TTamuMold in hotel room, shower, ceiling and everywhere in public area. Corridor smell bad. Top floor is worst.
It’s an older hotel which was once very luxurious: nice wall paper, generous room layout, well appointed furniture, good comfy mattress, but sadly, it has seen better days.
The entire hotel needs a facelift and deep cleaning. Carpet stained and grime and dirt where all corners of all walls meet, accumulated from years of neglect. Shower smells bad and water does not drain. We were shown several rooms; all smell of cigarette smoke as none are smoke free (ashtrays in all rooms).
Plus points:
1. Excellent service from lady front desk manager
2. house keeping staff work very hard to keep up with the degrading rooms.
3. Linen very clean, changed daily and nice high thread count sheets
4. Housekeeping brings a tray of fresh fruits delivered to hotel room daily
5. Free self service laundry (no dryer)
6. Location is great
7. plenty of free easy parking
8. Many places to dine within walking distance of hotel.
9. Cheap
It’s a pity hotel management do not work on maintenance.
It has potential to relive its good years again with some TLC. Thank you again to all the staff who are so friendly and helpful. We had a room with huge windows facing the mountains. A little road noise but not bad when windows shut.

Right from the moment we arrived, it was disappointing. We had a lot of luggage since we were traveling from Nanning, and there was no one to receive us or guide us — just a dark alley with no staff in sight. We had to call the number listed, and even then, the person on the call had no idea where we were supposed to check in. After some confusion, we had to walk around 200 meters to a completely different hotel’s service center just to check in. Even there, the service was terrible — the staff were casually chatting on WeChat and clearly had no clue what they were doing. We waited nearly 30 minutes before they finally said we should go to another hotel nearby. They gave us a room card and we moved all our luggage there, only to get a call saying the room was already booked for the next day — so we had to move again. Thankfully, we hadn’t unpacked yet, but it was still exhausting and unacceptable. Even basic things like water bottles weren’t available — we were told they would send a message in a WeChat group and they would deliver it to the room later. Seriously? Overall, the experience was chaotic, unprofessional, and stressful. The only positive part was the security staff — they were actually helpful and polite. Everything else? Not worth it.

整体体验非常差。我们带着很多行李到达时,居然没有任何人接待我们。该家酒店不接受办理入住,办理入住非常混乱,我们还得走到另一家酒店的服务台,等了30分钟,工作人员却不知道该怎么操作。后来我们被安排到另一家酒店的房间,结果又打电话来说那个房间已经被别人预订了,还得再换一次。连瓶装水都没有,要在微信群里发消息才会送来。唯一好的地方就是保安很热心。不推荐入住。整体体验非常差一个度假村行的酒店管理却做得如此之差,不知道是怎么经营下来的。
