Each room bore discrete charm with its tasteful decoration, seamlessly blending traditional and contemporary elements. The authentic Khmer old houses are full of charm, yet modern and well preserved. The hotel’s kitchen offered a menu that might seem simple at a glance but was satisfyingly delightful upon tasting. Every dish we tried was prepared well, with fresh ingredients and flavors that are comforting yet exciting to the palate. The breakfast, in particular, deserves an extra note of praise for being consistently good, providing a delightful start to our days of exploration. Adding to the hotel’s allure was the inviting swimming pool, serving as a refreshing sanctuary after a day of touring the magical temples and vibrant markets of Siem Reap. During the wet season, the atmosphere around Sala Lodges was even more calming and soothing, with the soft sound of rain providing a comforting backdrop to our stay. To sum it up, our experience at Sala Lodges was nothing short of magical. From the excellent service to the beautifully appointed rooms and delightful meals, every aspect of the hotel contributed to a stay that was serene, comfortable, and absolutely enjoyable. I stayed at Khmer Mansion recently, and the entire experience from check-in to check-out was smooth and hassle-free. Their customer service is honestly the strongest part of the hotel—the staff communicate clearly in English, understand what you need without overcomplicating things, and check on you regularly in a genuinely helpful way. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. Room service food was consistently good, and they deliver fast. Now the honest bits: The room Wi-Fi needs to be fixed. It’s weak and inconsistent—not great if you rely on connectivity. After four days, the food options felt repetitive. Not a dealbreaker, but something they can definitely improve. Location-wise, this hotel is ridiculously convenient—walking distance to Old Market, Night Market, Pub Street, spas, and even the circus. Despite the minor issues, I would stay here again mainly because of the staff and the location. They genuinely make the experience worthwhile. Final rating: 4.75/5

Классный отель, большие и со вкусом обставленные номера, удобная кровать. В номере есть чай, кофе, вода. Вкусные завтраки. Территория отеля красивая и зелёная, бассейн, и по вечерам сауна с джакузи. Есть финская сауна и хамам. Из пожеланий - было бы неплохо расширить и разнообразить меню в ресторане.

The hotel was exceptional! Cosy, spacious and clean, the highlight, however, has to be the extraordinary service provided by the staff, who always went the extra mile to ensure that we had a pleasant stay— a huge shoutout to Limon-Poe Tea, Sotha and Sokhunthea and many other staff for their exceptional care. The spa at the hotel was fantastic and the restaurant catered for vegetarian dietary options as well.

Sala Siem is very attractive hotel to stay. Right Infront of the Angkor Museum. Location is good to reach everywhere via TukTuks for maybe 1$. Service and team are great 😊 So thanks Na Na & Yanpaing. Especially Na Na informed us about everything wisely. We got Khmer Massage service and that was amazing, right near the pool and bird sounds. Thank you Sala Siem Reap Hotel for everything 🙏🫶💕
