Definitely recommended when having an early flight or late arrival.
Staff is nice and friendly; hotel and area look modern and glass-y, rooms are spacious, clean and lovely, especially the interior design.
They offer a kettle and a bit of tea and coffee.
Depending on when you arrive/book, you may choose between a room with a shower or a bath tub.
Spa area is also available, included for guests staying overnight is sauna and pool. (Massages available at extra cost.)
Towels and bathrobe are available at the site, they also provide drinking water which is very kind.
We would come back here anytime when having an early flight. A great way to start (or even end) a trip.

Very good service from the lady at reception who spoke to us in Spanish. The hotel was very pleasant and well located, 2 blocks from the train station. The room was very well equipped. The breakfast was very basic, with few options. There was no hair conditioner in the bathrooms.

The hotel is further from the airport than expected. We took Uber there and it cost EUR21.9. We arrived late at night and the hotel was very kind to put an envelope at the gate, which is the password we need to access the room. (Note: they used password instead of key cards). The room is small but it’s perfectly clean and has everything we need to stay a night before the journey the next morning. There is a bus stop 2 minutes away that we took bus to the nearest train station.

In many ways this is an excellent hotel, sizeable rooms, great shower, comfortable, friendly staff and excellent breakfast all for a reasonable, almost cheap price. There is a shuttle bus service to the airport from a nearby hotel for 7 Euros BUT it is directly underneath the flight path and next to a busy road so it is noisy. There is also no aircon in the room. If either of these two issues bother you is a personal choice

We arrived in the evening by plane and just wanted to rest.
Perfect location close to the airport – taxi, bus, even walking is possible.
Friendly welcome, including a small welcome gift for our daughter.
Rooms are clean and exactly what you expect from Novotel standards.
Breakfast is very good: fresh, well thought-out selection, and not overcrowded.
Check-out was just as friendly as check-in.
Of course, there are hotels directly on the airport grounds, but that convenience comes at a noticeably higher price.
A solid choice for late arrivals or early departures.

AAdventure TravellerThis is our favourite hotel in Nuremberg!! Attention to detail on every step of the experience, their crews were simply amazing! They are happy to serve you, not one person but every staff that I encountered. I got a surprise birthday cake in my room with a hand written note, am truly grateful and heartfelt. So thank you, Karl August your neighbourhood hotel. 5 stars and beyond. We will be back again for sure!

PPengguna AnonimHotel ini memang terbilang baru, tetapi banyak kamar telah direnovasi. Ada pembangunan yang sedang berlangsung di Schillerstrasse dan semuanya ditutup. Daerah itu dulunya sangat kontroversial, tetapi kini menjadi sangat tidak menyenangkan. Hotel memberikan diskon yang bagus dalam hal ini, menurut saya. Hotel ini memiliki sarapan yang enak.

TTamuI felt very anxious and scared. This hotel definitely needs to state on their website that their location changes during the winter. My actual accommodation was at Nature Hotel Walde sruhe, located in the mountains. The original hotel was dark and only the intercom was working, so I was really worried when they asked me to call a taxi to come to another hotel. I was confused and didn't know what to do, but a local woman happened to be passing by and helped me out. Don't get misunderstand, the hotel I stayed at was great, the rooms, the food and the staff were great. When I arrived that hotel by taxi and I said this is so bad experience, they said me No problem. It was probably a better grade than the original hotel. But the problem is not there. The location I booked is different from the actual location, that's the big problem! The visitors who come here in winter are probably mostly people who travel by car. If I had booked this place just to relax and enjoy a holiday, I would have been very happy, but I had a schedule that needed to be on time. I chose a place within walking distance to Oberstdorf Station and the ice rink, and booked it. That was my selection criteria. No matter how nice the hotel is, if it's in the mountains I wouldn't choose it. Luckily, there was no snow for a few days after my arrival, so I made the 40 minute walk to the ice rink in the morning. However, it was dark at night and the road was steep, so I couldn't walk there. My friends were worried and sent me the hotel. On the third day, the slope in front of the hotel was frozen and I slipped and hurt my hand. I had been negotiating with Trip.com for a long time, but I couldn't get in touch with them and they told me I couldn't change the hotel. However, due to an injury to my hand, I was unable to continue and was able to cancel the remaining days of my stay after speaking with the Trip.com representative and the front desk staff over mu phone. I had planned to stay somewhere that was easy to walk to, but the time spent negotiating left me exhausted. You are too careless about people who are not used to steep snowy roads. Please think more about the importance of location. Please be sure to write any changes in hotel location!
