My stay at Worth Elite Hotel during my trip to Makkah was amazing. The overall experience was decent, there are a few aspects worth noting for future travelers. The hotel itself is modern, with clean and comfortable rooms that provided a peaceful place to rest after long days at the holy sites. The staff were courteous and accommodating, always willing to help with any requests. The service, though not exceptional, was reliable, and the housekeeping staff ensured that the rooms were well-maintained throughout my stay. One of the standout aspects is the surrounding area. There are several amazing hotels nearby that offer a variety of dining and shopping options, which added a great deal of convenience during my stay. The proximity to these amenities definitely made it easier to find good restaurants and places to explore. However, the one challenge I encountered was the location of the hotel itself. It was a bit difficult to find, especially for first-time visitors, as it’s tucked away from the main roads. Even with GPS, I found it a little confusing to navigate, so I recommend planning your route in advance. From Hotel to Masjid-Al-Haram it’s 7min walk, which is worth it. However, if you are extremely tired from walking then it’s bit tough. Hotel doesn’t provide shuttle and the taxi is bit expensive. Despite the minor location issue, Worth Elite Hotel offers a comfortable stay with helpful staff and great options nearby, making it a solid choice for travelers to Makkah.

Hotel for the price it was 10/10 loads of near by shopping places for gifts/clothes and food places. Lots of choice food Al Tajj boasted chicken seems to be the most popular just a 3min walk away has money exchange next door too with good rates tons of places do desi nashta+karak chai very nice 90% are take away ONLY . Nearest entertrance to Al Haram is jabal omar hiltion side its a 20min walk or a 10-20 Riyal taxi they do provide bus never used it. Don't expect the rooms to look exactly like the pictures they are abit worn out. Room tip: ONLY STAY in tower one and get room 25th floor and above. They have 2x Al kiswah tower on most sites aviod ”tower 5” its cheaper. Prayer rooms are available for both male/females. Reception staff are useless and don't care about any requests/enquiries made by guests Bag got lost we tried 2 days for them to assist they didn't care i even asked security to check CCVT to see if the house keeping picked it up for lost property they just lied said they didn't see anyone take it,when house keeping came to clean the room I spoke to them about it they advised me go straight to B1 cleaning office they take all lost property there I it was. If you ever lose anything go straight to B1 House keeping office that's where the lost property is kept. Very very cheap hotel can't fault it price loads of visitors from the UK staying there.

Luxury hotel, excellent service. Ironing machine and ironing board are provided upon request. Saudi coffee is available during peak times. Water is provided inside the bus for free. There is a distance between it and the Haram, there is transportation but even the stopping place is currently considered a 15-minute walk due to road maintenance

Great location. direct bus to haram in 2min. Take blue dallah bus outside tower 5. same on return. Room was spacious. had a kitchen and oven. iron and iron board, safe, 2 sofas, king bed. so all good Disliked the filthy shower room and sink. no shampoo etc. breakfast was good enough. The reception team was nice and helpful. Staff was working hard to make our stay comfortable.

It was comfortable enough for a short stay, with clean amenities and a generally pleasant atmosphere. However, the decor felt a bit dated, and I didn’t find it to be as luxurious or cozy as I had hoped. The biggest downside was the price – it felt quite high for what was offered. While the food and room were fine, I expected a little more in terms of value for the cost. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you’re looking for something decent, but considering the price, it might not be the best option for everyone. I’d rate my experience a 3/5.

Everything about the hotel was fantastic. The staff are lovely, and the location is near Haram, public transportation. However, I faced sort of a slight issue during the check-in, and it was sorted out in 10-15 minutes. The issue was due to payment as I booked and paid in advance. However, they wanted me to pay them and contact Trip.com to get my money back. I refused and showed them the receipt. Seems they are not used to the reservations with payment in front. If you do that, keep the receipt with you. كل شيء عن الفندق كان رائع، الموظفين لطيفين والفندق قريب من الحؤم والمواصلات والخدمات، لكن واجهتني مشكلة بسيطة عند الوصول حيث حجزت ودفعت كسبقا لكن طلبوا مني الدفع ومراجعة trip.com لاسترداد نقودي. طبعا لم اقبل بذلك واظهرت لهم الفاتورة وتم حل المشكلة خلال ١٠-١٥ دقيقة. على ما يبدو هم غير معتادين على هذا النوع من الحجز ويتوقعون الدفع عند الوصول

The girl in reception attitude is not good. She ask me to wait 15 mins for no smoking room , but 20 mins passed while I ask by myself , she kept me waiting and waiting, at last give me the still smoking room 😡😡😡😡😡

This is a pretty well located hotel. I got a good deal on trip.com so I overlooked the fact its kitchenette and bathroom had seen better days. Service was fine - there is no breakfast but the hotel is right next to a number of good eateries on Falesteen Street. The bed and bedding were especially good and the bedroom was large with plenty of storage space and a terrific big picture window. Recommend.
