TTamuI was a bit disappointed. I was expecting this to be a 5 star place, but there were a lot of things that were definitely not 5 stars. The robes were grey and didn't cover bigger people. One of them had pilling all over it, I didn't want to even wear it. The bathroom door squeaked loudly, so if one person got up to the toilet in the middle of the night, it woke the other person up. There were instructions on how to use the spa bath, but not on how to put the plug in. It didn't just plug in normally. We weren't able to use it on our first night which was very frustrating as it was one of our main attractions. I rang housekeeping the next day. Someone came and had a look and said that you had to turn a know on the side of the spa, how would anyone know that? The lock on the door to outside was broken and a small slide lock had been put on. Why not fix the main lock? I used the toilets to the side of the library and when I washed my hands, the tap was all loose and wobbled round. All these things are little but show that the lodge needs to have things fixed or updated. For $300 per night, you expect the best. The worse thing was on our last morning, we got to breakfast about 8:45, the restaurant closes at 9:30 am. There was continental and scrambled eggs and bacon. At about 9:00 am they stopped bringing out anymore bread to toast. No more croissants, eggs or bacon were brought out. There were about 6 tables with guests and everyone kept going up and checking, but they didn't refill. People were saying, they must have run out of food! But for some reason the waiter kept lifting the lids to the egg and bacon to see what was in there, but of course there was nothing as he hadn't refilled it and he was the only waiter!! I was really disappointed and wouldn't recommend it, unless you are getting a really good discount.

EEva330Jaringan hotel yang cukup baru. Kalau saya keluar, hotelnya lebih bersih dan fasilitasnya lebih baru. bisa memilih. Letaknya sangat dekat dengan pusat kota. Di hari pertama, kita bisa berjalan kaki ke tempat wisata pusat kota dan kapal pesiar. Berjalanlah ke pusat kota, lalu berjalan sedikit lebih jauh untuk menuju kapal pesiar setelah berbelanja. Lagipula, kami relatif baru dalam parkir di pusat kota, jadi lokasi ini lumayan.

TTamuThis was by far the best hotel I stayed at in New Zealand. Compared to other Hilton properties, the bed here was noticeably larger and more comfortable. I stayed in a twin room, and each bed was around 1.2 to 1.5 meters wide, whereas other hotels only offered very narrow single beds (about 0.9 meters). There was also plenty of space between the beds, which made the room feel much more comfortable. The room was very clean, well-equipped, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The location was also decent, making it a very convenient and pleasant place to stay overall. I would highly recommend this hotel — especially if you’re looking for a comfortable and restful experience.

TTamuWhen I arrived I was told I had an upstairs unit. Unfortunately I had a lot of luggage. Changing to a lower level was not possible. But an offer was made to assist me with the luggage.  I drove towards the unit and there is no available parking close by.  I drove back to the front desk and explained my problem. They told me that they could move a car to allow me to park. One of the staff followed me back and took care of finding a space and also delivering a cone so that I could hold the space when I went out to dinner. He also came back to help with the luggage.  So great staff! But the lack of parking (because they let people leave their cars there when they fly) would make me reconsider staying again. I’d booked an Economy studio and was given an Economy two bedroom. Unit was a blend of older and newer features. Bathroom was updated but shower stall looked older and not as clean. Good water pressure.  Ordered breakfast at the on-site Restaurant. The waffles with berry compote & lemon curd was a large portion but very tasty. Great coffee.

CColinZsxHotel wisata yang sangat matang di kota kecil Danau Tekapo. Memang tidak murah tapi nyaman. Dapat digunakan sebagai basis untuk perjalanan Anda Lingkungan: Di seberang Danau Tekapo, sekitar 800 meter berjalan kaki dari gereja, agak terpencil namun sangat nyaman untuk dikendarai; Kebersihan: Tingkat normal Selandia Baru, bersih dan rapi; Fasilitas: Relatif tua, tetapi peralatan di dalam kamar berjalan normal, terutama selimut elektrik yang disediakan sangat dipuji. Kekurangannya hanya exhaust fan di kamar di lantai atas rusak, dan stopkontak kipas berada di luar dinding di kepala tempat tidur, sehingga menimbulkan banyak kebisingan dan tidak memungkinkan untuk istirahat dengan normal masalah. Layanan: Pujian khusus untuk petugas yang bertugas di malam hari, yang membantu memecahkan masalah kebisingan. Rangkuman: Tingkat tempat wisata dan hotelnya, walaupun harganya tidak murah, namun jangan terlalu berekspektasi tinggi, biarpun bayar tiket pemandangannya~
