Hotel Dengan bar di Hainan, China

Tiba di jam yang tidak lazim, pukul 3 pagi, dan tidak tahu bagaimana cara menuju hotel. Seperti biasa, kontak untuk layanan antar-jemput hanya melalui telepon, yang tidak nyaman bagi warga negara non-Tiongkok. Untungnya, kami berhasil bergabung dengan orang lain yang menuju ke arah yang sama. Resepsionis bisa lebih ramah, tetapi saya mengerti bahwa itu adalah jam yang tidak lazim. Saya tidak mengerti bagaimana cara mendapatkan voucher hotel dan tidak dibantu untuk melakukannya. Kamar hotel itu sendiri luar biasa. Bersih dan tempat tidur nyaman, serta persediaan air minum yang lebih dari cukup. Bak mandi juga merupakan nilai tambah! Proses check-out mudah.

Hilton Wenchang offers an opportunity to discover another curious side of Hainan. We could see Wenchang Space Launch site directly from our balcony. The beach was nearby, and we watched sunrises and sunsets there. The swimming pool was spotless clean, although only one pool out of there was open due to a low number of guests. A couple scenic spots are very close too, about 10 min drive. There has been a delicious breakfast every morning. The staff was polite and helpful. Jason He helped us with multiple needs, such as ordering medicine, finding restaurants, and booking a shuttle bus to Wenchang railway station. The latter is free, just need to book it in advance for a certain time period.

All good. Shuttle to airport really helps. Getting from the airport to the hotel requires extra effort. Prepare Chinese name and address of the hotel in advance. The hotel is not on the maps as it is quite new.

10/10 – Excellent family resort stay We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend this resort, especially for families. The kids club was a real highlight, with interactive, friendly staff and a great mix of activities that kept our children engaged and happy each day. It made a big difference to our overall experience. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of both Western and Chinese options. A special touch was the candy floss and lollies for the kids, which they loved and made breakfast something they looked forward to. The reception and concierge staff were consistently friendly and very helpful. As we were visiting from overseas, ordering food on ******* was unfamiliar to us, but the reception team were more than willing to assist every time, which we really appreciated. We also ordered several items from Taobao during our stay. The concierge staff went to a lot of effort to receive the deliveries, check everything carefully, and ensure all items were delivered correctly to us, which made the process completely stress-free. The location is excellent, directly across from the beach, with plenty of food options nearby. It is also very conveniently located between many of Sanya’s main attractions, making it easy to get around. Overall, a very comfortable, family-friendly resort with outstanding service. We would happily stay here again. 10/10.
