was above par and well deserved. a trip to Nottingham would definatly warrant a further stay at this hotel. 5 star for definate and would certainly stay again. Thank you for a great stay

WWeTravels LimitedWe were welcomed with a treat being our wedding anniversary. The facilities in the hotel are good and there is on site parking for just £5 a day. The breakfast menu is great and offers anything you would like to have at breakfast. A gym is available and a bar too. The staff are friendly and prompt. I Highly recommend.

TTamuIn general, my stay was fine. All the staff were very helpful and pleasant, and I appreciated their friendly attitude. However, there were a few issues that affected my experience. There were a number of young men staying on my floor who returned around 2am and made a significant amount of noise for quite some time. Unfortunately, no staff member came to address the disturbance, which made it difficult to sleep. When I eventually began to fall back asleep, I was disturbed again by two pigeons making loud noises outside my window. In the morning, I noticed there were dead pigeons caught in the netting above my window. This was quite unpleasant to see and does not seem healthy or hygienic. Additionally, at £125 per night, I would not expect to see worn carpets. The condition of the flooring did not reflect the price being charged. Overall, while the staff were excellent, these issues did detract from an otherwise fine stay.

TTamuA lovely place. We we're a bit iffy on sraying due to the rating of the hotel but after reading the reviews most were about the rooms being dated. Since we were only planning to be there for a night, who cares? There was an issue with the booking from Trip.com's side which the duty manager Declan was able to resolve in a timely mannor while also making the wait very pleasant with some nice chat. The staff were lovely, including the two young ladys on the bar/food service as well as Declan. Unfortunately didnt get the girls names. The building is stunning and surrounded by lovely woods, perfect for a walk. Rooms are a bit dated, sure, but why are you looking to spend all your time in your room? More than enough to have a comfy sleep in. Also as a side note on that, id imagine It's a listed building and so hard an expensive to update. Overall a lovely night and a pleasant morning having breakfast then a walk. Absolutely would recommend.
