Harbin is truly beautiful in spring, and my stay at the Habsburg Hotel made the experience even more delightful. The room was well-furnished and comfortable, equipped with everything you might need. The staff, who were consistently friendly and helpful, thoughtfully provided tips on little note cards, adding a personal touch to the experience. Every detail was carefully considered. The hotel offers a lounge, a gym, and a convenient self-service laundry area. The staff, always well-dressed and attentive, regularly checked in to ask about my stay and travel plans. Breakfast at the hotel was a highlight, featuring an array of local specialties. Jenny and Air were especially friendly and helpful during breakfast, offering travel tips and introducing me to local dishes. The hotel’s location is excellent, being very close to the metro and the main shopping street, Zhong Yang Da Jie. This area, the most historically significant part of town, is perfect for exploration and discovery. Overall, I had an excellent stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel Thun really surprised me! Voice operation is super convenient and the facilities are new. Free gym and laundry room to meet daily needs. Breakfast is rich and varied, and afternoon tea is free. We received welcome fruit upon check-in and the service was warm and thoughtful. We were like friends. Our family of four had a great time staying here and we will come back in the future!

Right opposite two attractions across the road. Likely use to be some fancy hotel but has since been under new management. Towel smells a little mouldy but location is great and service is excellent. The chef even came up to asked what I would like to have for breakfast and specially prepared me a local salted egg which is delicious. I was leaving early at 8am and the front staff starts the breakfast earlier so I can eat before I take a long bus ride.The room have aged with solid wood furniture which I have not seen in hotel for a while. But the service makes up for it. Oh yeah, bus station to Heihe or Harbin is nearby which could be useful for travelers.

I absolutely love my stays at Wanda Holiday Hotel! We visited in early December 2024 for a family trip, and our rooms were spacious. The location is fantastic, just across from ZhongYang Dajie. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The only downside was that they don’t provide air conditioning in the rooms during winter since they use a central system. It felt a bit stuffy, but thankfully the windows could be opened slightly to let in some fresh, cold air. Despite this, I would definitely return if I have the chance to visit Harbin again in the future.

Perfect stay experience beyond expectation! I recently stayed at Yida Hotel, and I must leave a five-star praise for this perfect stay experience! From the moment I arrived at the hotel, I felt the meticulous service. The front desk staff was enthusiastic and professional, and the check-in was quick! The room design is simple but stylish, and the key is that it is very clean! The basic facilities are very complete! The bedding is soft and comfortable, and you can sleep well all night until dawn. The details are full of care, and the bathroom products are of high quality and separated from wet and dry. The location is impeccable, and you can walk to the riverside and the central pedestrian street. When I arrived at the store, I also received a small surprise gift. How can I not love such attentive service? I strongly recommend it to all my friends, and I will definitely choose here again when I come to Heihe next time!

Mercure Hotel exceeded our expectations with its outstanding service and excellent facilities. The room was spacious, clean, with all the amenities you could ask for. The hotel facilities were equally impressive, including a Dyson hair dryer, humidifier, Xiaomi air filter and The breakfast buffet was particularly delightful, with a wide range of choices to suit all tastes. Conveniently located, close to St. Sophia Cathedral & Central Shopping Street. Highly recommend and can't wait to return!

This time when I came to Harbin, I found a treasure hotel. The hotel is located between Central Street and Sophia Cathedral. It is within a five-minute walk to these two places. It is very convenient to get to the subway entrance of Line 2 without crossing the road. It is not as old and noisy as the hotels in Central Street. The room has just been renovated and the facilities are brand new. The TV is super clear and the smart home is fully equipped. The breakfast is very rich and clean. The dishes are different every day. The main dish is tofu pudding, which is super delicious. The chef is very attentive and comes out to prepare the dishes every day. He tells the service staff what needs to be improved. 👍 Qiuguo is the first choice for hotels at this price. It is really good

Pros:  Very helpful reception staff. Especially Yuyue and Jiaqi. It is not 100% certain that my spelling is correct since they do not speak English (along with the rest of the staff at this 5 star hotel in a city of more than 10 million people). Comfortable beds and decent pillows. Clean bathrooms. We had a free upgrade - see Cons! Cons: ”Non-smoking” room is a joke. The guests DO smoke everywhere. There are a lot of fabrics used in the rooms for the decoration, and smoke penetrates them to a great extent. In order to find a room with decent air quality, we had to change our rooms twice. See Pros! There was only a very limited selection of biscuits and fruits available for the advertised ”luxurious afternoon tea.”.

We chartered a car to return to Mohe City from the Arctic Village. The driver who sent us said that this hotel is the best in the city. The hotel lobby is very large. The two young ladies at the front desk are very enthusiastic. They even helped us upgrade the room for free. We asked them about local attractions, food, car rentals, etc. All questions were answered patiently. The hotel is well heated. Whether it is the lobby, corridor or every corner of the room, even the bathroom and toilet are warm. The washing utensils are very thoughtful and complete. From the details, they are all of good quality. There are also men's razors. The room that helped us upgrade is very spacious. It is a duplex design with a large bed downstairs and a loft upstairs. I was too busy last night to take indoor photos, and my husband took two photos of the outside. The comfortable environment of the hotel made us sleep very well. Last night, we also checked in at Polaris Square and Mohe Ballroom near the hotel. They are very close and you can walk there. There is a sister selling candied haws at the entrance of Mohe Ballroom. I bought the cheapest hawthorn candied haws for 5 yuan. It tasted better than the strawberry candied haws in Harbin that cost 25 yuan a string. The sister cut the hawthorn, took out the seeds, and put some rock sugar in. I think it is especially delicious even though I am afraid of sourness. The sister is also very nice. I want to take a photo She even moved the glass window aside for me to take photos from every angle. The ticket to Mohe Dance Hall was 20 yuan a piece. We went in and sat for a while, then danced hand in hand with everyone. It was quite fun. I really recommend tourists who have time to go in and sit and dance. It was as if I was back to when I was 16 years old... This morning, I had dinner at the oldest clay pot fried dough stick restaurant in Mohe, which was introduced by the lady at the front desk. The clay pot fried dough stick was introduced by the driver of the Arctic Village. He said that you can't get it anywhere else, but he didn't say the name of the restaurant, so I took the initiative to ask the lady at the front desk which one is good. The fried dough sticks are freshly made and delicious, and the dishes are also authentic. The proprietress also advised us to order less, saying that two for two people The food was good enough, unlike some restaurants in Arctic Village where the owners would give you a cold look if the dishes you ordered were not expensive enough. The price was also cheap, and there was free special tea, which was a kind of leaves and flowers picked from the local mountains. I forgot the name, and it was very good for reducing internal heat. After eating, we packed eight pancakes to eat on the train. The lady at the front desk of the hotel called a taxi for us. It was very cheap, with a starting price of 5 yuan. The driver was also good and took the initiative to help us move our suitcases. Finally, I would like to give special praise to the two ladies at the front desk of the hotel. I forgot my thermos in the room, and they called me and sent it back to me by express. Although I only stayed in Mohe City for one night, it was particularly memorable because it was very warm. I am touched by the genuine kindness of everyone here. Last night on the way to Arctic Plaza, my husband and I said we would take a taxi to Mohe Dance Hall. A young man passing by and busy on his way heard our conversation, pointed to an intersection across the street and said, ”What taxi? Mohe Dance Hall is across the street.” After that, he left in a hurry. I look forward to having the opportunity to come to Mohe in the summer to take a good look. I sincerely wish Mohe develops better and better!
