I only stayed near the project site on business trip. The hotel room is very large, but the facilities are relatively backward, but it is okay for the relatively backward province of Vietnam. The swimming pool is great and there are no people living. The location is really too biased.
Stayed at hung cuong hotel for 8 nights. My feedback during the stay as below.
Positive feeedback:
1. Clean Room
2. All the facilities in the room well maintained
3. Beautiful Bathroom
4. Comfortable bed and pillow.
5. Bottle water provided daily
Negative feedback:
1. Lots of Lizard's (inside and outside the room)
2. Bed comforters are too small for 2 person
3. Television channels are not clear. Bad pictures.
4. Staff at hotel doesn't speak english. Very hard to communicate.
5. Security and CCTV are not well observed. Had difficulty to sleep at night due to a stranger knocked the door 2AM at night two days in the row. Called reception and was told no one outside the door and no action was taken. Checked CCTV the day after and realize there was a drunk guy with bare foot standing outside the room knocking the door.

Nice hostel. At the reception is more less English speaking, but the staff very much strive to answer all questions and to meet wishes (to be needed with translators). Our room was small and without windows, but very clean and looked new. The AC was super silent.
We extended our stay for one night, but moved to a room with windows. This was spacious, but it didn't seem so modern.
We used the washing service and borrowed a roller (150k VND / day).

I traveled alone and stayed in a small place to sleep.
It's not spacious but it's clean and friendly
I was expecting a mosquito, but I slept well without worrying about it.
Especially I had no balcony, but when I checked out, the other room was pretty and attractive.
Distance is best
There was a problem with the navigation, and I kept asking for directions along the way. Although the language was unsuccessful, I still met countless good people! I wanted to go to Shali the next day, and communicated with a sister (speaking English) at the front desk in the evening, and eagerly helped to book a bus to Shali the next day, so caring!

GGuest UserThe owners are super kind and friendly. You have a few restaurants around and not far from the mountain. It has wifi despite indicated it doesn’t
