AArnont BoosarawongseWe had such a wonderful stay! The location is absolutely perfect—having the May 4th Square Metro station right outside the front door made getting around so easy. It’s also great value for the price. Everyone on the staff was so kind, but a special shoutout goes to the housekeeping team. They were so attentive and even left us a sweet little note in our room, which was such a lovely touch! We’re already looking forward to staying here again on our next trip to Qingdao.

TTamuI have no complaints about the hotel. We liked the interruption at your place. Very friendly, kind staff. The rooms are clean and everything is functional. You even asked during the cleaning of the room, usually in other hotels the cleaning comes by itself and knocks on the door, while the guests sleep. Your hotel respects the rest of guests and it's nice! Lunch tea and other bonuses for guests are also pleasant. We put the fruit in the room and changed the refrigerator on time. There were queues in the canteen in the morning, but now there are holidays and there are a lot of people in the hotel, it's understandable. There is a lot of food in the dining room, in most cases it is Chinese, but foreigners can also find something to eat for themselves. Thank you for your care and good rest🙏🏻💞

TTamuThe hotel is extremely luxurious and designed beautifully. But the service is TERRİBLE. No one speaks english… there is no food available for room service. İ wanted to drink a beer and they told me to go to the supermarket. İ wanted to order room service after 20.30 they told me no english and hung up on my face. After 10 mins 2 people came to my room telling me they dont have room service, after 20.30 even though the menu said 24 hours. The next day i tried to order at 16.00 and they told me it starts at 18.30… the design and the quality of the hotel is maybe the best ive seen in my life but the service is 0/10 … no cola to drink no food to eat .. i would not reccomend if you want to spend a lot of time in it.

TTamu整體裝修現代摩登，新且講究，每個角落都透露着設計師的細心。酒店在安靜的一個小港灣裏，接駁車需要走小路蜿蜒而至，一路風景也是不錯。房間窗景視野很好，躺在床上就可以看海看日出。洗浴用品是酒店版的Santal33，全自動沖水馬桶。洗澡水大且熱，很舒服。酒店的餐廳早中晚餐都很不錯，正餐基本上是四星酒店標準。食材新鮮，部分需要提前預訂。還有療愈服務，Spa和頌缽都體驗了，老師很專業。總之，是一次愉快的入住體驗。期待後續咖啡品質再更好點，房間可配備些許健身器材。 可以讓體驗能好滿足中高消費人羣需求🥰

NNatasha PutterMy kids and I spent a week in Qingdao and stayed at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. It turned out to be a lovely getaway. The room was clean, well-stocked with everything we needed, and offered a stunning ocean view—plus, we were treated to fireworks every evening right from our window, which was a magical touch. Breakfast was available every morning with a good range of options; we appreciated the variety. Room service was a hit with the kids—they couldn’t get enough of the spaghetti bolognaise and popcorn chicken! I personally enjoyed the club sandwich and the beef noodles. We devoted an entire day to the water park, where the kids had an absolute blast. Although some parts of it could use renovation, it didn’t dampen our fun. One of our favorite activities was cruising around the resort on four-wheel e-bikes—it felt like a private adventure since much of the area was quiet and fairly abandoned, but that added a special charm. The beach is also just across the road, so you can go play in the sand at any time, there are also some men who offer horse and jet ski rides right on the beach. The beach also isn’t too crowded. The only drawback was the resort’s location. It’s quite far from most of Qingdao’s main attractions, so every excursion required at least an hour-long Didi ride. Still, the experience was well worth it, and we genuinely enjoyed our stay. We’d absolutely return again.
