Hotel dengan Airport Shuttle di Jiuzhaigou

Our stay at Rezen Retreat-Four Seasons, located just a 5-minute walk from the Jiuzhaigou Valley entrance, was a blend of positives and areas needing improvement. The Japanese-style room with floor heating initially felt elegant and cozy. However, the experience was overshadowed by some challenges. We noticed stains on the toilet bowl upon check-in, which indicated that cleaning could have been more thorough. Although housekeeping responded quickly, the cleaner only wiped the surface, leaving room for improvement in addressing the issue. Later in the evening, the heater malfunctioned as temperatures outside dropped to -2°C. While the room’s floor heating was a thoughtful addition, it didn’t compensate for the lack of overall heating. When we requested a room change, the hotel declined and instead sent a technician to address the issue. While the problem was resolved, it meant waiting in discomfort, which could have been avoided with better preparation and more focus on guest convenience. The hotel’s location and room design are definite strengths, but attention to maintenance and cleanliness would significantly enhance the guest experience. With some improvements, this hotel could truly match its potential. For now, guests may want to manage expectations when staying here.

Travelling to Jiuzhaigou from Chengdu now is such a breeze, with the high speed rail that goes direct to Huanglong Jiuzhai. A direct bus then connects and takes us straight to the scenic area. The bus stops directly in front of the hotel. Grand Rezen enjoys a fantastic location, being close to all the restaurants which are near to entrance of scenic area/ entrance of national park. About a 20min walk to the park, the hotel helps to arrange transport into the park in the mornings, if needed. Very clean and new-looking, and rooms come with heated beds, perfect for the current cold winter climate. Buffet breakfast serves a decent selection. Hotel staff are very helpful, and our 管家小韩 made sure to check in on us everyday, to see how our day went and to ensure we get any help that we might need. All in all a very comfortable stay, will definitely recommend.

Room and toilet area were clean, heater in the room working really well while outside was minus degrees but inside so warm. Shower head water pressure was good enough, provided enough hot water. Surrounded with restaurant and near panda bus. Walk around 1km to Jiuzhaigou main entrance. Projector remote control not provided as hotel mentioned it was lost and the proceed to get the new one soon, I have to claim up to the machine to control it. Btw movie can watch it for free and wifi also working well. Please noted reception cannot speak English only Chinese. Highly recommend this place to all travelers 😊

I liked my experience there. The room is spacious, we got an upgrade cos it wasn’t super busy season. The beds are 2x 1.5m so suit my family (3 adults) and very good value for money in this case compared to family rooms in other hotels. Bathroom sink in the first room given had a small crack and there’s some construction material next door on the found. so the staff patiently helped me to choose another room facing the front. Aircon and bathroom all worked really well. I went to the hot spring for both nights, very relaxing. I rented ******* clothe for a day to go to the scenery site and there’s a lady set up in the lobby to do makeup and hair beading for a charge. The fee is quite reasonable. Breakfast had lots of options with some local things, definitely up to five star standard. I think this place is under rated. Family room is spacious. Breakfast is simple. They provided take away breakfast as we have to leave early for train. Walkable distance to Jiuzhai valley entrance. Plenty of shops and restaurant around.

The hotel is slightly far from eateries, but getting a Didi in the area is very convenient. The room is spacious and equipped with smart features, but cleanliness could be improved. We found leftover cupcake baking paper on the floor, and tissues were stuck to the wall. The staff at check-in were unfriendly and impatient when answering questions. At the breakfast restaurant, the staffs were more focused on chatting with each other than attending to customers. However, the receptionist the next morning was attentive and addressed our needs well. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable, and we had a good night's sleep

10 min drive away from Jiuzhaigou entrance, hotel provides free transport to and from there, you can contact hotel via wechat. Room is big, well furnished and comfortable. Many eateries 5-10 min walk away. Toiletries provided. Ladies at reception are very helpful. However there are people who smoke at reception area, that should be improved.

It’s located in a very convenient location that close to the show’s theater, I mean walkable. And many restaurants are around it, no worries about dining or drinking. The hotel is also quiet cleaning as much as meets a Japanese’ expectations. The staffs are super friendly, feel free to ask them any of assistance if you needed. I really enjoyed the breakfast. Highly recommended. Definitely I will be returning again. Natsume

Very good. After getting off the bus, the hotel sent a car to pick me up. It was very humane! As soon as I opened the door, my eyes were brightened. The decoration was very good and the design was very humane! The light strip at the head of the bed not only made it convenient for me to turn on the light to read my phone in the middle of the night, but also solved the glare of the bedside lamp shining directly into my eyes. The toiletries provided by the hotel were also very comprehensive. It was a very good check-in service!

The B&B is very close to the scenic spot. The main thing is that the owner will drive to the station and the scenic spot, so you don't have to worry about the round-trip transportation. The inn is generally clean and has ******* style. The owner is enthusiastic and will help with the luggage. When you come back to the scenic spot to change rooms the next day, the owner will help you change your luggage in advance. There are breakfast coupons, ******* costumes and hats for taking photos. There is an electric blanket and a blanket will be placed on the quilt, so you won't feel cold. Overall, I am very satisfied
