First time in Lagos.
Cleanliness: Very clean both indoors and outdoors.
Environment: There's a tea room indoors where friends and clients can chat and drink tea together; the owner is very attentive.
Service: The hotel owner and staff are incredibly friendly and helpful 👍🏻, greeting us warmly and offering prompt assistance when needed.
We were there for an exhibition and were worried about lunch, but the hotel owner was very considerate, providing free meal service for all guests, which solved a huge problem for us.
Staying at the hotel felt like being back home; it didn't feel like being abroad at all. It was very heartwarming, and we are truly grateful to the owner.
This hotel is perfect for Chinese babies, especially those traveling to Nigeria for the first time. They offer airport transfers, currency exchange, and free three meals a day. The food is excellent, and they even deliver lunch to the exhibition hall. During our trip to Lagos, it rained heavily, and our room was leaking. We were even offered a free upgrade. When traveling in Nigeria, safety is paramount. There's a Chinese supermarket downstairs, and various specialty restaurants are also nearby. A taxi ride costs only 10-20 RMB.
One of the best hotels on the island of Victoria. I haven't been to Nigeria for several years, and it still looks like this again. The water in the pipes is a bit turbid. Fortunately, the environment is not bad and the stay is relatively quiet. It's okay in such a country.
The best thing about this place is the gym and swimming pool. The facilities are old and the soundproofing is particularly poor. Please note that the breakfast is not very good, and if you stay at the Eco Garden, it is a hassle to get to breakfast, the swimming pool, and the gym because the building is far away.
Came here for a week on a business trip and felt great! This is a newly opened hotel, the room is very clean, the equipment inside is also very complete, the sofa is very comfortable. The hotel staff are also very nice, there is something to ask them for help, they can solve it very well, the service is very good!
Citiheight hotel is a cozy place, the location, the services and the decency of the hotel make it the best so far. It is very close to the airport which is another reason that I recommend it. I will definitely use Citiheight hotel in my next visit.
The Sichuan chef of this hotel is really worthy of name recognition! What impressed me most during my stay was the Sichuan cuisine in the restaurant, whether it was hot, flavored or plated, which showed a professional level. The master's cooking is spicy and has layers, the fragrance is strong and not dry, and every meal is very good. Especially boiled meat slices, mouth chicken and Mapo tofu, the taste is authentic, spicy but not exciting, spicy, hemp, soup fragrance is just right. The master is also very particular about the ingredients, freshness is high, the cutting is meticulous, and you can see the intention. During the service, it is also very enthusiastic and will be adjusted according to the spicy degree that the guests can accept, which is very intimate. Can eat such an authentic Sichuan flavor in the hotel.
The room is nice, the breakfast is OK, there is a swimming pool in the yard, the water is very clean, if you like swimming, remember to bring your swimsuit, the gym is a little small but it is OK to vent occasionally, but some of the front desk staff are expressionless, which makes people feel a little uncomfortable, but only a few. It is very expensive to call a taxi from the hotel, it is best to prepare a taxi app yourself. Overall OK

Mmoshood shittuThe hotel is situated in an excellent location close to the airport. It is a modern hotel that is clean and has excellent facilities. However, the services at the reception desk and Koriko & Co restaurant are 4-Stars. The reception is always crowded, and you spend much time waiting for the staff to attend to you. However, they are apologetic and friendly about keeping you waiting. The food in the restaurant and the varieties are excellent; I mainly ate the local dishes (I ate breakfast daily and ate dinners on several evenings with friends and relatives), and my Lagos taste buds can detect the days when the food tastes superior (must be the different chefs) compare to other days—the meals were warm and delightful. I must recognise the hospitality of the Intern Pastry Chef (Deborah) and ? Food ambassador (Nimi); both checked how the customers enjoyed their meals and hotel stay. They did their job with beautiful smiles and engaged well with everyone. Deborah is a true gem and will add immense value to the hotel brand; her puff-puff is a perfect 10/10.
ZZwajeThe hotel workers are friendly, hardworking and accommodating. The hotel was located in a very catchy area with ease access to shopping mall and supermarkets . However from personal experience point of view, the hotel Wi-Fi was very poor. In addition the hotel wifi can only connect to single device, maximum of two devices is not allowed. I had to use my personal mobile data for the total of 7days that I stayed in the hotel.
RrobonI recently stayed at the Radisson Hotel Lagos for a business trip, and it turned into an unforgettable experience! From check-in to check-out, every detail was flawlessly executed.
The room was a sanctuary of comfort – spotlessly clean, modern, and spacious. The plush bedding, sleek bathroom, and skyline views from the floor-to-ceiling windows made it hard to leave! Perfect for both work (great desk setup) and relaxation.
The staff here truly shines! Special thanks to the staff who greeted me warmly and sorted every request with lightning speed. Housekeeping kept the room immaculate, and the concierge offered spot-on recommendations for exploring Lagos.
GGuest UserThe hotel bedroom are not up to 4star standard. The room I was given was very uncomfortable there are holes inside the pillow case, the bedcovers are old and scratchy on your skin, cockroach inside the bedroom, the bathroom needs repair, there food was not good, I couldn’t even eat the fish it’s was black inside, that was my first and last food that I ordered .
flies in the dining room. I complained to the manager. Which she apologised and changed me to another room which was a bit better but not 4star standard. There pool side was ok for the night life. There staffs are good but the hotel needs a good maintenance

SSophiashuaishuaiIt was my first time booking a Chinese hotel, and I was really impressed. The hotel provides airport transfers, car rentals, visa services, and delicious Chinese food. You can also order your own meals, which tasted very good. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The waiter was enthusiastic about helping with the luggage. Thank you very much, I will book here again next time I come.
SSamkelisiwe Pamella NokwenzaIt’s a little hard finding the hotel because Google maps takes you to the back of the hotel and not the main road of the hotel. This needs to be updated.
We asked to order food, the reception said the kitchen would call us for an order. 30 mins went by with no call. We had to call back and request to be connected with the kitchen. We ordered food and they said it would take 30 mins. It took over an hour and came in dry. Nobody likes eating after 11pm.
Decent hotel for airport transfers.
