Hotel 4-Star di Chon Buri Province, Thailand

The hotel rooms are big. The pool is beautiful. And the breakfast is good. There's also an ice cream machine so you can have ice cream for breakfast. The rooms come standard with everything except for a toothbrush and toothpaste. The only thing I would like improved is for the shower water to be a little hotter. Its not bad, but I prefer steamy hot. The location is not too bad but it's a little walk to shops or restaurants. And it's about 20 minutes walk to Soi Bukhao

Overall this hotel is a good value for money. I can’t with my friend for a music festival. At the beginning we got the wrong room. It took us some time but eventually the room was replaced and after that the stay was pleasant. It’s important to pay attention the location is not very convenient, there is nothing close within walking distance but at least 1.5km away. In the hot weather it’s impossible to walk and car is needed to go out every time. The breakfast was very good though with lots of options both Chinese and western. Another point I think is important to mention - there are no tooth brushes and tooth pastes in the room, also no decent shampoo and conditioner. Just one soap dispenser in every room which contains “body gel+ shampoo” as one. I would suggest to bring your own. Overall good value for money.

My recent stay at the Centara Sonrisa Residences & Suites Sriracha was fantastic! The hotel's facilities were excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I've always enjoyed my stays at Millennium Hilton Bangkok as well, especially because of their great pool and friendly cleaning staff.

They wrote that they would provide 4 breakfasts, but they gave us 3 breakfasts, and they said that the air conditioning in our room did not work for 3 days, but they didn't say anything other than ”sorry”. They changed our room after 3 days. :(

Nice , cozy hotel where is very quiet beachfront with an excellent breakfast ! Most of all the hohel is nearby the best seafood Restaurant only 650 meters away, end of the beach!!! We stayed here 3-4 times already, will come back again soon! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

This was our third time in OZO North Pattaya in 1.5 years. The place is still nice but no overall improvements, all still on the same (good) level. Pro's : Exceptional location, perfect views from Deluxe room, generous breakfast, very comfy mattress/pillows. Con's: Tonns of people at the pool since the early morning. Breakfast area is extremely overcrowded during peak hours. Very noisy at almost all hotel areas. Overall I still like this place, but next time we will choose less crowded and noisy hotel.

This hotel is in a great location. Nice and clean. Pool was clean and very enjoyable. We took floats. Kids loved the pool. Plus we found it empty until 4pm. That when the alcohol bar starts. Food was good. And breakfast that came with the room was good too. But be prepared to eat Asian style breakfast. No pancakes or waffles for the kids. But you can use Grab. Grab is a great service.

First of all, I would like to express my thank you to your Front desk team, they have service mind and alway smile even they are in the trouble circumstances with heavy check in, check out. The location is good itself as close to the beach and you can walk on the back of hotel to the Terminal 21, Tiffany show and a lot of massage shop with cheap prices. Unfortunately,as there are high demanded of cleaning service during the day. The house keeping team forgot to clean our room until we came back from outside around 17.45 PM. They might have some reason behind such as the manning are not enough for support the team or they use outsource housekeeping company that might have a communication breakdown. Therefore, overall is great and love to be back

location is very very good , we book villa so quite good location service aircon all good checkin was really smooth and easy , but after checkout when we arrived back to bkk then hotel staff call us and asking to pay 50thb because they found a broken glass in room i feel very surprised when we leave all look ok sudden glass broken and that much big property asking for 50 thb feel very disapointed . be carefull everyone

This is my second stay in this hotel. It takes about 5 minutes walk to it after getting off from Baht bus. In case the occupation rate is low, breakfast buffet is changed to simple a la carte. This is disappointing. Staffs are very efficient, helpful and friendly, especially the front office stay at the lobby. Rooms are clean. Swimming pool may likely be favor of children, One issue is the narrow road leading to the hotel. Likely most roads in Pattaya and Jomtien, the road are dark. Parents need to pay attention to children while walking to the hotel. The hotel is of high value for money.

You have to call and look for the representative of your reservation, so s/he could hand you paper works, and gave you the key of your apartment. After the initial confusions, the apartment itself is really good. Great view with kitchen and washing machine. No wonder it is so popular. I couldn't extended my stayed because there's no room left next day😭. Another reviewer also mentioned the cleaning services is slow. I had to wait for my room. YMMV. I will book this place again if I can.

this is a nice hotel if you do not want to stay with too many local room neighbours, all guests are Japanese , I prefer to stay here every time

Perfect stay beautiful ocean view room, great breakfast, good options for dinner, good location in Sri Racha.Good for families, kid friendly. Easy 2 hour drive from Bangkok Will definitely be back, highly reccommended

The building is a bit old but once you enter the hotel everything is pretty nice. They also have a Onsen, which sadly though couldn’t be used during our stay.

Location was ok, not beach front but in community area of Sriracha. Room smell very humidity like room close to the pool. Hotel can't fixed it after the call, minus point for that. Other than that everything is fine.

The hotel was so nice and relaxing. They also have a very friendly, accomodating and approachable staffs. The internet was a little bit slow sometimes but our overall stay was so good. They also have a lot of various foods for breakfast 😍. Highly recommended Hotel.

The hotel name is our colleagues and I went together. I'm not sure if I pronounced it correctly. When checking in, we asked the staff to please pronounce the hotel name for me... She replied with a smile... Ku-re-take-so. Our room was on the 4th floor, right in front of the elevator. We booked a deluxe room. It's a shame if we booked through Agoda and got free beer even though the tip was more expensive. It doesn't matter, it depends on the promotion of the app. It's just a shame. The room is very long and spacious. Everything is complete. Long mirror for makeup, 2-door refrigerator, drinking water, sofa, microwave, pot + hot pot, sukiyaki, I like this one, kettle, food menu, TV usage, promotions and media for sale or souvenirs. The TV screen is very big. The wardrobe is also big. Any bathroom equipment The Jacuzzi is deep and I like it. Hair dryer, shampoo and shower gel are press-type, not stingy with the stuff. The hot water can be adjusted to be hot, which is very satisfying. Breakfast is very good in the morning, 5 am - 9.30 am. The staff are cute, polite, smiling, and provide good service. The food is a set as shown in the picture. It depends on your preference. Japanese style and breakfast. I chose breakfast. I have a small complaint. The breakfast is fried fish that is dry and hard. I can't eat it. My friend ate Japanese style, which was okay. I personally don't like it. Another highlight is that there are many rooms for us to relax. 1. Yukata dressing room 2. Separate male onsen bath 3. Separate female onsen bath 4. Massage chair room 5. Photo room 6. Fitness 7. Golf Check-out time is a bit early at 11.00 am. Overall, I like it. It's good, excellent, and awesome.
